It was a Saturday, and, although the gate to the shop was closed, Mr. Schroeder, the owner, was kind enough to let us come in. He was very pleasant and willingly conducted a thorough and systematic check of all four wheels and the underside of our car. He did not find any problems. He then offered to ride in the car with us so that he could listen for the noise himself. Ultimately, he determined that there were no safety concerns and advised us on what services to get when we got home.
