I just went cause I had my car recently serviced at the dealer and my oil light came on. I told my husband and he said let's just go do it. So I said ok, rather than drive back to dealer. We pulled in and in just a short time a young lady came out and got us signed in. We went and waited in their waiting area. A young man let us know oil was clean, etc. it was not necessary to change the oil. They probably changed at the dealer.They may not have changed the settings, etc. I was very happy with the honesty. Boy, a place this honest Is hard to find. If you need an oil change... I'd go there. I'm very happy with them. They were so friendly and kind. As a side note, after I left, I went next door to wash my car. He texted me that I had left my water jug there. I was able to just walk over and pick it up. This Jiffy Lube location is on Kenworthy Street, almost corner to HWY 375, next to Tommys Express Car Wash. I have been a customer at this location not too long after they opened for the first time. I visited them because, unlike their competition, on top of doing oil changes, they can change breaks and do tire rotations, among others. Jiffy Lube's staff is respectful and communicates well; they explain all processes thoroughly, such as time, prices, etc. They offer military discount and Apple Pay. I am grateful there is a place I trust close to home where I can bring my vehicles and get outstanding service. I highly recommend it. read more

They try and get money from you any way they can. Went in for state inspection, said I failed because my left wiper skipped, it doesn't even streak. Plus in the rejection receipt it says the explanation is safety wipers and brakes. They never even took my car out of the bay. My brakes work perfectly. She put that on just to justify the failed inspection. They never even said anything about the brakes, that was only on the receipt. Wipers are $19.50 each. I will never go there again and I don't recommend it at all. If they lie about something so small what kind of price gouging would they do for something else. read more

Every employee treated every customer with professionalism and kindness. I was needing a repair done on our vehicle that we already had parts for. So I called ahead to see if they're able to do that repair and only charge labor. They said yes, gave me a quote, and explained a little more about the quote (it was a very helpful explanation). When I arrived at opening a few days later ready for the repair, the employee greeted me and told me he would be with me in a few minutes after he helped another customer in front of me, then gave each customer water and made me feel welcomed. I found out later, I had miscommunicated a piece of info and they happily adjusted things as needed without making me feel stupid. The quality of their work and customer service was excellent all around. They didn't try to upsell me and were honest about each part, even gave me helpful tips saying I could resell the used parts they replaced! read more

My recent inspector was with Ruby; very professional, very knowledgeable, very nice mechanic. My vehicle failed the inspection due to my actions of unplugging the battery to work on my vehicle. Had to drive from Ruidoso NM to get a Texas vehicle inspection early yesterday morning. Arrived at 8:30 am. They had one vehicle in front of mine. They offered me free coffee and water. They had a very clean bathroom and waiting area. Super nice employees. Ruby was the very best. They had me out and back on my long drive back to Ruidoso, New Mexico in 28 minutes. Took our 2018 Equinox in for a state inspection. The woman who took our info and performed the inspection was so nice and patient while I helped my slow-moving senior citizen mom out of the car to the waiting room. We were already stressed coming from the tax office and told to get an inspection around the corner at this place after forgetting when we tried to re-up our tags. The waiting room was clean and comfortable while we waited. There were a few folks in front of us but we were in and out in about 30 minutes thankfully. Do not go there unless it's just for an oil change needed in a hurry. I took my vehicle they did an oil change as I needed it on the quicks and I didn't have time to do it my self like I've always done. Also I needed my brake fluid flushed and my brake lines bled and my reservoir refilled after being flushed, after I payed the 130 or so for the brake fluid flush and bleeding I left the facility went home and checked my bleeder valves on my calipers and they hadn't been open or held at all, no sign of it being bled, my brake pedal was still airy as it was before so that shows no brake lines were bled. And my reservoir had two shades of brake fluid so all they did was just fill up my brake reservoir with new fluid and left all the old fluid in there. So it has the old used brown fluid and then transpositions to new clear oil. read more
