The Negatives: I dealt with a guy named Dean. His idea of customer service was horrible. It was very difficult to get him to return phone calls. It took me calling three times to finally get him to return my call and twice another time. He likes to talk but not to listen. His communications skills are nonexistent. He quoted me a price to replace my catalytic converters that was hundreds of dollars higher than I could easily find them in other places. Overall, they do a good job on transmissions if you can get past having to work with Dean.
