Stopped by Feng Cha for a mid-day pick me up and although I've been to the Coppell location didn't even realize they had one right near me. This one was just as clean and spacious as the other one, except I liked the setup and seating area here better. It had order kiosks for you to place your order, which I actually appreciated because anytime I'm at a place like this, they always have SO many options on the board so this allowed me to take my time and look through the menu. I still stuck to my tried and true Thai Tea but still. The tea was refreshing and the perfect amount of sweetness. I also like on the order kiosk they give you options to customize your drink to perfection, like asking what sweet level you want, and other options. I'll be back! Stopped by for boba on a sunday early afternoon. This place is super cute and quaint, with a lot of indoor seating! There's two green sofas in the back with a white coffee table that's very cute for a group of 4-6! When you wak in, there are 2 kiosks to the left where you can order. The workers are super nice, and made sure that our entire group of 9 people had their drinks! We ordered the mango au lait 25% sweet, no ice, and with crystal boba, which was very sweet and creamy! Big fan of Feng Cha! The cafe is very spacious and has a variety of seating options. It's well decorated and the walls are white, so it's super bright inside. It is also very clean. You order on one of two electronic stations and have the ability to customize pretty much everything about your drink/tea. They have a variety of options, even for customers who may not love tea. The employee working was friendly and made the drinks quickly. I'm excited to go back and try something different! This is the prettiest Feng Cha location I've been to so far in DFW! Great vibes for study/work/socializing. Had no problems with parking and customer service was good! I was recommended to visit here by some friends to see what I thought about the boba here. I generally try to refrain from chains, but thought I'd give it a try. When I entered, I noticed a few people inside and it was very cute and nicely decorated. I saw some locations that were setup for "IG moments". I placed my order fairly quickly after seeing there was a Crème Brûlée Dirty Boba. I wasn't too sure what the difference between that and the Dirty Boba was, but after seeing my drink it made sense. The ingredients are the exact same for both. The difference is that they caramelize the brown sugar (with a torch or something similar) like how crème brûlée has that crunchy sugar layer on top, and that's what adds on the $0.80. The price was pretty typical for a boba place. Anyways, I didn't find the drink that special. It was basically a glass of cold milk with some milk foam, sugar syrup, and that crunchy sugar layer on top. Fortunately, I checked the lid after being handed it because it nearly came off. The customer service was fine, so I'm not sure if we went on a good day compared to other reviewers! Cute decor as well! We got the grapefruit green tea and jasmine tea with sea salt foam. Our friends got their osmanthus oolong with boba. I took a sip and appreciated the boba cooked to chewy QQ perfection. Sweetness and ice levels seemed good to me and what we asked for! Loved the strong tea flavor. They don't use powder here. If you are looking for a boba shop that is more Americanized with overly sweet and milky or watered down drinks this is not the place to visit. Okay, finally got the order right: - Oolong tea - 75% sweetness (see note below) - With sea salt foam - With boba (or double boba) I asked for low ice so they wouldn't give me a weird room temp drink (see my first review), but the ice really interferes with the foam experience. So, it's not quite perfection yet, but we're getting there. If they'd just chill their no-ice drinks...!!! I stand by my recommendation that their drinks tend to be on the less-sweet side, so don't go lower than 75% sweetness unless you enjoy that really bitter pure tea flavor. 75% sweetness felt like the perfect balance of not sweet but not bitter. Their boba quantity remains low relative to most boba shops' standards. Annoying that I'm paying $1 for such a tiny amount of boba, and I'd have to pay $2 for what I'd consider a regular amount. So, for that reason plus the failure to chill their no-ice drinks, it remains 3 stars for the overall experience. The above order was my first truly 4-star experience here in terms of the drink itself, in that I didn't walk away feeling disappointed or displeased with my order. But still 3 stars overall due to some definite room for improvement in (1) boba quantity and (2) the temperature of no-ice drinks. After trying them out, I looked to see if there were any other locations and there's plenty of them. I got a dirty boba with black tea, 75% sweetness, and regular ice. OMG, it's just too good. It's got brown sugar around the cup, kinda like caramel sauce. It's so frothy and creamy. There's a cheese foam at the top which is something new to me, it's like whipped cream but BETTER. I can taste that it's caffeinated because of the tea. The boba is a little smaller than what I'm used to but that's not a deal breaker for me. I was so sad when I finished my drink. Feng Cha is awesome! It's a super-cute shop with a mellow decor and the drinks are top-notch! I've been really happy with my drinks- this coming from a non-tea drinker. I get the Mango Au Lait or the Mango Smoothie. The drinks are smooth, rich and the perfect for a delicious treat. The have a great app that makes ordering drinks really easy for pick up. It's well-designed and easy to use. I would definitely recommend downloading the app for to-go orders. You can still customize it any way you like and you can also tip in the app. Overall Feng Cha is five stars all the way. Looking forward to trying some of their desserts sometime! read more

I hadn't tried this chain before and I love it so much I've been there every two days since I discovered it. Disappointed to give this place a one star review. I frequent this place and this review is based on customer service. My husband (who doesn't drink boba tea) went in to order me a drink. I told him to get me a black milk tea. When he didn't see it on the menu, he asked what's the closest thing to this and they suggested a dirty boba (not the same thing). When he came back to the car I told him oh they gave you the wrong thing and he brought it back inside. They charged him for a second drink and took the dirty boba back from him. So we paid for 2 drinks and only got one... Next time I came back in I asked if they would be willing to make it right and just give us a drink (which we already paid for but never received). They assured me there was nothing they could do...
