I will start by saying I am not a burger person, HOWEVER I really liked this place and the reason being is their sauces - They have a variety! So you're not just limited to their house sauce you can choose your flavor. Located within the hotel lobby but separated. The restaurant was clean. You order via kiosk and the ladies serving are a great help and attentive, even on a busy night. Burger itself was juicy, not too much toppings and not too little. Love me a good burger and this was good. It's a bit pricey and lacks the personal interaction I like when going out to eat. You order at a Kiosk and then go sit down. The burgers were flavorful and the fries as you would hope. Hard to mess up fries, although I have seen it done elsewhere. The wings were just kind of ok. A couple of weeks ago, I came across an Instagram post promoting or reviewing this place. I usually avoid burger restaurants because they primarily cater to meat-eaters, but I decided to give it a try after seeing the vegan options on the menu. The hotel lobby had convenient kiosks where I could easily order my food and add any extras I desired. I had planned to visit this Sunday and took advantage of the kiosks. While you can also order at the registry, I highly recommend using the kiosks. I personally believe that the sauce syringes on vegan and veggie burgers aren't necessary because they don't absorb much flavor. However, they still taste great as toppings. I also noticed that they had Impossible burgers, but I wanted to avoid GMOs, so I opted for their Garden-style burgers instead. I've had Impossible burgers in the past, and they do taste very good. However, like I said, I want to avoid GMOs because I prefer to eat a cleaner diet. I wasn't sure how good the Garden-style burger would be, but I was pleasantly surprised. My expectations were average, but this burger exceeded them. It was truly amazing! I was unaware they had double or smash patties for the Garden (Plant Based) and Impossible burgers via the remix option. I could have easily eaten another one; it was very that good. However, I had a bit of a hassle with the pick-up delivery. It took much longer than I expected, and the bartender seemed to be juggling multiple tasks. I don't know what to say, but it seemed like their multitasking skills were low, especially during peak hours. I understand that no one is perfect at multitasking, but if you're just handing out pick-up orders, it shouldn't be a difficult task. That's just my personal opinion, but overall, I'm still very happy with my vegan burger. I might try the impossible burger in the future, but I'm pleased with my meal. They make it easy to order. You can order through the kiosk or the QR code. I recommend the QR code so you can self-seat yourself and don't have to hold up the kiosk line. They have bar seating, booths, and tables. The staff keep the tables clean. and you can watch sports on the two tv screens at the bar. This place is pretty popular so I had good expectations. I ordered the signature smash burger with the notorious syringe and unicorn milkshake. They call out your name when your order is ready so you'll have to pay attention for pickup or dropoff. The server was friendly and I noticed she was engaged with the customers in the room. The signature smash burger was delicious and it came as a 1/3 lb patty. I added the notorious syringe which was an additional $2, making my burger about $20. This place is busy due to TikTok, even at 1:30p on a Sunday. However, the smash burger was ok. I think the syringe is a great gimmick to get people to come in but I wasn't "wow"ed by the burger. The unicorn chocolate milkshake was mid. It had lucky charms on top but I've had better chocolate milkshakes. The meal was pretty expensive for a burger and shake, that honestly, tasted average. On top of that, the tables are too high to eat off of. The tables are chest high while the chairs and booth seats are low. Stopped by after seeing this spot all over my instagram and TikTok feed, and i went in with pretty high expectations. I ordered the signature bacon smash with mushrooms and a side of fries. The portions were solid and the food definitely left me full, though the prices lean a bit on the higher side - still fair for what you get. The burger itself was flavorful, but the thicker cut bacon and fries weren't quite my style since i prefer both on the crispier side. Nothing was wrong; it just comes down to personal preference. Can't speak on service as we ordered from DoorDash however I have been wanting to try this place after seeing a lot of good things. The fries were not very good kinda old and soggy tasting. The wings weren't bad but they were not very crispy. I am not sure what was on the burger but it was a bit spicy considering I only got cheese pickles and mayo. Not sure what the syringe of sauce was about but I picked the garlic and that was so good I dipped my chicken wings in it. Can't speak on the ambience as we haven't actually been inside the space. At first we weren't sure where to go in since the signage does not really help. When we got in we ordered at the little kiosk to the side and found a table. The place was very clean when we visited. When we received our food, my fries were not hot and barely warm which was a bummer. The single patty to bun ratio for the signature smash 1/3 burger is awful. There is definitely too much bun for the thin smash burger. My dad got the double and he really enjoyed his burger and his fries were fresh and hot. So maybe the timing was off? They did seem quite busy with a lot of to go and food delivery drivers coming in. The smash burger i got was horrible and felt like the grill was very dirty. it was completely separated with what appeard to be burnt grease holding pieces together. I could not belive people suggested this and the health board has not shut them down but instead gave a good grade. There's probably two seconds of interaction between customer and employees so don't feel guilty for skipping the tip. I bought an $18 burger that was supposed to have thick bacon, but it was typical bacon and the syringe seemed bigger than the burger. The fries were okay but they needed a dipping sauce. The barbecue sauce was way too sweet and spicy to the point it made the burger less tasty. The shakes were skippable. I meant to give this place four stars, but as I was writing I had to keep deducting them. This is a very pricey meal for what feels like lunch at the work cafeteria. They have an extensive menu with highlights on their burger and their chicken choices. We decided a combo meal including a burger with their secret sauce with fries and Indian spiced chicken wings. We also opted for chicken strips with a side of garlic mayo sauce. The burger was called a smash burger. It was overall underwhelming. The only uniqueness, if any, is their house sauce which is a less tangly thousand island dressing. They have a gimmick of sauces in syringes. Tried one. Wasn't sure how we were supposed to use it, we squirted some on the burger but it wasn't anything special. The garlic sauce had a subtle hint of garlic. Wished there was ALOT more. The burger patty wasn't anything special. Cooked to medium. The chicken strips were over cooked, the breading was hard and burnt seasoning. They use white meat and it wasn't dry unlike the outside. The Indian inspired chicken wings were something. Strong curry and cumin seasoning. However the meat itself was quite juicy and moist. Wished we tried another flavor to maximize the experience. Our total came out to be $30 for the two meals (no drinks included). We ordered to go so we cannot speak to the ambiance. I found it interesting the fries were different based on the meat. I tend to get under cooked meat, that was not an option with this burger. It was smashed so thin you could see through it along the edges. But, honestly I liked that. BUT, by bite 4 I got a good taste of the SBK sauce. The receipt says mild, my taste buds revolted and my eyes started to water. Too spicy for me!! The 1st taste of the SBK sauce tasted like the Red Robin sauce. I would definitely come back again, but pass on the house sauce. Food ordering is at a self service kiosk. Would not tip this high next time as I didn't speak to anyone and or was not serviced beyond thank you at delivery. I bit into my maharaja burger and literally pronounced "holy $h!t balls that's amazing!" I'm not one to get too excited about a burger. Everything was great.
