The wait staff and bartenders are amazing. They make any cocktails no matter how strange it may sound for you. They remembered us even though we have only been there twice. They made us feel like we were a part of the family. Matt was the best. He created a special drink for me called the Texas Yellow Rose. It is made with gin.

Clean and concise food and drinks. Sometimes simple is best and this is one of those times if you're interested in Simplify, Simplify! Then Stella's is for you! Enjoy-

The place looks nice when you walk in. They bring out complimentary cornbread bites. They were just okay. Kind of dry but that's cornbread for you. We got the crab dip for an appetizer. It was pretty good. The house made chips were good a nice touch. I ordered the Grouper. In my opinion it wasn't seasoned well at all. It definitely needed more flavor. The fish did not taste fishy at all so that was a plus. The bed of rice my fish was on had extremely crunchy pieces in it. Not like undercooked rice but like rice that was stuck to the bottom of a pan and scraped out...extremely crunchy. I cleared my plate because I paid $41 for it and it was edible. Just not really enjoyable. My husband got the steak and he left part of it on the plate because it was so stringy and tough. It came out already sliced into pieces for you which in my opinion is a red flag when getting steak at a restaurant. My daughter got a loaded baked potato and a Caesar salad. She enjoyed it. The sticky toffee pudding was very underwhelming. I had it before at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant and it was one of the best desserts I've ever eaten. This was nothing like it. It almost tasted like a frozen bundt cake that was heated up and served. The ice cream on top was good. Our waiter was very friendly and polite. Food was just very underwhelming for $150.00. I'm the type of person that has no problem paying a high price for good food, especially when it's good quality and flavorful. In my opinion, this was not worth the price whatsoever.

When you are traveling across the country, it's best to take your time and not always be in a hurry to get home! We came from Asheville on our way home to Colorado Springs and decided to cut our day early and stay in Paducah. We decided to walk into downtown from our hotel and ended up at Stella for dinner! Best decision ever! Not only is it a cool little town but the food and hospitality at Stella was so worth the evening! The folks there were awesome....felt like everything was provided just for us! We started with drinks and then moved into starters. The shrimp was amazing and we were even treated to the tuna after saying I just never liked tuna before. Oh my word, so so good!!!! Our main dishes were delightful! I had the delicious Scallops and grits (something I never get in Colorado....whats up with that?). My husband had the Moqueca (Brazillian Fish Stew). Equally amazing! Our server was so kind and friendly. "E" made us feel at home and like we were part of the community. She then ended our meal with a signature cotton candy finisher. Over all...i would highly recommend spending an evening at Stella! Thank you all!

We went for a date night. It was so loud, it was hard to hear. The food wasn't impressive for the cost. The service was not impressive. She was super nice, but often forgot about us. It took 30 minutes just to get a drink, but apparently there's 4 bartenders. At this point I don't even remember what we got to eat, that's how unimpressed I was. Oh but for some reason we got cotton candy with our bill. The cotton candy was the best part.

Classic bar. Kitchen wasn't open but they had an amazing gumbo and basil in the drink perfect starter. Silver big screens to watch the game will have to come back for dinner but for now I need to scoot and go pick up something for Peggy. I would recommend checking Stella out if you have some time.

First let me state this is my impression and review , so please try the restaurant yourself, you may really enjoy it. The decor was nice, the waitstaff was nice and attentive. The menu had a nice variety. I really really wanted to love this place only because the owners of another restaurant owned it that we absolutely love. I was looking forward to an awesome meal. Walk in, seated at a bar high top ( big negative for me) I'm old, my feet need to be touching the ground . I made the best of it. We Ordered the Charcuterie board(small) 18.00 Believe me it was small, on the micro size pieces. Made the best of it, ate what it had but wished it had a little more on the board. All the entrees to me were a little overpriced. I ended up just getting a bowl of French onion soup (delicious) and a small house salad 8.00. Husband got the pasta dish which sounded good. Came in a cute bowl, but the portion was small and Way way way over salted. Onto dessert, looked over the menu and ordered the creme Brule, the highlight of the meal, delicious!! As for the drink menu, again way over priced. Will we return? Probably not, we were not impress for the money they charge.

Love it! We dine here alone at the bar as a couple, with friends at a table or our family in a section.

I'll give them 4.75 stars, but they did fantastic so I'll round up for this place. First, we walk in the door and Zack walked past and complimented the boss on her snazzy shirt and a few other staff were friendly too so the vibe was nice to start off. We were then led to our table to discover Zack is our server for the night. Another compliment on the bosses glasses, okay she did look great - Thanks Zack! Drinks come out super fast and we get our food ordered. Zack was great helping with Alpha Gal and later following up with the kitchen staff that they had in fact not put butter on my fish - another win. I ordered the red fish special (I think) with a baked potato and the boss got the Harris Platter. Zack recommended blackened and was so right, delicious! I tried her fired catfish and that was delicious too, but would have dipped it in hot sauce, but the cocktail sauce was so yummy with a nice horseradish bite - delicious and maybe better than hot sauce (slander I know). That 0.25 off - well the hushpuppies were kinda gross and bland. This is the south so quality hushpuppies are a must. Ask for Zack, you will not be dissapointed.

I came back again the next day for lunch. When I came back Saturday we got the crab bites and they were very good. Had the crab legs for the second day in a row and they were still 10 out of 10. Can't wait to come back. For as popular as this place is I do think they could upgrade their tables a little. Our server on valentines afternoon was great and took care of our group of 11. Their house wines are Woodbridge which is actually under the Robert mondavi label.

The menu, service, food, and atmosphere were all fabulous. We both ordered from the Asian Fusion section, and our meals were outstanding. The owner even had the kitchen whip up a spicier sauce for my husband, though you can choose your own heat level. Jo and Freddy, the owners, couldn't have been more welcoming -- and they're opening another restaurant in Paducah soon! Amy took wonderful care of us (and makes an excellent martini). If you find yourself in historic downtown Paducah, this spot is a must for dinner. Highly recommend!

I typically am perfectly happy to pay whatever it takes to get a good meal and usually don't pay attention to the bill But this bill easily exceeded by 50% What you typically pay for a high-quality meal And while the meal was quite good, it wasn't a five star meal The service was five stars The salad was good The coconut clam appetizer was good My branzino was quite the small portion and lacked flavor Our salmon was overcooked to dry The best part was the service it was impeccable I rarely say this But I'll never go back it's just not worth it It's a 150$ meal. Let that sink in. Then when I asked a few questions I was told they were too busy to change out the root beer in the machine, they weren't out completely...they just "didn't have time to switch the tank over". Hmmmmm - can we all say BAD MANAGEMENT? During lunch, you run out of your namesake? I finally got to the drive thru window it was 12:59 (nineteen minutes have elapsed now) and I was told they also did not have my alternate Dr. Pepper. I waited 19 minutes in line for an order of onion rings. And when I finally got to taste them, yes they were hot...but not a lick of salt on them. Not one. I felt really bad for the girl working the takeout window. Apparently no one behind her was working. Again, bad management. They should have a manager that is ensuring everyone has a good lunch. How does A&W Root beer run out of root beer? Shouldn't that be avoidable? Shouldn't they be prepared to serve that? At all cost? Apparently not.
