I was disappointed with my visit. The boba was overly sweet, to the point where it was hard to enjoy. I also noticed that the plastic seal on the cup wasn't fully sealed. Instead of remaking it fresh, staff handled the cup and touched around the opening of the drink with their fingers before handing it out. They also poured the broken sealed boba into another cup and just sealed it again in which the volume was less than the original. That felt unsanitary and made me uncomfortable... I didn't bring it up in the moment, but it definitely affected my overall experience. I hope they pay closer attention to quality and cleanliness moving forward. read more

Terrible experience walked in was completely ignored keep in mind there was no customers in store. Finally when I was acknowledged and I placed an order he didn't ask if I wanted any add on or how sweet I wanted my drink. Sat down waited for my drink to be made then walks in other guests who were immediately greeted and served. One of the other guest drink was ready before mine and they called their drink out. When mind was ready they just set it down walked off so I wasn't sure if the drink was even for me or if it was waiting on something by else. Then someone walks up to grab my drink and says oh this isn't mine. Then I realized it was my drink. So I got up and politely ask was this my drink only to be ignored again and had to raise my voice to get her attention even though she was about 10 feet away from me. Went in for the first time yesterday. Had the strawberry banana slush (DELICIOUS) and the strawberry green tea. Both were fantastic. They also have a great deal for your first visit. Let's start with the bad: It's tough to tell because we did come in around 30 minutes until closing but the boba itself was not good. It wasn't fresh and texture was off. The drinks themself were very good, would come back. Clean bathrooms and lots of seating available. Service was friendly. They have lots of selections from milk teas and fruit teas. Leak is one of the newest boba places to open in town recently. This is their first location in Texas. It's very clean and nice inside. I've tried the king brûlée, guerrilla Thai, taro twist, mango tango, and butterfly passion Fritz. The king brûlée is basically brown sugar with crème brûlée pieces and boba. I really liked the drink overall, the boba was cooked perfectly. The guerilla Thai is like a Thai tea slushy, but the ice is all at the top so it's basically just Thai tea. I still really liked the taste of the Thai tea, but couldn't taste any of the matcha. The taro twist is a good simple taro drink, it's pretty light. The mango tango is a mango slushy drink, it's a bit too tart for me. The butterfly passion Fritz is like a Passionfruit soda and I liked it, plus it looks pretty. Service is wonderful! Everyone is very welcoming and wants to make sure your order is correct and tasty. My favorite drink is the Peach Tea- you can pick jasmine green tea or black tea for the base. The boba was fresh and flavorful. I ended up getting double boba the next day I returned LOL boba addict.. No food here, but if you're hungry, just get you two drinks with boba ;) Seating is available inside, so it's a nice place to chat with friends or even catch up on some work. If you are on the fence, I suggest you order the dragonfruit slayer as it was fruity, tuity, and refreshing. The interior was clean and had many chairs. Was driving through the area and just found this spot. They apparently opened only a few weeks ago so they'll have tables coming soon. We were served by Daniel who I believe is the owner, and I think I would come back just for him. He was so friendly and accommodating and made sure we were happy. We ordered the King Brûlée, Dragon Slayer, and the Maui waui. Modified the Maui waui to have less coconut and more pineapple and it came out just like that. The only thing I would change was the pineapple had a preservative taste instead of like a more natural and fresh taste. Place had good music that wasn't too loud and seems like chill vibes. Again there wasn't a way to sit inside so can't comment too much about ambiance. Prices were alright, slightly more expensive than what I'm used to in Dallas.
