Great Service! Great Food! Great Beer! Amazing Prices! We found this place driving in the neighborhood on vacation. From outside, it looked like a relaxing place to have a beer on a cold day and it was even more than that. We were warmly welcomed and shown the different types of beers. The beer was delicious, but their salad was the best! I wish I could have the recipe for the salad! So good! We also had a pizza, which did not fall short of everything else. We had two more friends join on this trip and we had to show them this place. They were as pleasantly surprised as we were. This is one of those places you'll wish you had at home. I certainly do! Thank you everyone at Brewlab! read more

If you are looking for a friendly and laid-back place, this ain't it. I'm sure they have their merits for their category. Also limited beer selection. read more

This was my first time staying out in this area of Seattle and it didn't disappoint. I found Redhook on What's Hot and decided to check it out. Barely had walked though the door and was handed a taster. From then I went on to order a flight and also got a few more free tasters. The stay was very knowledgeable and attentive. Has a great time and will be coming back the next time I'm in town. read more

The Redhook Brewlab is a fantastic addition to the Capital Hill area. Recently went here after work with a group of about 15 and the service both before and during the event was nothing short of welcoming and quality. The beers are cold, fresh and a good value for the price paid (especially during happy hour). The pizzas are served quickly and pair wonderful with their beer. The location has a fun vibe with tv's, open seating and is kept clean. Thank you to the bartender wearing the WSU beanie for your hospitality and helping to make this a great work happy hour event. read more

I chose to have dinner here as a neutral place to break up with my girlfriend. The happy hour prices were so reasonable I decided to give the relationship another week! read more

Redhook Brewlab - Given it another try! - Breweries Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Came with a group of friends and the beer is good and food pairs well with it. Only downside was that the salad had no options to add a protein. The fried chicken is spicy with a Korean spice. Everyone enjoyed the chicken but if you can't handle a lot of spice would not recommend. The pizza is good but took about 10 napkins to remove the pool of grease on top. We would come back with a group to enjoy beers again! read more

Groupon said food and drink,,,when I arrived I was told NO FOOD...pretty disappointing

My friends grabbed two tables for drinks and a quick bite to eat (aka couple hundred?!) before we went out for my bachelorette. They brought a TINY cake for me and there was a $50 cutting fee. For a tiny cake when Brewlab doesn't offer cake dessert options. The waiter, Caleb, was providing us with super douche comments and service as well. I wouldn't go back. read more

Don't come here if you want to celebrate a birthday. Came here with a medium-sized group wanting to mix things up instead of going to Optimism like we usually do, only to have a super frustrating experience. Cakes are a "health hazard" and "might have weed"... unless you pony up $50 for a "cake cutting fee". Apparently cash is the secret ingredient to a safe birthday party. Anyways, back to Optimism it is. read more

I love all the space (indoors and outdoors!) that this place offers. It was a great place to watch NFL games after a long weekend. My only "complaint" is the lack of non-IPA beers, but hey, that's also pretty common here in Seattle. My husband loved everything on their beer list, but for people like me who aren't big IPA fans, this place brings a bit of a challenge. But, the staff was helpful with their suggestions, so that helped! read more

GREAT BEER ON TAP! What I found super cool about the Redhook BrewLab was that they have experimental beers on tap as well as the Redhook beers we all know and love. I didn't try the food this time around but the fried chicken looked and smelled great! To bad its frowned upon asking the person next to you at the bar for a sample! Great service and amazing prices! 10/10 recommend first time Seattle goers checking this place out! read more

Beer only review - didn't try the food but I believe they offer a happy hour. After speaking with the bartender apparently this place only offers experimental beers (none of the corporate, traditional redhook line). The beers were much better than I expected and was pleasantly surprised. We tried one called "Elf Blood" (a collab with Crucible) and it was so incredibly smooth, rich and tasted like raspberry. They had a great selection with a little bit of everything for all and do offer tastings. Outdoor seating as well. read more

Popped in here for a quick brew; apparently they sever liquor now! And they have fresh oysters from Taylor shellfish taboot. Calm and friendly vibe and family friendly! Guys they have a changing table in the men's room; so daddy daughter day is on. Chriss at the bar was super knowledgeable about the whole menu. On point to say the least. Stop in I'd recommend this place highly! read more

Came into town for Rock and Roll Seattle marathon, and came here to carb load! Great happy hour specials! I had a pepperoni pizza. Can't beat a $10 pizza!! It was a good size; split it with my wife! Enjoyed a flight of beers, while sitting at bar! The pizza was delicious and the have a wide selection of beers! This is a great place to hang out! Great atmosphere!! read more

The beers here are SO delicious. Smoothest IPA's I've ever had. My favorite was a fruity saison (not sure of the name) but all of the beers we had were delicious. Love that they will give you free tastes. Can't wait to come back! read more

Definitely come here for happy hour which is M-F 3-6pm! My boyfriend and I got two beers for about $5 each (super tall glasses) and a burger for $6. Large area, great for a group of friends. Really chill atmosphere. You order at the bar and they bring the food to you. read more

Tonight was my first visit. I don't normally drink beer. However, I enjoy beers that have yummy coffee flavors so I order the lighter of the two beers (lighter alcohol content, lighter hops content, etc) with the coffee profile. I completely spaced and forgot to ask the bar tender the name of it -oops! It was very tasty with a definite coffee profile that was smooth and delicious! I almost finished the entire beer, which says a lot for me -HA! Sadly, I can't say the same for the mussel sandwich/hoagie I ordered. The bread wasn't toasted. It was just a regular, room temperature, flavorless baguette. I think I counted five mussels in the entire sandwich and the sauce drizzled/mixed with the mussels was underwhelming. Idk what I was expecting, maybe something hot? Flavorful? A crunchy texture to compliment the softness of the mussels? I was disappointed. read more

This place is humongous and a great place to stop by for a casual bite or drink. There's lots of different tables depending on whether you want to sit down for eating or mill around with a beer. There's something here for everyone so perfect place to park and catch up with a group of friends. Note, this is not a place to come for a private date, though there is a more intimate section of the place that offers a little more privacy. Look forward to trying out the food here. read more

The food was SO salty. My mouth hurts after eating a some fries. We couldn't eat any of the food or fries. They replaced the fries with salad but we were so disappointed. The chef in the back needs to taste food before giving it to customers. It's almost like they don't want people to eat here again. read more

Solid craft brews. We had a flight of 6 tasters ranging from light ales to hoppy IPAs. It was a casual environment great for groups of people. Memorable beers include the saison and the rye-Belgian one. read more

This is my favorite brewery in Seattle, so much that I buy their Hoppy Hook Pack at the supermarket! Even though I love their Long Hammer IPA, they have a wonderful and delicious selection of beers on tap. You must try their Space Bullet and the My Oh My, they are just indescribable! There's enough space to enjoy a pint with your friends and family, friendly service and the place has a great vibe! read more

Good brews. Clean bar and staff was very helpful. Nice to be in a bar and get good service.

Okay I don't drink beer and didn't have any so I can't speak about that.. but besides that, this place is great! Came here for a friend's birthday and it's totally up my alley. Clean, open, huge space and a very industrial interior. Plenty of seating in the front patio, indoors, and back patio (with a fire pit)! The food here is amazing. They're all small bites but packed with flavor. You take a little printout in a bucket at your table and write down the quantity of whatever item you want on the menu and bring it to the bar to place your order. You also pay at the time but can keep your tab open or closed. My bf and I went a little crazy and we got the oysters, Korean style fried chicken, wagyu beef sliders, mussels, and Brussels sprouts. Everything was so flavorful! Great bar/finger foods. My bf doesn't even like Brussels sprouts but he thought they did a good job! Granted we went on Labor Day but I feel like this would be a really chill brewery even on a Friday/Saturday night in cap hill. read more

Awesome trendy hipster atmosphere! GREAT beer selection and the menu held quite a variety of yummy options! Service was quick and pleasant- seemed as though all staff were smiling and engaged! Definitely worth a stop!! There are two outdoor seating areas. One in the front and the other locating in an atrium between two apartment complexes. Seating in the atrium has two fire features with adirondack chairs around them. read more

Beer. Good beer. And alright food. Did I mention beer? And a pretty cool atmosphere too. And they have beer! Mmm, beer.... read more

Great space! Two bar areas, extra long booths for you and your 10 closest friends, and a non regulation shuffle board (I actually don't know for sure, it just looked small) tucked away in the corner. Two out door areas, front for some sweet people watching and the back which is in the courtyard of whatever apartment complex its in. Food: we only ordered the pretzel. BF prefers yellow mustard and not mustard seeds. I don't care either way. It was good. BF thinks pretzels are underrated. I think they're rated just fine. Carbs always good with beer. Beer: not gonna lie, I don't love. Get a sampler of 6 for $12 and see what I mean. Everything (I believe) is a collaboration of some sort. Most were alright, there was one with some whiskey flavor (tasted like a shot) that was potent tasting. Overall: would try again. the space and the fact that this was all based on a quick in and out experience, I'm not too quick to judge. The location is clutch, walking distance for me. I plan on trying out more food because they had a lot of great looking pizzas out and about. read more

The cheese pizza was overcooked. The cheese didn't have that nice melted stringy goodness. The crust tasted bland and the cheese had no give. There are two bars with lots of TVs. I'm a Hawks fan but I'm glad they were showing other games too. Not every tv needs to play the same game (don't kill me). The drinks are fairly priced and the bartenders are friendly. The only thing I didn't really like is that there's no table service because ordering at the bar can take forever but it wasn't too bad. They have a few booths but mostly table seating along with some standing tables. I think the outside patio is connected as well but it was too cold to go outside both times we went. Their hh seemed decent so maybe we'll come back for food then but wouldn't order the cheese pizza again. It's a good place to catch a game though. read more

Really like this place. Large spot with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. They also have plenty of souvenirs to choose from. During the football game they have a deal for a $10 pizza, a steal. I would come here again :) read more

Had a drink here with friends on Saturday night and I thought the atmosphere was great! It's a super relaxed place with a lot of open space and seating. I really like how it offers a variety of seating arrangements - court yard seating around a fire, picnic-styled tables out front, or just your typical booths and bar chairs. It's good to visit if you're not ready for a crazy night out, but don't want to be too far from the action. The beer was great as well and decently priced. I'm not generally a big fan of beer but I had the coffee infused drink and it was pretty good! I would definitely come back and maybe check out the food scene here as well. read more

This place has a great atmosphere and an even better selection of Redhook brews on tap. We had a pizza, burger, the brussel sprouts, and a few of those draughts. The pizza was solid and the brussel sprouts were amazing. A unique feature of the place is that it has fire pits out back. Check em out! read more

This is a very, very cool spot. Met up with friends after work and it almost seems like a spectacle entering the space. Plenty of seating and even some outdoor space with firepits for those nights when you want to chill outside. Plenty of beer options, but I do wish I could have a list to look at rather than having some options limited to their bar TV. With so many options and being a pretty picky person at times, I feel like I have to randomly choose. I also got their mussels and fennel sausage pizza, which both were excellent. read more

This place is huge with plenty of tables so it's easy to find a spot if you have a large group. There seemed to be a lot of IPA options when I came that sounded interesting even though I am not a huge IPA fan. The bartender was friendly and informative when we were asking for recommendations. I tried a guava IPA that was refreshing even though it had a high alcohol content. Great prices for large beers! read more

The beer selection is great, but unfortunately the food was meh. The beers are different than Redhook's Woodinville location and more experimental. Definitely enjoyed those! For food we tried the Brussels sprouts and the sausage pizza. The sprouts were a bit soggy, while the pizza was overall heavy without much balanced flavor. We wouldn't order either again. Overall we would still go back for a good beer but probably skip dinner. read more
