My fiancé and I stopped here at 7:55pm and it was still quite busy. The shop was very clean, they wipe down tables after every use. I really hope they can continue to do that because I've been to many bubble tea shops before where they did that in the beginning and then stopped. The drinks we got were really good! I went twice, back to back days since I loved the first time I went with a simple passion fruit tea and the tea was strong, boba was perfectly bouncy and solid overall. I went back and got the milk tea and jasmine milk tea which lacked the tea flavor of the first time. The grass hopper was cool, a popular choice I heard but it won't give you "boba vibes" but more so healthy juice forward type experience. Peach Bellini was also watery, would not recommend. No problems with the service, things moved smoothly with a slightly heavy flow of people. If you are looking for drinks with stronger tea flavors, I recommend this spot! This was my first time here and I love the story behind the creation of this store. I ordered the Passionfruit Jasmine at 50% sweet and the jasmine flavor is strong! This is a good drink to sip on slowly (hence, "cocktail inspired"). Even when the ice melted, I felt like the tea flavor was still there (but diluted but of course with the ice!). I appreciated the generous amount of dalgona pieces scattered on top and the separation of colors on the French daisy. They have milk substitutes and you can adjust your sugar levels. I typically request for 25-30% sugar, but the cashier mentioned that the sugar content was not high to begin with, which led me to 50%. Major regrets. I had to dilute the tea and coffee when I got home. I recommend going with 30% sugar. The ambiance of the cafe is warm with their yellow lighting, but bright with all of the natural light. Everything was top tier and this was one of the best boba spots I've been to. The whole interior was aesthetically very pleasing and very clean. The workers were really nice as well. The only thing that made my experience not as good as it would've been was that they ran out of boba, so I had to go with the agar boba, which is not bad, but not as good as regular boba. The drink itself was solid and not too sweet which I really liked, but perhaps next time I visit I'll be able to try their boba and most likely give this place a five star if everything lives up to this experience because I was simply unable to enjoy the drink as much as I would've if it had regular boba. Sad to say that coming here was a disappointing experience. I was excited to try it because I've heard positive things from friends but the first time I went, my Strawberry Jasmine Green Tea tasted like flavored water. The second time I went my Honey Oolong tasted burnt to a crisp and not to mention they ran out of boba :( I usually never ask them to re-make my drink but after allowing 6 of my friends to try my drink and none of them wanting it because of the taste, I had no choice. They remade my drink with no conflict and I ordered the Jasmine Green Tea with Cream which was muchhhh better. But 3 attempts is too many to get it right. Service was mediocre, nothing special both times. They seemed like they wanted to go home lol. They asked to deter from 100% sweetness both times which is a bit odd. If you know your drinks are more than often sweet, wouldn't you just change the recipe than attempting to get the customer to change their drink? Overall a below average experience. Now to the drinks: their menu is super impressive. There's pretty much everything you can imagine. Instead of the typical milk tea flavors, they offer specialized flavors and sophisticated tea flavors. I tried the Dalgona espresso with boba and I recommend this to all coffee lover. New fav! Hands down this was worth the 35 min drive. I got the BMB and my friend got the Dalgona and I didn't try hers but mine was AMAZING! One thing I paid attention to was that they aren't using syrups or powders. That is a HUGE HUGE plus for me! I pay attention to that and really dislike when companies use those. They had a fresh tea machine that they continuously filled up with herbs and hot water and used that for the tea bases. Next time I come I'll be trying one of those! The boba is not my favorite here though, the pearls are a little smaller and a bit firmer. If only they were more QQ, then this shop would easily be one of my favorites.
