COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!! I had looked at reviews after my accident and based on their Google reviews I chose Pronto Body Shop. I recently had my white Ford Focus towed to their shop in August 2024. Laura was really nice and got the paperwork started. Unfortunately, my insurance decided to total the car based on its age. I decided to go ahead and work on the vehicle instead of releasing it to the insurance and having the car junked. I proceeded working with the manager, Tiffany Menefee, who truly made me feel like she understood my financial situation. I was given two estimates, one to make the car drivable and the other for cosmetic repairs to the vehicle. This was done so that I could determine financially whether I could proceed to the next step. They were careful to select salvaged mechanical parts that were in good condition to keep my expenses low. They also worked in stages by first addressing the mechanics and drivability. They did not want to remove any of the damaged fiberglass paneling incase I could not financially proceed to the estimate for body work because it would have been impossible to get the fiberglass panels back on due to them being bent out of shape. They worked methodically to ensure that I did not exceed the mechanical drivability estimate, not only did they not exceed the estimate they had provided but the total actually fell under the estimate. This is how businesses should be run! No surprise overages where you feel taken advantage of. Because of their dedication to details and constant communication to verify any changes or charges I was able to proceed with the additional body work. Everything together was still under the estimates I was initially quoted and the work was excellent. As a woman, I have been made to feel ignorant by some mechanics when I have struggled to ask technical or mechanical questions. I have felt their impatience with my lack of knowledge. However, I was never made to feel that way by Mrs. Menefee. She went over every detail step by step. Every question was thoroughly explained in a way that I could understand. As a previous insurance adjuster, she explained how to proceed with my insurance and the process of obtaining a salvage title. I felt like she treated me like she would have treated a family member. She was patient, understanding and walked me through the whole process. I could not say enough good things about her or Pronto Body Shop. As long as she is there I will continue to take my cars there.

She took several photographs and it seemed like she really was looking at everything to get something going. She said she'd call me back. Never got a call back. I'm not sure why I never received a call back, but it didn't seem feel like they wanted my business. I was going to pay cash, which to me, would have been best for them, but I guess they run their business a different way. I went because it's woman owned and saw some great reviews. I'm disappointed to say that they're not all that interested in providing a job for a woman. They make their money. I'm just one person. I wish them the best. Just not with my money.

The minor damage done to the front end was fixed. However the communication piece was not there. I did not receive my quote for the other work. The right front fender was not fixed by insurance. And Streamline failed to call and communicate that. So I show up to pick up my vehicle, expecting it to be repaired in those spots, and just the front number area was fixed. From what it looks like too, they did not even replace my license plate holder on the front. I think it's like a $20 part? Or less probably. They also want to "show me something". They were filling up my tires and my front tire was now leaking. Not something it was doing prior to me bringing it to Streamline. They tried to explain to me that wherever I got the tires must have installed the wrong valve stem or something g like that. I have zero issues with the other four tires. 1-star because I had to find all this out during pickup. Instead of being communicated with during the process. Never gave me my quote, and more than likely screwed up one of my tires. Here's the thing, if insurance wasn't going to cover the fender from the accident, that would have been good to know prior to me picking it up. And suggesting I call the insurance, then streamline, and get it figured out and bring it back after I've been driving a rental around for a week and some change? Nobody has time to keep taking g time off work, getting a rental, and going through all that. Customers expect to bring in the problem, get it fixed and take their vehicle home, with everything done. Not "hey bring it back we'll go through all this again, oh and by the way your tire is screwed up, oh and we didn't communicate any of these things with you throughout the process." They did replace the bumper. I mean anyone can replace a bumper. It's everything else that came with it. I think they can do better. I'm now sitting at Martin tire getting my mysterious tire leak fixed, that was never a problem before bringing it to streamline. The amount of air that was leaking when they showed me...I would have a flat tire by now, which leads me to believe it happened upon pick up. But this is just my perception. Because if it was leaking that much when I dropped the truck off, again, it's something they should have communicated, and not upon pick up.
