There was no appointment. The entire transaction was based on misinformation provided by their own staff. When I returned to request a refund -- since no service was ever provided -- the person running the place, Ala, flat-out refused to give my money back. Instead, she tried to push a gift voucher, as if that somehow fixes being charged for a nonexistent appointment. She showed zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero concern. It gets worse. When I asked for the owner's name and contact information, she would only provide a phone number and refused to give the owner's name -- even after I asked four separate times. She ultimately ignored me. @Simala, this is such a dishonorable way of stealing money, and your staff should feel shame for this action. No honor in your business. Taking money for a service that does not exist and then refusing a refund is unacceptable. The lack of transparency and the refusal to take responsibility is extremely concerning.
