I was reading the previous reviews from 1+years ago and I'm 99.9999999% sure they didn't eat at THIS Res Lobster. No, it was, because those old reviews don't lie--it was shaky. But today is a completely different story. They're asking you to wait in your car if there is a wait, but there wasn't for a party of 3 on an early Sunday afternoon. All benches have nice little signs that let you know they're unavailable because of Covid, all the servers and kitchen staff were wearing masks. Nice!! Our service was spot-on, from apps to those favorite cheddar bay biscuits we all love, to my entree pictured below. I can remember a time when the service, cleanliness, and food was sketchy, but they have seriously improved!! I can tell the quality of the food had MASSIVELY improved, and I'm okay better a teeny bit more for better quality. Everyone should be! Honestly, I can't believe this is the same place that we used to avoid like they had COVID before anyone knew what COVID was. Just stop in. I promise you'll enjoy your meal!

Disappointed! I've dined in before and while the service was okay and the servers pleasant, the food comes out cold. This visit was a pick up order and the phone rep was very pleasant and helpful. That's where it ended! Upon arriving and stating I had a pick up order I was sent to the bar. The bartender came to me apologizing that they did not have the coconut shrimp bites. Pause...I ordered the large coconut shrimp for the all you can eat shrimp, plus scampi, the spicy drizzled shrimp and fried shrimp. What I got was basically a bunch of fried shrimp instead of the glazed shrimp. I didn't get the blue cheese in place of sour cream I ordered for my potato, which was just thrown in the container in opened and tepid. The biscuits were cold and stale tasting. The apple pie was ice cold, and though only 5 minutes from the restaurant the shrimp and broccoli needed a minute in the microwave. Moreover I waited for the coconut shrimp and it too was cold. To top it off no fork, knife, salt, pepper.... Thank goodness I put an extra in my suit case when I travel! I was happy I didn't spend $ on the lobster. Hey Red Lobster if you are going to offer pick up make sure the food is fresh and worth the $. Napkins and fork would have been nice too. Perhaps it's just this location.

First time at a Red Lobster. I had the Dragon Shrimp with broccoli and wild rice. I was super excited to eat here.

Food is okay, you can only make frozen shrimp taste okay. Cheesecake was amazing though. Waitress was friendly.

I'll give them 4.75 stars, but they did fantastic so I'll round up for this place. First, we walk in the door and Zack walked past and complimented the boss on her snazzy shirt and a few other staff were friendly too so the vibe was nice to start off. We were then led to our table to discover Zack is our server for the night. Another compliment on the bosses glasses, okay she did look great - Thanks Zack! Drinks come out super fast and we get our food ordered. Zack was great helping with Alpha Gal and later following up with the kitchen staff that they had in fact not put butter on my fish - another win. I ordered the red fish special (I think) with a baked potato and the boss got the Harris Platter. Zack recommended blackened and was so right, delicious! I tried her fired catfish and that was delicious too, but would have dipped it in hot sauce, but the cocktail sauce was so yummy with a nice horseradish bite - delicious and maybe better than hot sauce (slander I know). That 0.25 off - well the hushpuppies were kinda gross and bland. This is the south so quality hushpuppies are a must. Ask for Zack, you will not be dissapointed.

We ordered drinks. I ordered a double Basil Hayden sour and my friend Tanqueray and tonic. We had shrimp, crab cakes, mahi and Ahi. All were delicious. Half way through the meal we ordered another drink. When the check came my 2 drinks were $56. $28 each. I understand that a double is 2ce the price as a single but in a place where 95% of the menu items are $20ish or less and the restaurant is NOT high end one would not expect to pay this much for a drink. If you are going to charge above average prices they should be disclosed. No prices are on the menu.

I typically am perfectly happy to pay whatever it takes to get a good meal and usually don't pay attention to the bill But this bill easily exceeded by 50% What you typically pay for a high-quality meal And while the meal was quite good, it wasn't a five star meal The service was five stars The salad was good The coconut clam appetizer was good My branzino was quite the small portion and lacked flavor Our salmon was overcooked to dry The best part was the service it was impeccable I rarely say this But I'll never go back it's just not worth it It's a 150$ meal. Truffle fries; don't use crinkle cut, you're not Culver's. Seriously, you have to figure out how to make fresh cut fries Or get creative w/ another spud. Chilean Sea bass; you have to give us a bigger piece for $62, It shouldn't be 1" x 3" morsel. Again, do better, It should be twice as big. If you're worried about running out, oh well, at least match the size for the value. Salmon seemed fairly big enough for the $$. You're a good spot fr dinner, but have to do better. Hope you take to heart.
