These guys are pretty reliable and reasonably priced. I had an older Honda Civic they did work on…read moresome time back. They fixed the brakes and did a full tuneup on it. I believe the CV joints also had to be fixed at one point. The car was running better after it was taken to them. It was an older car so eventually I had to have more work done to it. I had to go to different mechanics to fix it from time to time. Hondas can last a lifetime if you take good care of them. My Honda lasted about 20 years. They're pretty low maintenance cars until they get a little bit older. I believe it was around for 105,000 miles. I owned another Honda but it unfortunately got totaled after eight years. Anyway... I didn't deal with the staff directly. A relative helped me out and took the vehicle for me. They dealt with the employees. They said everything ran smoothly with the staff. My main concern was if they could fix my car. They were able to do that...for awhile at least. I would consider taking another vehicle to them. Overall a good experience here. I'm not sure about the exact price. My relative took care of that for me (which I'm grateful for btw).

Poor communication, false guarantees, disrespectful ownership. If you have any other option, go…read morewith that. You'll regret going with these people. The owner is an angry old white man that acts like he could care a less if he treats his customers with respect. The only bright spot is the mechanic Fernando. His willingness to help and be solution oriented (polar opposite of the owner) was the only reason I allowed them to work on my car to begin with. Anything is better than this place!!!!

Luis and his team have taken care of my family for decades now. Always a fair price and done…read morequickly. Him and his team are thorough and make excellent recommendations on potential problems to be aware of, and while informative of issues down the road, they aren't going to make a hard sale like some other pushy mechanics. Call ahead to make sure they've got room in the shop for your vehicle because this place does have a constant stream of business and they have rightfully earned it. Whenever I've had a high priced item done, I've called around and Luis has time and time again proven to be competitive with work that him and his team can stand by.

I just moved to El Paso a month ago from Florida and I was in need of an Oil change on my 4runner…read more I have an issue trusting auto shops. I brought my truck in and had them do an oil change after purchasing some BG MOA. The guy at the desk suggested I bring my own oil since I use Royal Purple ( not many shops let you or even suggest that). So I came in and also did an inspection. In my hour and a half wait, I learned a lot from just observing. I learned the following: Everyone that came in and dropped off didn't sign a ticket. They seem to be long time customers that just drop off. The gentleman at the front desk is on a 1st name basis with everyone that came in. You can see the great relationship the shop has with their customers, the parts guy that drops off by how they interact with them. I knew this was the place for me. They are honest, upfront and respect their customers. Bonus that I can bring the oil I want to use since they aren't able to get it. I'm glad I ran across this place. I will definitely be back.
