Outstanding work and warranty on parts installed by Brake Masters! I had my rear brakes done and control arms replaced by Brake Masters on McCrea a few months back in 2025. I unfortunately, had a bolt come off from the right side control arm from my 2018 GRAY VW JETTA. I called Brake Masters and "Rafa" the shop's Manager answered on a Friday, 15 minutes prior to closing time. Mr. Rafa, had no issue taking the time to answer my phone call, mind you that they were about to close shop. He coordinated a tow truck to tow my car from my home in the Far East to the shop on McCrea on a Saturday morning. Excellent Customer Service, for I didn't have to pay out of pocket to have it towed to the shop. Then to top it off with an Exceptional Customer Experience, they had my VW Jetta fixed by Monday afternoon. It wasn't drivable at all when they picked it up from my home on Saturday morning. Since I picked up my car, it has been driving like new!!! I just wanted to say to Mr. Rafa and his team at Brake Masters on McCrea that they did and amazing job fixing my car! Also offer a military discount I will be a customer of this place as long as I am here in El Paso. And they don't just specialize in brakes. They do everything. I had them do my clutch and resurface my flywheel for the best price I could find. After realizing my clutch fork was pretty beat up, they told me and allowed me as much time as I needed to get the part and kept my car on a lift for 3 days (my fault) for no extra charge! I brought my car in for an oil change a month ago. I dropped it off around 1:30 in the afternoon. They had a few cars in the garage, but told me it might be an hour's wait. I told them that was okay, so they went ahead and took my keys. After wandering around local stores for two and a half hours, I came back to check on my car only to see that it was still sitting in the same spot in the parking lot. I went into the office to inquire about the status of my car, and nobody came out of the garage to assist me. They clearly saw me standing at the counter and just kept working on other cars. I finally went out the front door and around to the garage and asked a worker if I could please just have my keys, as I was dissatisfied with the amount of time I had to wait just to get an oil change. He didn't apologize or offer anything besides telling me to "hold on" so he could get my keys. Upon walking back over to me with my keys, he didn't offer any sort of explanation or apology. All in all, I wasted two and a half hours waiting for an oil change I never got, and TERRIBLE customer service. I will never go back here. Maybe they just treat their customers differently depending on what service they come in for. All I know is that if you're just getting an oil change, their prices aren't cheap, so there is no need to put up with their crappy service (if they even get around to servicing your car). read more

Stay away from this place I went in to get my brakes inspected and one of the techs broke the bearing from my brake drum and tried to say that they were already broken. Wouldnt let me take my car unless a tow truck came for the car because it wasnt drivable or for me to buy the part so that they can fix it. Cant believe they break it but the customer pays for their mistakes and on top of that want to charge you for the labor. read more
