The problem with that is that one of the parts was in the kit that we had already purchased they just didn't look, the gentleman says, "oh yeah, my bad" Another week goes by, and we are told another part is broken, we buy that. We call and ask for status, and we are told "sorry the technician doesn't know what he's doing its not done yet let me get another tech." After three weeks of having my son's car and almost $2500 dollars later, we get my son's car. After my son gets his car he takes it for a ride, THE FRONT TWO WHEELS WERE NOT COMPLETLEY PUT ON THE VEHICLE!!!!!!!! That could have resulted in a fatality. My son then texts the gentleman that he has been in contact with this entire time "Martin" and sends pictures and videos to him and he says, "all good now tho?" my son said "it wasn't put on fully" he then text back "ok". That's it nothing else, not even a single apology. Finding a reliable mechanic in El Paso has been a nightmare and now to add this experience to it I am at a loss.

So one more thing I did notice is that the credit card keypads were not being wiped down and cleaned after each customer and the bottle of hand sanitizer that was provided was dingy and dirty. My bf's car wasn't starting awhile back so I called him. He was pretty booked so we had to wait a week. I think he gets pretty busy because he comes to your house. I sort of like the idea of this. He arrived promptly and kept in contact by texting. I'm getting used to texting these days so I appreciated that. Since it's an Italian car, he wasn't able to get the parts needed to fix it in a timely manner. It wasn't really his fault. We ended up having to take it to the dealership which was really expensive. I would still use this mechanic if I needed basic things done to my car like brakes, an oil change and/or a tuneup. My family continues to speak highly of him. He was pleasant to deal with. We had only one weekday in El Paso before I had to drive to Albuquerque for my next event. We called University Auto Center first thing, Majec listened patiently and instantly said to bring the car in. When we arrived, we saw many other cars, yet Majec ran a smooth operation: relaxed, smiling workers worked at an expert, steady pace. He welcomed us warmly, expressed genuine concern for our welfare and tight schedule, and said he'd look at the car right away. He got back to us faster than expected. The problem was the compressor, and he couldn't get the part till next day. So, since I had that Albuquerque event, we figured we had to keep going sans air conditioning. Without any pressure, Majec clarified that the compressor could give out any time, stranding us on a highway in temps over 100. So, he helped us brainstorm a solution: my husband waited in El Paso for our car, I drove a rental ahead to my event, and Majec stayed on top of it all so my husband could catch up ASAP. Majec communicated well throughout, his team moved fast, and he charged much less than if we'd waited to do the work elsewhere. He also insisted we call from Denver to tell him how everything went. Three months later, it all still works great. Majec saved us from potential disaster, both in terms of safety & maybe missing my event.
