After an incredibly frustrating roadside assistance experience, I called Dave's Mobile Auto Repair and could not have been more impressed. Dave responded quickly, accurately diagnosed the issue, provided a very fair estimate, and got us back on the road the very next day. What stood out most was his professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help. Even though it was a holiday and he was supposed to be off, he understood that my daughter and I were stranded and made an exception to come help us. Dave was knowledgeable, efficient, accommodating, communicative, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. It's rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such great customer service and integrity. I would absolutely trust Dave again and would not hesitate to call him for future repairs if needed. If you're in the El Paso area and need an honest, dependable mechanic, I highly recommend Dave's Mobile Auto Repair.

Family members raved about this mechanic's work/work ethic so we decided to go with him. They also…read moresaid his services were reasonably priced. My bf's car wasn't starting awhile back so I called him. He was pretty booked so we had to wait a week. I think he gets pretty busy because he comes to your house. I sort of like the idea of this. He arrived promptly and kept in contact by texting. I'm getting used to texting these days so I appreciated that. Since it's an Italian car, he wasn't able to get the parts needed to fix it in a timely manner. It wasn't really his fault. We ended up having to take it to the dealership which was really expensive. I would still use this mechanic if I needed basic things done to my car like brakes, an oil change and/or a tuneup. My family continues to speak highly of him. He was pleasant to deal with. It's too bad he couldn't get the parts needed to fix this car quickly. Shoutout for the great service, though. #ServiceStarShoutout

My car 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee had a failure with the window and door lock controls on the drivers…read moredoor, they all stopped working. Worse yet the problem started moving toward the center of the car and other controls stopped working. I called and made an appointment at Alameda Auto electric. The best part was they LISTENED to every word I said. The technician "Maraio" listened and analyzed the problem. Mario worked on the problem and on the same day fixed all that was wrong.. I swear that he must know as much about the system as the designer. I have never had as good an experience with car repair as Alamo Auto Electric. This is a great place. I recommend them for everything. Great job guys. Thank you.

I brought my daughter's car here because the battery wouldn't hold a charge. sure enough it had to…read morebe replaced. but then one of the O2 sensors was bad so that had to be done along with a few other items. The total bill ended up being $1300. No problem, this was my baby girl's first car so I said do it all. Got the car back and the new battery was dead by morning. Turns out this car had a module that will randomly turn on electrical stuff when it goes bad and it kills the battery. Took a month to get the old module rebuilt and cost $2000. But the worst part is that things that worked before now NO LONGER WORK such as the AC on/off switch. Also the back windows no longer roll down. Items that worked before bringing the car there. When I called to inquire about it, the response was "We can take a look at it". Not: 'I'm sorry that you're having issues since we've worked on your car, let me take care of that for you'. They wanted me to spend more money to get shit fixed that wasn't an issue before I brought them the car in the first place. I had already spent well over $3k getting this car "fixed" and now more stuff is broken on it, NAH, I'm not spending anymore money at this scam mechanic so that the can bleed me dry. Enough is enough. If you can, avoid this place at all costs because they will "fix" one thing and then you'll end up needing them to "fix" something else that wasn't a problem until you brought it to them. I expected I higher level of customer service after spending so much money. I was wrong. They're nothing but a bunch of SCAM ARTISTS!

About two hours later we didn't receive the call so we called to see if they were able to get the car up and their response was to " just come pick up the car" and refused the service. Now we have waste two hours of morning when we could have gone somewhere else we understand if they are busy but by would Bruce accept in the beginning and gave us a time he would call us back. In my opinion racism was shown.
