Happened to pass by this boba spot, surprised to learn they're such a big chain nationwide. Anyway, the service was friendly. Their menu was extensive and the overall quality was solid. I ordered a Peachapple Green Tea with mini bubbles, which was a cool topping they had. Really appreciated that they actually adjusted the sugar level to 25%. The drink came out great. Overall we recommend! read more

I was disappointed with my visit. The boba was overly sweet, to the point where it was hard to enjoy. I also noticed that the plastic seal on the cup wasn't fully sealed. Instead of remaking it fresh, staff handled the cup and touched around the opening of the drink with their fingers before handing it out. They also poured the broken sealed boba into another cup and just sealed it again in which the volume was less than the original. That felt unsanitary and made me uncomfortable... I didn't bring it up in the moment, but it definitely affected my overall experience. I hope they pay closer attention to quality and cleanliness moving forward. read more

Let's start with the bad: It's tough to tell because we did come in around 30 minutes until closing but the boba itself was not good. It wasn't fresh and texture was off. The drinks themself were very good, would come back. Clean bathrooms and lots of seating available. Service was friendly. They have lots of selections from milk teas and fruit teas. All the drinks we saw people ordering looked great also. read more

Went in for the first time yesterday. Had the strawberry banana slush (DELICIOUS) and the strawberry green tea. Both were fantastic. They also have a great deal for your first visit. BOGO. the "tea" tender (is that a word) was very helpful and friendly. Very clean place and I'll be back soon! read more

Terrible experience walked in was completely ignored keep in mind there was no customers in store. Finally when I was acknowledged and I placed an order he didn't ask if I wanted any add on or how sweet I wanted my drink. Sat down waited for my drink to be made then walks in other guests who were immediately greeted and served. One of the other guest drink was ready before mine and they called their drink out. When mind was ready they just set it down walked off so I wasn't sure if the drink was even for me or if it was waiting on something by else. Then someone walks up to grab my drink and says oh this isn't mine. Then I realized it was my drink. So I got up and politely ask was this my drink only to be ignored again and had to raise my voice to get her attention even though she was about 10 feet away from me. Then had the nerve to act like she didn't know what I ordered. The place was not busy only me and 3 other guest who came together. All that for the drink to be not even worth it. What can improve quality customer service for ALL guest read more

Excited that a new chain opened up in DFW! I ordered the jasmine green milk tea and Krak signature milk tea and it was pretty good! The tea is strong and the milk complimented the drink well. Really clean white layout inside. The staff were super friendly and really attentive. Definitely have to come back and try the specialty drinks. read more

Leak is one of the newest boba places to open in town recently. This is their first location in Texas. It's very clean and nice inside. I've tried the king brûlée, guerrilla Thai, taro twist, mango tango, and butterfly passion Fritz. The king brûlée is basically brown sugar with crème brûlée pieces and boba. I really liked the drink overall, the boba was cooked perfectly. The guerilla Thai is like a Thai tea slushy, but the ice is all at the top so it's basically just Thai tea. I still really liked the taste of the Thai tea, but couldn't taste any of the matcha. The taro twist is a good simple taro drink, it's pretty light. The mango tango is a mango slushy drink, it's a bit too tart for me. The butterfly passion Fritz is like a Passionfruit soda and I liked it, plus it looks pretty. I think this is definitely one of the better boba places in town. Plus I love to troll my friends and tell them I'm getting "krak" read more

Service is wonderful! Everyone is very welcoming and wants to make sure your order is correct and tasty. My favorite drink is the Peach Tea- you can pick jasmine green tea or black tea for the base. The boba was fresh and flavorful. I ended up getting double boba the next day I returned LOL boba addict.. No food here, but if you're hungry, just get you two drinks with boba ;) Seating is available inside, so it's a nice place to chat with friends or even catch up on some work. The atmosphere is bright and very chill. Will be returning soon read more

OMG so good! I am so glad I stumbled upon them while browsing UberEats- We just wanted some boba and was feeling extra lazy so decided to order. Unbeknownst to me, I got some of the best boba ever I definitely can't wait to go in person to browse the menu more. We got the Cookies & Cream, Mango Snow, Sunset Passion, Coco Thai Butterfly. The cookies & cream was delicious and addicting. The perfect about of sweet and nuttiness like they described, literally dreaming about it! Mango Snow was a perfect milky blend of mango; a great go to for when you can't decide! Sunset Passion was fruity and refreshing, definitely good for a hot day! Coco Thai Butterfly showcased a great tea flavor, with hints of a roasted flavor that ran deep! I love tasting that roasted tea flavor in boba, so this was amazing! Overall, everything was delicious and I can't wait to try more! read more

Wifey has been eyeballing this boba place since we drove by and thought the name was so catchy. We stopped by a Saturday afternoon to try it out. I ordered the King Brulee. We order the large size. Both were delicious. Wife said this her favorite boba spot in the area. Will most definitely come back. read more

BOGO on first drink order when you get the app. Was decent, but very Americanized. Overly sweet.

New boba spot with decent drinks and good service. I've tried multiple drinks but nothing has left me super amazed. Drinks are creative which sets it apart from several other boba chains. Strawberry snow: 8/10 - very sweet and a smoothie is not something I typically get but it was great on a hot day Moon princess: 7/10 - favorite part was the pink crystal boba Krak signature milk tea: 8/10 - good flavor, one of the better signature milk teas I've tried Strawberry milk: 8/10 - no tea in this drink but if you like strawberries and milk then I'd recommend this one Wintermelon milk tea: 6/10 - a little lacking in flavor for my taste Sun bright fruit tea: 6/10 - I got this half sweet which may have been the reason I felt like it was missing something read more

Service was amazing! Came during soft opening where it is BOGO between 12-8 pm. Here are the drinks we ordered: Taro Crush Smoothie - used fresh taro and didn't taste too sweet. Would get this again Mango Tango Smoothie - my favorite drink out of the four I tried. I am a huge fan of mango and this had plenty of them Guerrilla Thai - Thai tea was strong and sweet but I couldn't really taste the matcha Cookies n Cream Smoothie - super sweet (then again it is made with chocolate and Oreos) not sure if sweetness can be adjusted here (my fault for not double checking). Overall, I wouldn't mind coming back to try the other drinks! read more

I've been to A LOT of boba places all over the country...many good and many bad. This place is awesome!! The boba here is made perfectly, great texture and flavor. Our family has had about half the menu ...and our favorites are the King Brûlée, sunset passion, and the Thai tea, but everything we've tried has been good! The best boba place we've found in DFW! read more

New boba shop alert krak has very interesting drink combos, making them unique. I didn't know what to get so I got the dragonfruit slayer and guerilla thai. If you are on the fence, I suggest you order the dragonfruit slayer as it was fruity, tuity, and refreshing. The interior was clean and had many chairs. However, there are no tables so I do not recommend that you come here to study. Overall, this boba shop was clean, offered basic and unique drinks, and the service was good. read more

Great service! It can get busy at times but it's worth it. This place is a chain from california so I was so excited that they opened one in Texas. There were two workers dealing with a rush when I came in, and the owner (i assume) kept apologizing. It wasn't even a long wait! If you anticipate a big order, order ahead!! Inside the store was pretty small but there were some tables where you could sit down. I got a couple of drinks, but here are the ones i tried. Dragon Slayer : fruity and lightly sweet. it's refreshing and i recommend getting it with crystal boba. moon princess : refreshing! creamy and fruity at the same time. not too sweet taro coffee : if you like coffee that isn't sickly sweet, i recommend this. it has a nice bitter aftertaste read more

We had really amazing service and drinks from here. This is probably my favorite boba so I've tried in DFW. It's clean and nice inside too. If I had to give any feedback, I'd say please open more locations so I don't have to drive over 30mins to try more drinks. Love this otherwise! read more

Was driving through the area and just found this spot. They apparently opened only a few weeks ago so they'll have tables coming soon. We were served by Daniel who I believe is the owner, and I think I would come back just for him. He was so friendly and accommodating and made sure we were happy. We ordered the King Brûlée, Dragon Slayer, and the Maui waui. Modified the Maui waui to have less coconut and more pineapple and it came out just like that. The only thing I would change was the pineapple had a preservative taste instead of like a more natural and fresh taste. Place had good music that wasn't too loud and seems like chill vibes. Again there wasn't a way to sit inside so can't comment too much about ambiance. Prices were alright, slightly more expensive than what I'm used to in Dallas. Overall, good experience and good drinks with really nice servers! Nice way to beat the heat :) read more
