I always come here for a shellac mani and a pedi however this time it was not a great experience. The owner or whoever he is was really rude, and this place isn't cheap. Just because he got it remodeled doesn't mean he can act any way he wants. He switched my tech In the middle of my manicure, and than moved my stuff when I went to go wash my hands?? When do you ever touch other people's stuff? The techs aren't bad but he's a rude person, very distasteful. read more

The salon is relaxing and beautiful! Annie is so sweet and accommodating. My Pedicure and Nexgen look perfectly done. I highly recommend the salon and Annie read more

Great updated salon...clean as can be and very friendly. Ask for Annie - she is terrific and gives a great wax as well.

I just love This salon! It is immaculate. The massage chairs are the best in south Florida. I get nextgen from Jenny and my daughter gets her nextgen from Linh. Both are excellent. Today we tried the volcano pedicure with collagen. It was fabulous. We treat ourselves every two weeks and it is great each time. read more

Red Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

Not good! Went in for mani/pedi. Was told toes and nails have to be the same and when I tried to discuss it I was ignored. I could have painted my own toe nails and slapped on a tiny bit of lotion. No clauses removed, no dead skin and toe nails not trimmed after I asked to have them evened out. Nails, OMG. Dipped them 5 times, 2 times is all that is needed. Then attempted to grind off the excess, with no success. The girl is then told to do something (no english) that sounded very aggressive. Then the girl proceeded to come back and watch the new lady just put polish on, both laughing hysterically the entire time. Nails are horrible shaped and so ridiculously thick. Looks like a kid did my nails for me. Not that this mattered to me at that point, you can't tip with a card. You have to use the ATM they have in their lobby for a $3.50 fee to tip them! $95 was way more than they earned at that point anyways read more

If you want the best mani-pedi experience in Boca Raton, you must go to Red Nails! Immaculate, modern surroundings, soft American Songbook music and courteous employees along with the latest spa chairs and equipment. I used Kay and was overwhelmed with her gentle, surgical skills; her wonderful mannerisms and smile. You will not be disappointed; I promise you. I drive down from Boynton Beach to use their services! read more

I've been coming to red nails for years. The new location makes it an even better experience. Though all the technicians are all good, I go to Michael faithfully because he is a perfectionist! I love it here! read more

I've been coming to Red Nails since moving to Boca a year and a half ago. June is the best! She always does a great job and takes her time with a pedicure. I started coming here before it was remodeled and now it's even more beautiful and relaxing. Deffinately recommend this salon and June, since I always leave happy and satisfied with her work. read more

Red Nails - Nail Salons Near Me - Boca Raton, Florida

After a couple days my pink polish turned yellow!! The lady tells me it's my fault and she doesn't know what I did!? Are you kidding me!? I don't do anything that would cause this! How rude is it to blame the customer for using fungus polish on my nails!!! Rude and disgusting establishment! read more

Not clean at all, the lady didnt clean the pedicure bath, and she tried to use a dirty blue foot scrub on my feet, I asked her if I can have a new one because it was obviously dirty you could see other peoples dead skin on it and she said that I could buy one in the kit that cost $27 which is more then the pedicure. Ridiculous!! I will never go back there!!! read more

My mom, friend, and I all got pedicures here today (in town from San Francisco). The experience was very good, nothing spectacular or extra luxurious, but good. Everything was clean and nice. The pedicurist was friendly and gave me a really great calf massage. He also did a good job on my toe polish. The price was also good, at $20 for a pedicure. I would go back if I'm in the area again. read more

I love coming here! It's clean, everyone is so nice, and the color variety is expansive! The price is fair, there are definitely places that are cheaper and pricier. My nex-gen nails usually last a good 2-3 weeks before I have to get them redone. Quality nail service and output! read more

You Must Go To Red Nails. I stumbled upon Red Nails because it was close to where I lived and I thought I'd give it a try (I had currently been with another nail tech for 6 years). From my first encounter with the David (at the front desk) to my preferred nail tech, June, I knew I would be a permanent customer. Red Nails is clean, comfortable and relaxing, and the prices can't be beat. I never had any issue with the services I received and I continued my loyalty for 3.5 years until I moved out of state. Unfortunately, I've not been able to find anywhere that compares with Red Nails. read more

Went here years ago had a bad experience should have known better they re did the salon I tried to come back the girl was very rude fighting me with the drill because I'm very sensitive and she had no compassion one week later all my nails lifted tried to come back they want to put me with the same person and fit me in two days ....I would have had fungus all over my nails terrible place I would not recommend this place the owner was very rude as well..save your money and your nails go somewhere else read more

WOW!!! They just relocated in the same plaza due to a LA Fitness new build. The pedicure chairs are top of the line. They massage your arms and thighs. The chairs have phone chargers. Everything is new and very well decorated! Highly recommend this nail salon! I have been going here for almost 20 years. This is my one and only go to!! read more

Paid $40 for an average mani/pedi. This was my first time here and they set me up with James (who seemed to be inexperienced) He did a horrible job cleaning my cuticles and kept trying to up-sell me to get net-gen, gels or to add "extras" to my pedicure. I've spent the last couple of days using my cuticle nipper and the polish is already chipped. He did a good job cleaning the polish, but that's about the best I can say. read more

Great gel pedicure/ manicure ! My gel nails lasted 2+ weeks and I have a baby. I wash my hands a lot. I'll be back definitely.

Horrible customer service. The lady that did my nails was not experienced at all. I told her I wanted coffin & she gave me square. I told her I like narrow natural looking nails. She gave me the complete opposite. I'm from NY so I'm very particular with who does my nail & how good of quality they are. I give this place a zero & I will not be returning. I would never recommend anyone to come here. They charge too much & their work is absolute SHIT read more

HAd a horrible experience there for the second times. I scheduled an appointment for one pm after explaining the person on the phone i will be in a rush. At 1 pm when i got there they said 15 minutes. I asked if i can step out and confirmed that in 15 min they will definitely have someone ready... You can tell where the story is going.. i got seated at 1:28 and have asked them to help match the nail colors of my feet and hands (was getting the shillack on my hands) after the colors were on i can see how different the color change was. had to leave it that way. and when i asked for a discount i was not provided with one. NOT the customer service i am used too. CONCLUSION: RED NAIL- recommended to people who are bored and really really need to fill up there time . read more

Nothing great. They didn't honor my appointment time. I went twice and had too wait about 20 minutes. After waiting, my tech told me to sit in the pedicure seat only to wait again while she went to wax someone. (I think that is where she went). Time to wait again Did a lousy job on my pedicure. read more

Jenny is super nice, gentle and a perfectionist nail tech. I made an appointment only because I heard she is there. This is a beautiful and well equipped place with the very best pedicure chairs. Price is competitive with local nail salons. Only thing to keep in mind: polish changes and simple manicure appointments are not taken on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Have a back up plan these types of services during these days of the week. read more

Nice, new & updated Nail salon... very accomodating... I am new to the area and have been here multiple times now & have left happy every time read more

Went there for a gel mani and pedi at their newly renovated salon. Place is beautiful. The very next day, I woke up akth a severely inflamed and swollen finger.... needless to say I ended up with an infection from this salon. Had to go on heavy duty antibiotics that caused my nursing baby thrush and had to see a specialist and get it drained. Never again. read more

I been going here for years they do a decent job. I called to make a appointment this morning they said just come in. I told him okay I'll be there is 15 min and then he goes oh I thought you meant 5 min we will prob have a walk in in that time frame. I do not understand these people business ethic when I just made a appointment for 15 min and they rather take a walk in. Will never be going back. read more

Worst experience ever. Not only did they do a horrible job on my nails and I ended up with an infection after the woman cut me accidentally. It's been 4 weeks and it still has not cleared with antibiotics. Do not go there, they rush the job and cut too much on the cuticles and they do not listen to what the customer wants. read more

I have been going to Red Nails for several years now. Their new store is absolutely beautiful. Dave and Lana who run the front desk are awesome. They are very friendly and accommodating. They always remember my name and treat me very nicely. My nail tech is June, she is wonderful! She does my Nexgen nails in a French manicure and my pedicure every three weeks. I could not be happier. I almost hate listing her name for fear that she will now have more bookings! read more

Gorgeous salon, love my nail tech Mike. Would not go anywhere else in Boca to get my nails done.

Red Nails is AMAZING!! Best nail salon i've been to so far. They make you feel so welcome, and they are very accommodating! Everyone there is so friendly and caring. I wish I could give zero stars - I got a gel manicure here and it lasted 4 days before completely chipping, on the 5th day after the manicure I went in to show them and the girl at the front told me if I wanted to fix it I could pay for a new manicure- she was extremely rude and explained that "sometimes it's just the nail polish" Don't go here it's a waste read more

Had a new tech today, James. He is awesome!!!! Great job! Been coming here first or over 6 years and never had a tech that wasn't good but some are exceptional. read more

I started coming here 3 1/2 months ago and haven't stopped since meeting Annie who does a remarkable job on my nails every time. She has a very sweet personality, I became instantly comfortable and I never leave dissatisfied with her. My career consists of a lot of hands-on so I see her every two weeks to get a NexGen mani. Annie goes above and beyond to make sure my nails are going to be strong, durable and beautiful throughout that time period. I have recommended three of my friends to use her services and all have not been disappointed either. Thank you Annie for making my manicures a real spa-worthy experience! read more
