When I arrived, it wasn't an establishment like "Discount Tire, Martin Tire, or Firestone," but unlike those other locations, they immediately took care of my tire, and I was out of there in approx 30 minutes. They speak both English and Spanish and accept cash and credit cards. They also explained that their schedule might not reflect so, but they usually close around 8 pm. (10 am to approximately 8 pm)

A young man let us know oil was clean, etc. it was not necessary to change the oil. They probably changed at the dealer.They may not have changed the settings, etc. I was very happy with the honesty. As a side note, after I left, I went next door to wash my car. He texted me that I had left my water jug there. I was able to just walk over and pick it up. My car had stopped shifting into 3rd gear the day before I drove it in your shop. I drove it in the…read morenext day told him the problem and he checked my transmission fluid and scanned my car to pull the codes. He told me the codes came back to "internal transmission failure" when it was codes for burnt transmission fluid and the overdrive solenoid/TCC. After he figured this out, he came back in and told me worse case scenario it would need a new torque converter (which doesn't make sense since it wasn't slipping) and quoted me 1500$ to replace it. He then told me it would cost 3000$ to overhaul the transmission, but it would cost me 200$ to diagnose it further. After I figured this out I was floored and decided to deal with it on my own. After one simple Google search I figured out it was TCC boost valve clip. Infact this is such a common problem with these transmissions that dodge sells an updated version of this part. I spent 40$ and two hours fixing my transmission when your shop wanted to charge me thousands. This was the first time I have taken a vehicle to a shop to have work done on it, and it was an unbelievably terrible experience. You run a shop full of thieves .

I spoke to one mechanic for a quote, he quoted me $1700 for parts and labor. I hold off on the services because of the price. When I asked again 3 months later, I was quoted $2100 this time by a different mechanic. But he explained how I had to replace the water pump if doing this particular service; I waited again. I waited again a couple more weeks. When I asked again, I asked yet a different mechanic. He quoted me $2400, but he didn't explained why such a high cost even though I asked what all and all will be done for the services. So I do not recommend this place for complicated services.
