When he finished my husband asked him about re-keying a couple of our other locks. What would be the price, when could we schedule? He gave us a quote. We agreed. He re-keyed those locks right then. I emailed them, and in the subject even said "NOT EMERGENCY", and I received a super quick response, helping me, and asking for more details (pictures, serial # and other items to help me out).. At the end of the day, I bought a no name product with some screwed up keys on Amazon - all me - but the service and helpfulness I got from Highlands Locksmith (Roee), was great! They helped me through a really tough afternoon after losing the key to my rental car. The car was very new and it was tough to make a new key but the tech never gave up.
