After the manager made that right, the server didn't come by to check if we needed more to drink until we were well past finished eating. The price would have been fine if the food wasn't terrible. And they got one of our orders wrong but since it took so long for everything else we didn't want to say something and have to wait even longer. We won't be back. read more

We decided to GrubHub Red Lobster! And we are glad we did! I am very particular in getting hot food and this place delivered delicious food and it was hot! We ordered the Shrimp special that included scampi , popcorn shrimp and shrimp linguine! We got a child's fish dinner! And we ordered extra fries and the famous biscuits! This was a great spread. It has been awhile since I had those soft biscuits! It was like reuniting with an old friend. This platter was easily shareable with my husband I. Just left this place and it was horrible, stay away. The food was bad. It was cold, not well seasoned, and mush. We waited a total of an hour and a half from being seated to leaving. Wife had the fish and chip with a side salad. They didn't bring the salad but did upcharged us for it. Fish was mush and tasted like nothing. Had to ask the person who brought our food for more biscuits and refills. I had the sesame salmon bowl. Taste was good but cold. Service was baddd. The food was delicious. Very tender filet, though one more minute would have been perfect for medium rare. The lobster was outstanding. The ultimate feast was perfect. However the menu is very confusing. And the sides you can choose were as well. Having to pay extra for a loaded potato seemed a bit much, as well for a garden salad. Apparently they also had a few new waitstaff so service was off slightly. It was very nice decor though it seemed slightly cramped. Will we go back? For the lobster, definitely. For the feast yes. Okay... the Hype is not real. We had sworn out Red Lobster a long time ago due to the lack luster bland food. We got the "crab boil" and "Cajun fettuccine" and we left not pleased. The menu appears the same with the exception of oily "sauces" that are separated with the seasoning sitting in a bowl with soo much oil. The fettuccine noodles were soggy, the chicken breast felt like fast food chicken or at least frozen. We will not be returning. I've been to this location twice this year and both times were quite pleasant. Once during lunch peak and once during the dinner rush. Both times we were seating pretty much immediately and the servers were polite and attentive. Endless shrimp is my jam so I've been soaking it up while it lasts. You can't go wrong with this route as the varying shrimp options keep things exciting. I recommend stopping in and giving this place a shot if you're on the fence. Keep in mind that Red Lobster is a corporate franchise and they likely have a staff shortage just like every other restaurant in town. I came here for my friends birthday. The cheddar biscuits came out steaming hot!!! Our food was delicious. I got a boil and the butter sauces are so damn good!!! Our server Dakota was beyond amazing!! He kept the biscuits coming. I didn't have to ask for Happy Birthday to be sung to my roommate!!! We gathered tonight for my son's birthday. We had a group of 6 and Dawn was our incredible server. We arrived before most of our party and Dawn was very attentive and even brought us a couple biscuits while we waited. We LOVED the bacon wrapped scallops. Perfectly tender and amazing flavor. Cheese sticks hit the spot with perfect crunchy exterior and gooey cheese center. We enjoyed the calamari as well. My son enjoyed the feast everything from the lobster to the shrimp and crab. I will say the brussels sprouts I would pass on next time as they were overly saucey and it was very sweet and overwhelming. Shrimp scampi is my favorite of the shrimp selections. We had plenty of left overs and nobody left hungry. We wrapped up the evening with singing, happy birthday and enjoying cheesecake. Went with my best friend yesterday for my late birthday celebration. We came In shortly after they opened for the day and it was nice and quiet. We were seated at a booth in the bar and the bar tender promptly took our drink order. My friend went with Prosecco and I got a watermelon mint margarita. My friend ordered a ceaser salad with lots of bacon and I got the endless shrimp deal with coconut shrimp, garlic shrimp scampi and shrimp linguine Alfredo plus a side salad with mango pineapple vinaigrette and lobster mashed potatoes for my sides.. and of course we ate plenty of the cheddar biscuits that aren't even really biscuits to us. They're more like warm cheddar clouds of deliciousness! As much as I enjoyed my meal here , I couldn't quite finish even one round of endless shrimp..what was I thinking?? I guess my eyes just got bigger than my stomach! Those cheddar biscuits are so damn good that I can't stop eating them so I'm sure that didn't help but overall I still feel like I got my moneys worth. Everything tasted great !! The lobster mashed potatoes was a $6 upgrade side but I highly recommend getting it m, the vinaigrette for the salad was so good... it's just too bad we had a lot of flies hang out around the table and they were very drawn to my salad so I didn't quite even get to enjoy half of the salad .. between that and them running out of the new dragon shrimp within 30 minutes of opening is why I removed a star. Wonderful service! We came here for my dad's birthday, just 4 of us. I asked the staff about us getting the check secretly and when I told them it was his birthday, they also offered to sing and surprise him. They really showed exceptional service and kindness to us. I feel really bad for forgetting our waitresses' name but as it was now a couple weeks ago and I am always bad at names, I hope she will forgive me. It was easy to get a table and quiet which I super appreciate because I have major hearing loss. The food was also good, exactly what you expect from red lobster. We had coconut shrimp, virgin pinacolada, breaded calamari, clam chowder and some other things I forgot. I would recommend the calamari, super good! I wasn't as much a fan of the coconut shrimp because the sauce wasn't what I expected, but it wasn't bad, I think I just prefer a different sauce. This is typically are go to Red Lobster. The table side service has been good. But the curbside is atrocious. We places a 100$ order and arrived. We received a text saying that our order was on the way out to us. 15min later nothing. So we assume they must be slammed. Nope place is empty. Ask the guy at the counter if we can get our order they say yes and go back to their phone my partner clears his throat and they say oh yeah what's the name. So then the guy finds out there is an order. So my partner has to ask well can we have it? By the time we get the order the food is cold and the ice cream that comes with the dessert is melted. My partner is too nice to complain so I called and spoke with manager- who just said yeah that's not usually us sorry bout that but thanks for the info. They also managed to get the order wrong- two of our "pick four shrimp" they gave us the wrong shrimp. Haven't eaten at a Red Lobster in 15 years! Came because we received a gift card to eat here from a friend. Came at 4pm on a Saturday and the restaurant was pretty empty. Host showed us to our table, gave us menus and then we waited at least 10 minutes for our server to show up. Ordered the crab queso dip for the appetizer and this was our favorite thing we tried! Dip had a generous portion of crab and we polished it off! I ordered the "Lobster Lovers Duo" and it came with two lobster tales. One was cooked traditionally and the other was supposed to be Cajun or something but I couldn't tell what exactly they were trying to do with the seasonings and just dipped it in the melted butter (pretty hard to mess up lobster!). I paid extra for "premium sides" and got the crispy Brussel sprouts and the bacon Mac n cheese. The two sides were actually pretty good. Wifey wanted a salad and got the Caesar salad with grilled chicken. She was pretty happy with it. Server was not on his game. Rarely came by and had to go find him to pay the bill (still gave him a good tip though). I was in town visiting my mom and she really wanted to go to Red Lobster!!! I was trying to determine whether this was a 3 or 4 star review, but our waiter provided excellent service so I went with 4. Upon arriving on a Saturday evening, with social distancing in full effect, our wait was about 35 minutes. When we got in, the place was very clean. Our waiter was right there ready to go. I went with the salmon dinner with a side of lobster. I figured, when was the last time I had lobster?? The lobster was good, but didn't look anything like the picture, a lot smaller. I grew up going to Red Lobster in the 1990s. The food used to be delicious back then. I used to go at least once or twice a years until about 5 years ago when I finally was fed up with the poor quality after a few visits in a row. I hadn't been for 5 years until today. The Endless Shrimp ad popped up in my FB feed so we decided to give it a try again. We were pleasantly surprised. I thought for sure we'd get several refills of shrimp but to my surprise we only ordered 1 refill as the shrimps were big and portions huge. We couldnt even finish our meal the portions were so big. Very delicious, hot shrimp. Soda and ice tea were great too. The calamari appetiter was like it was back in the day - crispy and cooked perfect. Biscuits good as always. If you thought Red Lobster has gone down hill in the past decade, give it another try with their Endless Shrimp. You'll be amazed they have redeemed themselves with shrimp quality. I forgot to take pics except for the appetizer. Con - they no longer serve a Caesar salad or garden salad with your meal. I was bummed out as they used to have the best side Caesar salad. The scampi, although small shrimp, it was generous portion w/tasty garlicky butter. My linguine pasta was good but just had a spoonful of sauce on center-top, needed more but hubby gave me some garlic butter sauce. Biscuits yummy as always. Coconut shrimp wasn't what it used to be, these were pounded out too thin, no meatiness to them. Glad I asked for the sweet spicy chili sauce, hot but really good with the coconut shrimp. first of all... it took us 15 minutes to get seated and it wasn't even busy! they sat us all in one corner which I wouldn't have much of a problem with if there screaming kids running around jumping on seats. then it took us 20 more minutes to get our actual waiter. we ordered our food just for it to be cold and honestly disgusting. my brother got sick while eating the food and at this point we had had enough. We still stayed but we only ordered three plates and it was over $120. for this amount of money I would expect better quality food. although the waiters were sweet it took way to long just to get not very good food. We went to this Red Lobster today with the family. (Party of 7) We usually go to the one in Olympia but we were visiting my parents in Tacoma. The food was great as always but we received the best service we've ever gotten at a red lobster in a long time. Autumn was friendly, kind, thoughtful and attentive without smothering us. She stayed on top of our drinks and the food was prompt and delicious. (Team effort with the kitchen.) I've never taken the time to review a Red Lobster but she deserves a shoutout! So Tristan is the bloke I'm reviewing. The restaurant itself is perfectly fine, but they need to fire this person. Now I normally wouldn't advocate for the firing of anyone. I try to give them multiple tries to figure things out. This bloke couldn't do so. So here we go. I ordered the grilled lobster, salmon and shrimp plate from Uber eats. During the entire time I was was waiting, at no point did the restaurant inform me they did not have salmon. My driver arrives only to be told this information. He then has to contact me and ask me if I would like either steak or trout. I chose trout, but also asked if there was compensation as that was obviously not what I ordered. I knew the compensation couldn't be more than a few dollars, but it's the principal innit? The manager tells me there is compensation, but I have to seek it through uber eats as they don't feel comfortable providing it to the driver. Now we are only talking about a voucher worth a few dollars one way or the other. So i say, if you trust him to deliver the food, why not the voucher. To which he can only say he just doesn't trust them and it's not up to Red Lobster standard. I ask him about the standard and he says it doesn't really have anything to do with that, under no circumstances would be provide the voucher to my driver because he feels "uncomfortable." So I think to myself, fair enough. Then how about you just skip the voucher in with the food and seal it up. Driver doesn't have to know, if you trust him to deliver the food, the voucher will be with the food we are all good yeah? To which he responds by telling me I'm not listening, he has a business to run and then hangs up. Now then. As I said, I did not curse. I provided many logical alternatives and even asked about the policy and why he didn't trust the driver, even if the driver had no clue the voucher was included amongst the food. Bloke hangs up on me and tells me to contact the manager in the morning. As I said. I normally don't say someone should be fired. However if this is how this bloke handled things, they should ar the very least be demoted. Absolutely abysmal customer service top to bottom. read more

I haven't been a fan of Red Lobsters in the past - mainly because we live in the PNW where fresh seafood is available almost everywhere, so why go to a national chain? BUT this was our second visit to this location and I have to say - it has been a GREAT experience both time! The staff is super friendly and knowledgable, food was cooked promptly and tasted great, tables were being cleaned and turned over quickly - this location clearly has great management! My husband and I both got the "you pick two" shrimp dinner. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and not overdone.
