Awesome rotating selection of brews at an affordable price. I've been in during trivia nights and various DJ sets. There is pizza available inside to purchase, but I will refrain from commenting since I haven't tried it. Cool place to hang out with buds

Wish we could've stuck around for longer and hung out because the vibe was really great! Not too loud, but casual to hang out with some friends on a weekday or weekend night. And the Sour beer was just too good! Also do yourselves a favor and get the pizza from Kobo inside there. Just. Do it.

    Beer flight: 6oz Samplers

Bartenders were super friendly. Prices were reasonable. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered the flight which comes with 6 beers of your choosing. Good experience, would recommend!

A variety of beers and ciders on tap, but the darkest beer was a mediocre red. No porters or stouts. No sours. The flight of 6 allowed for a variety of taste experiences. My favorites were the Hazy Big Ballard and the Cloud Mentality. Ample outdoor seating - community table style.

WHEN: Wed @5pm I wanted to be somewhere that had outdoor seating, booze that's not limited to just beer, and food. When we arrived, there's no one outside and it was chilly. The benches and tables were wet from the rain so I asked for a towel to wipe it dry. When I ordered inside the bartender was nice to offer me a Hot Toddy when I asked for a hot beverage. However, his water didn't work so I ended up order an OLD FASHIONED. OLD FASHIONED - $14 Woodenville double barrel whiskey, orange, maraschino cherry, angastora bitters, simple syrup. This old fashioned looked weird, and probably because it was not served over a huge single ice cube, which made the drink look like a single pour of liquor. It tasted fine. Just sad I didn't get a Hot Toddy. MAC & CHEESE - $10 Classic elbow pasta, Cheddar, Mozzarella and Parmesan mixed together with their beer cheese. Topped with breadcrumbs and baked until browned bubbly. Oh yeah it was very good and creamy/cheesy! Eat fast because it also gets cold fast if you're sitting outside! Easily shareable. SUPREME PIZZA - $18.50 Statistically the best pizza (the menu said it not me). It has their 5 nost popular toppings: pepperoni, sausage, green pepper, red onion, mushrooms. Pretty pricey for a smallish pizza that reminds me something from the frozen section. I guess if you were to compare it to the plain cheese pizza ($10) but they do itemize each topping. I might as well build my own pizza. This place is lovely thang out and I wish I was comfortable enough ti sit indoors where its super nice and cozy and get to enjoy the gorgeous mural. There's also seating in the back which may have been warmer with all the residential walls. I'm surprised this place has no outdoor heating lamps. All in all I'm grateful for a place that serves food and liquor with plenty of outdoor seating.

It was our first time here as a group and we came in pretty late. Overall experience was great. The back bar closes first so some of their drinks weren't available but the bartenders took care of us. Explained how to order and were really quick with all the drinks. Was really diggin the atmosphere, sad that some of the drinks weren't available but i'm down to come back!

I got to try this place with some friends on a Friday night (around their closing time) so got to try just their beers. The place itself has a nice vibe, it's also attached to Kobo pizza (which I so wanted to try but sadly they were closed ). The building was lit up beautiful at night. Apart from beers , they also serve cider, wine, cocktails so everyone an find something to drink Since it was my first time there , I decided to sample and ordered a flight (6 beers) and all the beers we had were decent. I particularly liked the coffee porter .

    Paloma
    Jenna Z.

Went here with a group of 7 friends at around 7:30 and we were seated immediately at a table outside. I got the Paloma and the Buffalo Fried Chicken Sandwich (came with side of fries). I've never tried a Paloma before but it was really yummy. I don't really enjoy strong alcohol but I enjoyed the nice balance of flavors in this drink. Food was also pretty solid, not extremely astounding or amazingly good. The waiter also mixed up one of our orders with someone else's so my friend had to wait a long time for his burger. Overall, vibe is good and alcohol is good. Deductions because good isn't anything special in my opinion but good place to go to meet up with friends!

I do love the location this new(ish) brewery location, layout, setting and service!!. Beer, good yet not amazing like most craft breweries in the PNW!!. Food, full kitchen recently swapped out with a pop-up sub-in offering just smash burgers and French fried sides.. staff was awesome compensating for the pubs lacking.. pro-tip, to-go fridge stocked with old beer!

    Wagyu burger + fries
    Sarina Z.

Brought a group of 7 and we were seated immediately. They offer a variety of IPAs, lagers, ales, and stouts. I got the rosé apple cider and it was crisp + fruity. Their food menu was not huge so I went with the wagyu burger + fries. The burger was okay and fries were fine, both pretty average to me! The vibe was great, definitely a fun spot to hangout and talk with friends (esp big groups because they have huge tables).

Fairly cozy restaurant with a back portion for events or more seating during busier meals. We tried the following - Karaage wings - quite umami, a hint of curry and spices, does not really look like chicken wings - Blasted broccoli - delicious with the lemon aioli on the side. A little overcooked but a nice take on the broccolini that is usually prepared in this manner - Duck breast - I liked the meat itself - very flavorful, but I didn't like the reduction and the sage leaves did not add much flavor - Pork belly - very hearty. The chimichurri kind of clashes with the flavor a bit but cuts down the heavy fat. Potato texture was a bit interesting - Sumac hummus and cucumbers - a healthy option off happy hour. Nice that it was served with flatbread - Cracked olive salad - a bit pickly, I personally do not like olives in this manner but my friend enjoyed it - Citrus Paradisi - quite a strong cocktail, but not quite well-balanced. For $13, it was satisfactory for alcohol strength, but quality could be improved Service is decent as food was brought in a timely manner and we did not need to wait long to get the bill, etc.

We got the popcorn cod as a starter which was so fun and inventive. Think crispy fried chicken bites but with fish. So yummy! For our mains, we shared a grilled skewer of pork belly with applesauce, a skewer of grilled shrimp, and a life changing grilled cheese made with goat cheese and lingonberry jam! The flavors complimented each other so well and it was just melt in your mouth perfection! I want another just writing this. We also got a flight of their meads which was lovely! Honestly, I have never been to a city where the bad restaurants and bars cosplay so well. Fortunately, this bar is actually really really good. Their happy hour is an infuriatingly tiny window (4-5p), but really really good. 50 percent off of every drink, and 25 percent off all food. We had some of the best truffle parmesan fries I have ever had here. It came with a black garlic aioli that was also incredibly good and left a really strong impression. We got 8 different drinks, if you include a 3-amaro flight, and all of them were storied, complex, herbaceous and delicious. They printed out cute little descriptions with lots of great context too. That flight was $21 pre tax tip and also pre the 50 percent off happy hour. It was one of the best flights I have ever had. They have a section for amaro-based drinks. We tried two of them and they were stellar. We also got 2 non-alcoholic (N/A) drinks that were both some combo of delicious, complex, and refreshing In a sea of middling bars with $22 drinks, herb and bitters stands out. Their patio space with a clear roof feels like a lovely sun room with lots of christmasy trees. The menus are printed in these cute little kids books. This place is stellar, and you should definitely go. Please keep them in business. In short, a stellar list of cocktails, N/A options, a great (even if short) happy hour and a wonderful place for amaro nerds with some shockingly delicious fries.
