Maybe a 2.5. Only one other person in the place. The service was good with the exception of the Asian lady trying to step all over everyone that was doing their job. My mahi mahi was dry, fishy & over cooked. Very small portion. Did not have the mango sauce to go on it so dumped a few cappers on instead. Im from Charleston SC & catch mahi-mahi all the time these filets did not look like it or taste like it. If the food would have been good I did not think it would have been over priced like some of the other reviews stated. I do not live here but frequent the area for work. The locals told me to go to Doe's & I should of listened

So disappointed. We had such high expectations because the proprietor used to own Spicy Ginger. My wife ordered the lamb chops $58 because it was her birthday and she loved them at Spicy Ginger. She didn't like them or the $10 Cajun macncheese premium side but she is not one to complain. I had the stir fry noodles with beef and it was excellent except that I had ordered Thai Tom yum fried rice with beef and the waiter was nowhere to be found when I realized the mistake so I ate it. When I asked him what it was he was surprised that I didn't order it. I told him it's no big deal because I did like it and he said, oh well as long as you liked it and we never saw him again. My biggest complaint is the waiter. From the beginning he kept saying he was going to fix our wobbly table but never did despite saying he would every time he came back. He was always there when we didn't need him but never when we did. I do recommend the stir fry noodles but I think that the lamb chops were changed because they now are use sous vide method. They did bring my wife a cupcake with happy birthday on the plate which was nice.

Service was good and attentive even right before closing. My issue is the cost. We ordered the 20 oz Ribeye for $75 with one side. We decided to split it and ordered the $25 scallops (3 pcs). We were charged the split fee of $6 which did not come with extra side or something. I think that's just greediness especially when our food already cost $100 with only a side of crispy Brussels. After adding 2 drinks and tip, total was $180 for 2 people.

Great food and service. The Thai noodles were outstanding. The pork rinds instead of bread were a nice touch

If you're in Paducah, Ky this is a place you must try! Started off with the mussels and lobster bisque (was so hungry I did get a picture) and they were both delicious! My husband had the Salmon with grilled Brussels sprouts and I had the THAI Tom Yum fried rice with grilled shrimp. Both were excellent! Since moving back to this area have been searching for good Tom Yum and I can say I have found the best around! We added a bottle of Cakebread Chardonnay and for dessert Espresso Martinis! It was a perfect dinner!

Anniversary Dinner. Great atmosphere and good food. I recommend it for a special occasion. I had the seafood platter with scallops, shrimp and crab cakes. It was all very tasty and portions are large. The grilled brussel sprouts with bacon are delicious. Highly recommend the creme Brule for dessert as it was heavenly. Reason I didn't give it 5 stars is service was a little a low at times.

If I could give 10 stars I totally would!! First of all, the atmosphere is amazing. It smells wonderful, the ambiance is 100% relaxing. The place was busy, and it makes sense why. Service, 10/10. My hubby and I worked in a family restaurant for a long time and we understand how crazy and stressful it can be when it's a Saturday night. Our food was amazing, we started with the lettuce cups (so much better than PF Chang's) and I had "Grill 211 fried rice" with New York strip steak cooked to a perfect med rare, and my hubby had the "Thai stir fry noodles" with shrimp and a spice level of 2. Everything was spot on, even the house wine was spectacular. We will be coming here again and again for our regular date nites. FANTASTIC JOB!!

Ahi tuna appetizer (after we'd eaten a few pieces). So good!!

Pricy but everything was good not the best filet I've never had. I have to say service was wonderful.

We had a very nice business dinner here. The food was all great (appetizers, entree, and dessert) and the cocktails were on point!

Shoes and shirt? 😃 We were dressed very casually when we were there and felt totally at ease.

I'll give them 4.75 stars, but they did fantastic so I'll round up for this place. First, we walk in the door and Zack walked past and complimented the boss on her snazzy shirt and a few other staff were friendly too so the vibe was nice to start off. We were then led to our table to discover Zack is our server for the night. Another compliment on the bosses glasses, okay she did look great - Thanks Zack! Drinks come out super fast and we get our food ordered. Zack was great helping with Alpha Gal and later following up with the kitchen staff that they had in fact not put butter on my fish - another win. I ordered the red fish special (I think) with a baked potato and the boss got the Harris Platter. Zack recommended blackened and was so right, delicious! I tried her fired catfish and that was delicious too, but would have dipped it in hot sauce, but the cocktail sauce was so yummy with a nice horseradish bite - delicious and maybe better than hot sauce (slander I know). That 0.25 off - well the hushpuppies were kinda gross and bland. This is the south so quality hushpuppies are a must. Ask for Zack, you will not be dissapointed.

When I came back Saturday we got the crab bites and they were very good. Had the crab legs for the second day in a row and they were still 10 out of 10. Can't wait to come back. For as popular as this place is I do think they could upgrade their tables a little. Our server on valentines afternoon was great and took care of our group of 11. Their house wines are Woodbridge which is actually under the Robert mondavi label.

There are nights when offering a critique feels unpleasantly simple. Diners risk little more than…read morethe cost of a meal and the disappointment of an evening gone sideways. Still, it's never enjoyable to recount an experience that falls short at every turn--especially when the failures were preventable. My visit to Stella's, regrettably, was exactly that. From the start, it was clear that the staff lacked even a foundational understanding of Celiac disease. Questions about gluten safety were met with visible uncertainty and no real assurance that the kitchen could confidently prepare a safe meal. That uncertainty became reality when my entrée -- a steak and baked potato -- arrived with gluten on the plate. Not near it. Not questionable cross-contact. On the plate. Naturally, it had to be sent back. This misstep kicked off a cascade of delays that stretched my wait time to nearly an hour, even though we were among the very first guests seated at 5:00 p.m. Meanwhile, my dining companion's meal arrived correctly and on time. I insisted they eat, because by the time my corrected meal showed up, theirs would have gone stone cold if they had waited out of courtesy. The absurdity didn't stop there. The to‑go order I placed after we were seated--intended for someone else--was finished before my actual in‑house entrée ever arrived. Even the wine I ordered to accompany the steak made its way to the table long after the pairing was relevant, arriving more like a begrudging afterthought than part of a well-paced dining experience. When the final bill reached $250, it underscored the frustration even more. At that price point, diners are not paying for mediocrity. They are paying for competence, safety, professionalism, and a level of service that respects their time and their dietary needs. It is not unreasonable to expect top‑notch service when the tab climbs that high. And this incident is not isolated. Increasingly, restaurants in Paducah that position themselves as "quality dining" are missing the mark on training, pacing, and basic hospitality. Yet, as a community, we lack a consistent or constructive way to hold establishments accountable or to encourage them to maintain standards worthy of the prices they charge. If we hope to preserve both the integrity of our dining scene and the value of our wallets, we need better mechanisms for clear, honest critique -- and for restaurants to listen. Stella's, on this visit, offered little more than disappointment and a glaring reminder that good intentions are no substitute for proper training, coordination, and care.

Let that sink in. Then when I asked a few questions I was told they were too busy to change out the root beer in the machine, they weren't out completely...they just "didn't have time to switch the tank over". Hmmmmm - can we all say BAD MANAGEMENT? During lunch, you run out of your namesake? I finally got to the drive thru window it was 12:59 (nineteen minutes have elapsed now) and I was told they also did not have my alternate Dr. Pepper. I waited 19 minutes in line for an order of onion rings. And when I finally got to taste them, yes they were hot...but not a lick of salt on them. Not one. I felt really bad for the girl working the takeout window. Apparently no one behind her was working. Again, bad management. They should have a manager that is ensuring everyone has a good lunch. How does A&W Root beer run out of root beer? Shouldn't that be avoidable? Shouldn't they be prepared to serve that? At all cost? Apparently not.

Not only did it take almost 20 minutes (with only one car in front of me), I ordered a chili dog. What was I thinking? I can't believe that passed as food.
