I contacted the store yesterday so I can get there actual location. Anne Xerox Quinn brought my truck in to get the brakes inspected. I was already confirming what I already knew. But I needed this actual opinion, which, of course, it was bad. Anyhow, they we got the stuff done. And noticed something with my tire pointed that out to me. So I will be bringing my truck back here to this location. Due to a friendly customer environment read more

They did the job fast and for a decent price. They guys at the front desk are very helpful and nice. Overall a great experience!

I read the reviews prior to stopping by and I'm glad I did. Despite the long wait times, I found it to be one of the most honest shops. Went it thinking I needed new brake pads but it ended up being a $30 fix. They explained what was wrong with the car and what wasn't. I will definitely be coming back to them in the future. read more

If your military they will take care of you here. I went in to have them check my brakes and oil they don't bs you and are will show you the problem. They made sure everything was top notch and gave me the best price. Do call ahead and make a plan but they do walk in. Was in and out in about and hour and half for a long job. read more

I've been going to brake Masters, at this location, since 2022 and I found they are very reliable and trustworthy. Even after I've done my own research they seem to tell you the correct proper things that need to be done. The last time I went in, 2023, just as the summer season was starting, I needed my air conditioner fixed, and Dylan The representative there took care of all the needs for the AC and explained everything to me in detail. I did not feel rushed through what can be a stressful time. read more

Staff was friendly, waiting area was bright, clean, great room temperatura! Can't get any better customer service. Robert did a great job responding to my concerns. Will be going back here for any available service my car needs. read more

So I'm in town for a few high school graduations and I start hearing a grinding sound. Not knowing where to take my truck other than the dealership I jump on yelp. This location had good reviews and was down the street from my sister in laws house so I go to check them out. First to facility. I've been to many car repair facilities, and I must say this is by far one of the cleanest. The floor was swept, mopped, and looked like had had been waxed within the last 3 months. They have the standard vending machine fare and free coffee, but I liked that they had current issues of magazines. Nothing more frustrating than sitting down and picking up a Magazine that's 3 years old. Now the staff. I am sorry I didn't get everyone's names but everyone was very friendly. The brake inspection was done in a short amount of time. I like that they take you into the repair area and show you what they found. After the inspection a written estimate and explanation of needed repairs is done. At no time did I feel pressured to get a specific repair done. Super honest and quick work. They were able to get the job done sooner than they estimated. If I am back in El Paso and need a mechanic this shop is going to be my first stop. Keep up the good work read more

I have always like Brake Master but today I would HIGHLY RECOMMENDED here. They are so professional and honest. I have saved more than $500 today. Always asked for second opinions and this is the place. read more

Brought both the infinity and our BMW here several times and the service always honest and fast! Oil change to new brakes. Good prices for The El Paso area read more

After my husband got his brakes fixed here, I decided to take my car here, too. I had to wait a little bit but the service was good. As others wrote before, I also didn't have the feeling that hey were trying to rip me off. The manager explained everything, showed me the prices for the parts I had to get and it was reasonable in my eyes. I found a coupon online on their website so it was minus $25. They also offer military discount. The waiting area/ customer service is all one area but there's a vending machine, a tv and lots of magazines. They also had coffee there. read more

I took my car for brakes service, when I arrived, after they took my information, I was told they're gonna check my car to then tell me how much I need to pay...waited more than one and a half hours and my car still in the same spot I parked it. I call before I went to the place and they told me there was no people ahead of me, so I was not expecting this much delay for the service. When I told the person in front desk I have to leave, he just gave me the keys without saying anything. So I guess they don't care for new customers. read more

While they did a good job on my break service, they also put a large scratch on my vehicle and of course denied that they had anything to do with it. The manager insisted that I brought in my vehicle that way. Do these people really think that you don't know your own car? Do not bring your vehicle to this place. read more

I came here because the dealership couldn't get me in and my gut told me I needed my brakes done sooner rather than later. I'm so glad I came here the whole crew was amazing super fast and efficient. Prices are great and fair I will be coming back here for all their services. Highly recommended! read more

I never feel like I am going to get ripped off coming here, use their coupons they have available online. You can also setup an appointment, this particular location is convenient and the manager is always more than helpful. They don't try to sell you a bunch of things you don't need and identify problem areas before they really do become a problem. read more

Excellent customer service! Chad, in particular, identified a problem that he noticed that could have become a major repair. He and his team resolved the issue at no cost to me, avoiding major repairs down the road. I've been a customer of Brake Masters for over 15 years and they have always been stand-up at all locations. Thank you guys for your service! read more

Curtis and Robert always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable with which they are recommending giving you the option to either do the work or hold off till the next visit. Highly recommended read more

Went in for work on a window and Curtis treated me like I was an idiot. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this location.

Quick, reliable, and honest service! I have brought my cars here for years and have never been disappointed. Curtis and Robert have great customer service and always explain any service required or recommended in detail. read more

Took car in for brake job and oil change because I had a coupon for both. Beware of false advertising and bait and switch tactics. Charged more than coupon stated and when asked about it they just kept saying, well you got $25 dollars off, I explained that the coupon said 79.95 per axle not $25 dollars off per axle. Also, car has never leaked oil a day in the 6 years and they put the plug in wrong and leaked oil all over the motor and my driveway. Customer service was not only non existent the were overtly rude, dismissive and discriminatory toward my elderly mother. Not much difference in talking to the local people or going up the chain with corporate office. Buyer beware poor business practices and clearly shotty service. read more

Amazing service, could've taken alot of money from us but was 100% honest told us more or less what they would recommended and are fairly prices. read more
