Are you FU**** kidding me!! Don't ever go there! Took my vehicle somewhere else and it wasn't even my transmission! They are garbage!

He told me the codes came back to "internal transmission failure" when it was codes for burnt transmission fluid and the overdrive solenoid/TCC. After he figured this out, he came back in and told me worse case scenario it would need a new torque converter (which doesn't make sense since it wasn't slipping) and quoted me 1500$ to replace it. He then told me it would cost 3000$ to overhaul the transmission, but it would cost me 200$ to diagnose it further. After I figured this out I was floored and decided to deal with it on my own. After one simple Google search I figured out it was TCC boost valve clip. Infact this is such a common problem with these transmissions that dodge sells an updated version of this part. I spent 40$ and two hours fixing my transmission when your shop wanted to charge me thousands. This was the first time I have taken a vehicle to a shop to have work done on it, and it was an unbelievably terrible experience. You run a shop full of thieves .

About a month ago, my radiator blew on my Ford Explorer and I used my emergency road service and had it towed here. I have the lifetime alignment with Firestone and like my shop in Tucson, although I do most basic mechanic work myself when I can. I figured since they had my Explorer in the system, it would be easier to get it in. I got helped right away at the front desk and the guy told me it would be about an hour to get it in to diagnose the leak. It took about an hour and a half, but it was obvious they were very busy. This place is VERY BUSY, so be prepared is all I can say. It took about 5 minutes to tell the radiator was the problem. I talked to the mechanic, I think his name was Keith, but not sure. We talked a bit about the radiator removal and what is involved, including replacing the thermostat, since that was probably the culprit in building pressure and blowing the radiator. Since I do a lot of work myself and after talking for a few minutes, I felt good he knew what he was doing and he said he and his brother had been mechanics there for like 15 years or something. We had to wait for about an hour for the parts to be delivered and then it took a couple of hours to do the work. All in all, I was there for about 6 hours, but the work was done perfectly. It's been a month since I had the work done and I couldn't be happier with the work quality. Bottom line, it was a long wait, but they did good work. I would use this place again if my Explorer broke down in El Paso again.

I was charged, he confirmed my email, said a receipt was sent by email, and said I was all set. I asked for my key, which was set down with papers, on the opposite side of the counter where they were charging me. Mind it is a wide counter like they all have, plenty of room to put it in front of me. I asked for my key he said it's right there, points, and I left. Terrible customer service and I can understand why the rating is low, unfortunately I didnt check that before going. I trust Firestone but bad customer does not encourage customers to return. This is also only one bad interaction of the 3 I had. Will return to Firestone, just not this location.
