As busy as he was, he willingly stepped me through the process (ends up I was sold a damaged puller elsewhere), and I was able to continue thanks to his guidance. I will definitely be hiring him when I get my door lock replaced, as thieves tried to steal my truck and drove out the original door lock, and ruined my ignition. Luke got an overnight delivery of my (somewhat uncommon) fob and Sam came TO MY HOUSE and reprogrammed everything the next day. While working on the car, Sam discovered that my car battery was dead and he recharged it without asking and without charging me. I only had to delay my trip by 24 hours. All total, I spent WAY less money than I had spent getting fobs online and then taking them to the dealer for programming. This was A+ customer service and pricing all the way around. I arrived 3 minutes after they did. They ran around our house changing locks for all of 15 minutes and then changed out 5 not 3 locks like we had originally discussed. They then charged us over 2000 which is basically robbery. What kind of business tries to fleece people like this. I'm extremely upset they had the gall to do this. Eventually they removed 600 of BS service charges and rekeying fees but even still at 1400 for 5 locks I feel like I have been grossly taken advantage of. They the almost ran off without giving us the keys. I'm working through Amex right now to get the invoice down to a more reasonable amount. We will never use these people again.
