Don't do business with this company. I called ahead and got a quote for 88.43 for one tire. I…read morethen showed up ten minutes later. I wanted a new tire on the Front Left tire which was bald. The service rep, Jacob V, wanted to do a tire safety inspection. He recommended I replace all four tires even though the front passenger tire I had purchased three weeks earlier. I have a receipt for that. He kept BSing, and BSing trying to get me to buy more tires even though I had no problem with the other three. I pay for just the Front Left tire to be replaced. They put the new tire on the Back Left and the front left tire that was bald was still on the Front Left. I ask them to fix it, and I come out and they put another new tire on the back right and move the back right tire to the front left. I get the manager, and by this time I'm screaming at him. Finally they move one of the new tires to the front left and put the other tire on the back right where it started out at. I was in an accident and the front alignment is off. The front tires burn, so that's why the front left tire was bald. I wanted a brand new front left tire, bc I'm about to drive across the state of Texas. The front bald tire wouldn't make it to the DFW area. i wanted a brand new tire on the Front Left, so that I would be able to make it there. I did not want the back tires touched at all, and at one point had two new back tires. I've gone to a dozen alignment shops and all have refused to align the front tires.

I chose Northeast Tire Solution because, according to google, they close at 6 pm and because of its location. When I arrived, it wasn't an establishment like "Discount Tire, Martin Tire, or Firestone," but unlike those other locations, they immediately took care of my tire, and I was out of there in approx 30 minutes. They speak both English and Spanish and accept cash and credit cards. They also explained that their schedule might not reflect so, but they usually close around 8 pm. (10 am to approximately 8 pm)

They don't make any appointments, so it's first come first served. After intake--phone #, name, address, and what you want to get done--you'll leave your car with your tech and wait. It must've been about 40 minutes before I received a phone call that my car was ready. That's the only reason for 4 stars. My tech informed me they were unable to rotate my tires due to the fact that my front tires didn't have enough tread left on them. That was a good information since I will have to purchase new tires very soon. I thought that was a good customer service instead of went ahead and completed the job unnecessarily. Oil change ranges from basic for $29.88 to full synthetic for $45.88. There's one in the middle for $35.88. My tech recommended either the basic or the full synthetic. Since my car does not require full synthetic oil, I opted to go with the basic. Tire rotation is $2.50 per tire--I thought it was interesting since no one gets only one tire rotated, right? Shop opens at 7:00 am Mon--Sat, and at 8:00 am on Sunday.

I called this tire shop and inquired about gently used tires, and was told that they had a set of four tires that were almost new. My son drove home from Texas to California and thank God he made it safely. One week after being home, he got a major blowout. I inspected the other three tires that were just put on three weeks prior and they all have severe dry rot and are cracking everywhere. I will now have to go get four new tires as these tires are not safe. This tire shop knew that my son would be driving home from Texas to California and they put tires on there that were bad and he could've gotten the blowout on the way home and been stranded. I called the shop and spoke to Octavio and he informed me to call him back after he talked to the owner. Every time I have called back to the shop they purposely do not answer the phone so I waited a couple of days and called this morning, and as soon as I asked for Octavio, they hung up on me. I tried calling back and they just sent me to voicemail. Please DO NOT get tires from here as they are not trustworthy or honest and then when there's a problem they just ignore you. Go to a reputable tire shop so you don't get ripped off or put your life in danger.
