Always love my nails. And everyone is so friendly. Been coming here for a while now and I always have a great experience.

They not only burnt my skin but as you can see they also totally ripped it off. This is completely absurd and they gave no condolences nor a refund. Yes in their policy it says they aren't responsible if they burnt your skin which is totally bologna. It never said anything about ripping my skin off. Which is exactly what they did. I tried calling but no answer. The person who also did this was Kary whom is the manager. Shame on you and your policy. I also got my nails done from this place as well twice. They aren't good, not at all. The guy kept that I was with put my nail on crooked and when I said it was crooked, he sighs, and proceeds to say something under his breath and then filed it down so much where they also filed my skin off and made me bleed. Please don't go here or waste your money. Absolutely disgraceful. Riverside nail salons are a no for me. Also they overprice for crappy work as well. They tell you their prices aren't updated, well why are they still on the wall then? Either update them or take them off. They tried charging me $70 for acrylics when it said on THEIR board it should be $50 including the designs I got on 4 nails. They didn't even clean their materials or had a stickers. Which nail salon doesn't have stickers. Unprofessional. They also burnt my skin and made me pay full price for my eyebrows. Please read the reviews because I am not the only one with a bad experience and I will definitely be doing that from now on and never coming here again at all. Shame on your business. I came to this location for the first time and made and appt. I loved how pretty the location looks forgot to take pics. I brought my baby sister to get her acrylic nails for the first time. I myself got a gel manicure and it wass sooo goood. I loves the guy that attended me he was very thorough in removing the excess dead skin and a perfectionist. I really enjoyed the hand massage with the heated location and heated towel did not know I needed that till I received it. My sister had her acrylic nails done for the first time and the lady that did her nails was quick too and okay. The only thing is that I didn't really like how she did my sisters nails she made the nails look so chunky. Imagine your first experience getting acrylics and it's not how you expect. I also didn't like that when she finished her nails she didn't even massage her hands or anything. I mean I paid $55 and tipped for short acrylic nails and didn't even provide her a great experience. I have always gone here and I am disappointed to be writing this. First of all, I did a yellow/gold chrome set in May, it literally peeled the very next day. I called and complained and they fixed it no problem, it was still inconvenient for me as I was busy. However, I did a set in June for my graduation. I wanted a simple white french tip set and the nails I got were crooked, you could see where the fill was as the line from the previous set was not covered, there was no apex, and they were very bumpy. I called to complain and they told me they would look at it at 9am the next morning. They then called me and told me they can only do 11:30 or 12:30. I said I would do 11:30am and that I was willing to pay for them to just fix it because it was my set for my graduation. I go in th next day at about 11:25am. I was not seated I was told to wait and it was evident that I would not be getting seated at 11:30am. This was fusterating to me as I was going through finals and had a very busy schedule. The manager then comes over to me and looks at my nails and tells me there is nothing wrong with them. She was scolding me on how they were not crooked and that they'll only fix the bumpiness, as that was undeniable. I gave them one star because that's the lowest I could give. I went on 11/12/25 with 2 other adults and my 5 yr old daughter who wanted to get her nails done for her birthday. So this place tries to push a lot of services on you, even when you've said no. I asked for a regular gel pedi & they informed me that was no longer available. They took #1 off the menu, literally blocked it off with a sticker. So the next option is #2 which includes callus removal, a massage & a scrub. Well I have sensory issues, I don't like to feel stuff on me. I was extremely uncomfortable when they ignored me when I said I did not want the extra services because I did not like the feeling of it. I spoke to someone else, I told her that I wanted a regular gel pedi, and she said okay. When it was all done, they still charged me for the extra services. & I sent a small tip because obviously I wasn't satisfied & they still asked me to send more to a different Zelle number. Wooow wooow!! This place is amazing!! We came here comming from my physical therapy in riverside and it was nearby and the service was phenomenal!! I came in with my mom and such good service ! I got the number 8 pedicure and it was amazing ! I have been wanting a pedicure since I gotten my foot surgery and this the by far the best I have ever gotten a pedicure! They weren't stingy with the massage I got that came with my pedicure and the water was perfect the lady who did my feet so good ! I live in perris,ca and I have gone to some there and this is by far the best it's so worth driving here to get the best pamper !! I hadn't been here in 8 years , so needing a new set of acrylics and being in Riverside I sent back here . Tina took my old nails off without a problem . She put my left finger finger tip on wrong . Now it goes into my other finger . I noticed after I got home mane of my nails were done right . Nails were uneven , worse thing my tips were put on too small . Now I've got to get another new set . They're super disrespectful and annoying. They talked shit then try to make it right after the fact. I asked if they lady doing them would be able to take out the ingrown nail which they were able to not even a month ago. I spent $86 dollars on a short full set and pedi. Asked for coffin tip and got the stubbiest set of nails. I asked her over and over to make them thinner and she kept insisting that it was coffin already. The gentlemen who did my pedi, didn't even bother to clean the excess polish off my toes. When I came back to ask them to fix it, not only did I wait almost an hour(after being asked numerous times by different workers) she kept saying it's my fault I didn't say something,(as I did numerous times) and that it was my fault my toes were messed up cause I had to have hit something with my toes... so hard that the paint splattered all over the sides of my toe?? This place is a shady business! I used to come here several years ago, but after realizing this place was a mess I found some place better. They would ask repeatedly if I wanted more than my pedicure to the point of feeling harassed, and ruined my nails when removing my gel polish by scratching it off. That's when I stopped coming here. I received a gift certificate this May for Mother's day from a family member, so I decided to only come here for small services to use it. My second service today, I was told the salon was sold recently (September 1st), and they no longer can afford to honor them. I had $30 remaining that I could have used until next May when it would expire, but instead was offered a new gift certificate for only $11. She tore up my old one and apologized. Because of my previous experiences here, I didn't believe the story and instead feel cheated out of a valid gift certificate. It's not my problem the business "sold". Yesterday I decided to (what I thought was) quickly duck into the salon that is next to my dry cleaner so I could kill two birds with one stone on errand day, boy was I wrong! For starters I wanted them to remove the gel on my toes and the a NC dip on my nails and I wanted a gel pedicure and a manicure. The manager pushed me to have a gel pedicure and manicure because she said that my ANC removal would leave my nails looking bad and that would cover it. I went along and they started with my feet; they did a good job on my feet I have no complaints with my feet-they took off the gel polish with acetone soaked cotton balls and did my cuticles filed my nails on my toes and also did the callus remover and a massage on my legs and feet. Next it was time for my fingernails, instead of wrapping my nails in acetone soaked cotton balls and aluminum foil like every other salon does the manicurist brought over a bag filled with acetone and proceeded to shove my hands inside of it!! I was like no this is not good for you I am not doing this and pitched a fit lol so he took it away. I asked him to please bring me a wet towel for my nails and he handed me a dry paper towel then he proceeded to whip out the little drill and remove my ANC; this literally took over an hour and he continually got too close on my nail bed and would burn me I told him it hurt and he laughed. I seriously don't think he spoke any English and I think the laughing was out of nervousness... it he was just awkward (I'm a fool for staying I should have left) any way after it was finally off he did my cuticles and he did an OK job on them and then it was time for him to paint my nails. I told them that I didn't have time for him to do gel and the manager ran over and acted mad about it but I told her I had to go soon and I just wanted clear polish they continued to talk me into just using "regular" nail polish so I said sure let's do this maybe it would help my nails look better, so the manicurist painted my nails and stopped and added some thing either alcohol or acetone to the nail polish a few times & continued to paint my nails. After about four coats they looked OK but not good and I had to wait for them to dry and it took foreverrrrrr. I had to leave so my nails felt dry enough so I paid an exorbitant amount for a regular manicure and a normal price for my pedicure and I left. I noticed my nails smelled terrible very strong all evening and they were getting dented and by the time I went to bed there was a noticeable pin sized hole in the polish and other nails looked like they were melting! I decided the next day I would remove the polish. I got up this morning and removed the polish and in doing so I see my nails and there are three cracks in my nail beds pretty far down on the beds and all my nail beds are hurting or bruised. I proceeded to coat my nails with Neosporin out of fear of getting an infection and I have called the state board of barbering and cosmetology to let them know what is going on with this salon. Another thing I want to mention is all the young ladies who work there saw this man doing this to my nails and all of them looked very worried but they never said a word to him... I was very uncomfortable with the fact that none of them looked happy either except for one sweet manicurist, I think her name was Patty she seemed to be the only one who understood English beside the manager. Now I don't fault them for not speaking English but they should speak enough English to know when they are hurting you and to know what they are doing and follow proper procedures. I'm writing this because I want to warn everyone to think twice before going to the salon and don't be too nice like I was I even tipped this guy, seriously. So do yourself a favor find yourself a better salon and if you do choose this salon risk being the "Karen" and speak to the manager or at least someone who speaks English and insist on having your ANC or gel polish removed properly! read more

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!!! A tech named Tina did my nails and I was not happy. She tried to come up with every reason why my nails look the way they do (horrible). I asked for white & pink powder but instead of pink, I wanted clear powder. So white and clear powder. The way she scrapped the excess white powder off was so sloppy and smuggy. I NEVER complain about my nails but this time I had to. THEY WERE HORRIBLE! They tried to tell me that they can see all the white under the clear powder because I got clear instead of pink. That's BS! I get my nails white and clear all the time. I guess this is what happens when it's a last minute nail decision. I will never go here again and I'd advise everyone else not to either. I was in the area meeting up with friends when I broke a nail. As soon as my friends left I ran to the nearest nail place (here). I was immediately greeted and asked which service I desired. I asked for a manicure. They pointed me to a table and when she asked what color I wanted, I asked for a french :) The nail technician seemed nice at first, but as she discovered that I was Vietnamese I felt that she was a bit sarcastic and rude. Just like my parent's typical Vietnamese friends she was asking my personal questions about my life. I was a bit annoyed, but I tried to redirect the conversation. Since I avoided her questions, she was all quiet.. .. Whatevs ... I really felt like it was none of her business how much money I made for a living, or whether she can get DISCOUNTS/hook-ups from me. Lady, I work for corporate, not the local locations you can negotiate with .. .. =/ She also commented on how I must not be a hard working person since my hands looked nice .. .. what a b**** I work 6 days a week and teach sunday school on my off day... who gave her the right to be so judgmental. Anyways my MAIN problem with this place is that my nail polished began to clip the day of!!!!!!!!!! When I washed my hands after my visit to the shooting range, the paint on a nail began to chip.. .. .. When I showered that night, the paint was cracking on a majority of my nails -_-' I know they don't last forever, but that's a bit TOO soon. If they were closer I would demand them to fix it.. .. Really I want to give this spa a zero star rating. The guy was very nice but then he asked me if I wanted my cuticles done for $5. After doing my right hand, I started to realize my fingers were in pain. He kept rinsing my hand and scrubbing my nail with the nail brush. I lifted my hand quickly to look at it and noticed my finger was dripping blood an the bowl of water had blood in it. I told him my fingers were hurting and he poured alcohol on them! I was almost in tears and he said it was alright. I then asked for round tips and he did a square round.... not what i asked for. Then talked me into the gel nail polish and proceeded to paint them like it was his first time painting nails.
