Jason was my mechanic/technician and he greeted me with a great attitude was super flexible with my schedule for drop off and pick up and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He sent me text updates throughout the process letting me know my car was continuously cared for every single day. John the GM was also engaged and super friendly when I dropped off and picked up my car. Everyone from the front desk clerk to everyone involved in my cars repair were friendly and kind. Caliber did a great job with my vehicle after I was rear-ended. They worked quick and finished in four business days when they estimate said five. I received daily progress reports via text message each day, and Joey was very thorough from start to finish. Even before I drove off, he asked me to bring it by the next morning if I found anything concerning in the drive home. During our PCS move, our vehicle was vandalized. Someone keyed both sides of our truck. Sooooo not cool. So, we filed an insurance claim with our insurance company who sent us here. We are SO SO glad they did! Caliber Collision took such great care of our truck and has it looking brand new again. If for any reason you need service, go here! You won't find any place better! Todd was our point of contact throughout the whole repair. Our initial estimate appointment was with him as well. We arrived exactly at our appointment time and waited a minimal amount of time to be seen. He was busy on the phone with an insurance someone but the lady at the front desk apologized for the delay and let us know so we weren't wondering when we would be seen. We appreciated that. He came out, did his looking, we got our estimate, and were on our way. He was professional, thorough, and proficient. The information was sent to our insurance company lightning fast. We scheduled our drop off appointment while we were there. Totally painless process for an already frustrating situation. Throughout our repair process, Todd sent text updates to our phone. That was awesome. ​We knew exactly​​ what was going on with our vehicle every step of the way. They had a set date they were going to be done and they made it. They would have beat that date had I not asked them to add something while it was there. They were super helpful the whole way through. When we picked up our vehicle, both Todd and John came out and did a walk through with us talking about all the repairs and answering any questions we had. They explained their warranty in detail too. A warranty is always a good thing! :) I could not have asked for a better experience. Went in this morning for my 7:30am appointment. Arrived early at 7:10 and waited patiently outside as the door stated they opened at 7:30am. Went in at 7:30. The receptionist was happy to help, assured my husband and said they would meet with you shortly. Our appointment was with Jason Trueblood, assuming he was even there. We waited 30 minutes and no one helped us. They seemed oblivious to us within their morning coffee. Very disappointed in their service. I don't even think they noticed we had left. If this is a sign of their work ethic I wouldn't trust them to repair your vehicle. read more

This place is great. I came to them a few months back, I had been in an accident and needed my car fixed in a hurry because I was deploying a week later. So I talked to the manager and he gave me his word my car would be fixed in 4 days. I was hesitant to believe him because my car looked like it had a lot of damage but I got a call exactly 4 days later letting me know my car was ready to be picked up. They have a very friendly staff and they very professional. They work with you and do a very great job. Definitely coming to them again if my car needs fixing. read more

From start to finish this center went above and beyond to ensure my needs were taken care of. The work was actually done in 2017 on my 2015 Lincoln MKZ that was destroyed with hail damage but once I received it back you would have never known that work to this vehicle was ever done. They've had my vehicle for over 3 months already for a wind damage claim. They can't seem to get anything correct. Very poor quality, they just try to push numbers through and do not pay attention to detail. As a disabled veteran I would not recommend this shop to anyone. Please take your chances elsewhere, management will make you feel as if everything is your fault. They don't like to be called out in their mistakes. I had to get all the way up to the regional manager to finally get a rental for their mistakes. Promised me the car the next day and I've had the rental not for over 3 weeks. Let's start by saying I had hoped this place was good because they were a USAA certified body shop. They said it would take 8 days for my repairs to be done. When day 8 rolled around (last week), I called since I hadn't received any information, and the front desk clerk, Ruby, said she couldn't give me any information over the phone and that my technician, Marco, was out for the day so I would have to call back the next day. I called my insurance company to make sure they at least extended my paperwork and hmmm... surprisingly they *just* put the extension in as I was on the phone with USAA. I called back the next day and they swore my vehicle would be done as soon as the part came in at 3pm. Well, no call back at all then. I called back that Friday, and they said again that it was in buffing and would be done "today". The next excuse was the paint was bubbled and they tried to buff it out and they needed to paint it again and it would be done by Monday --- it's Wednesday now. I got a call yesterday saying it would be done today, and lone behold when I call they said it was getting an alignment and would be done by 5-5:30. 5 rolled around, no call. I called back, just for them to tell me they put the wrong sized rim on my truck and they "promise" it will be done tomorrow. I'm tired of their excuses and poor attention to detail and poor customer service. DO NOT USE CALIBER FOR REPAIRS!!! read more

Caliber is great if you don't car about the quality of work and want to be charged top dollar. After a collision. The fit and finish of the replacement parts was good (reason for two stars) however they had to repaint the front of the car twice because of: dirt and other garbage in the paint, damage to the finish from reassembly (the first and second time I tried to pick it up), heavy overspray on a door that should not have been touched, extensive orange peel, clear coat and base coat that was burnt through to the metal on my hood. To their credit they did bring in someone on a Saturday to attempt to fix the issues (after I found them the first time) but it looks like they should have brought in the A team. The customer service/ appraiser tried to pressure me to pick it up on Saturday telling me the my rental would not be covered but he was not willing to let me pick it up at a time that suited my schedule. Yeah... Customer service is about YOUR schedule... Not mine!?!? read more

So we dropped off our vehicle Feb and didn't get it back until June . We are almost in August now and we are still struggling to get them to fix the problems they left pending. Our vehicle is still not 100%. At first it was complete silence from them. We weren't kept in the loop, we were not given an estimated completion date and when we were, it was off by 2 months. Towards the end we were told pretty much everyday that the car would be ready "Tomorrow" it was always tomorrow "FOR SURE". Jorge and John were very nice on the phone and in person, but they were never straight out and they sure never apologized or took responsibly for the lack of communication and burden that was created by their lack of professionalism. The level of craftsmanship that was put into the vehicle was about a 7 on a scale of 1 - 10. If you look closely there is over spray where they didn't properly tape around the hood, they broke a few of the air conditioner registers when they took out the dash, they didn't install our rear-view mirror correctly and there are all sorts of flaws with the panel alignment and trim pieces of the SUV. If there are any good reviews on here I'm sure John specifically asked them to submit them. This shop would not be recommended to anyone I know. read more
