Food is good. No complaints. Taste of their ice cream is great. However, when Culvers first opened years ago in Paducah and Murray, I had already had their ice cream elsewhere. And at that time, the ice cream was great! A couple years ago that changed. I always ordered the waffle cone, but the ice cream was melting down the cone. First few times it happened, I was annoyed. Decided not to go through the drive through and go inside. Same problem. And it was both thr Murray and Paducah locations. The ice cream is NOT frozen enough. I started sending it back if it was dripping down the sides, but it didn't change anything. So I quit going to Culvers. A year goes by and I tried again. Same problem. Ice cream dripping down the side of the cone. Sent it back. No change. So, I won't be going back anytime soon. Why their ice cream is so runny and melted, when it wasn't always like that, I will never know. And it is a shame because the taste is top notch. Flavors are fantastic. But I want ICE cream, ice cream that doesn't run down the cone, or puddle in the bowl. If Dairy Queen can serve soft serve that does not melt, so should Culvers. read more

Me and my mother came in to Culver's in Paducah and waited 15 minutes waiting to be waited on and there was 6 employees in the front and 4 people in the back and they people in the front just walking around one lady was waiting on someone that they messed up her order but the others just looking at us never spoke to us really rude and we will not be back to Paducah ky Culver's again we love Murray Culver's the employees are so friendly and nice but Paducah is definitely not we will not be back read more

I typically love Culver's! Ordered their fish dinner and hate to say it was so greasy :( there was literally grease in the bottom of the plate. That said.... the Cole Slaw is delish, fries always fresh. Maybe they just need to drain the fish a little more before serving? It was very fresh and obviously just made. Food was awful today. The tomato was too hard to bite into with raw green center. No flavor. The music is so bad I left to eat inside my car. Radio was set on acid rock playing Tesla. Yuck. Multiple times going through the drive-through I do not get my order complete and they do nothing for it. Tonight they put four ketchups in my bag but no french fries. I had to go back up and almost took me an hour to get my french fries because it was busy then and they used that as an excuse. I had to demand Either a comped meal or a meal in the future or they would not have given me anything for my trouble and imposition except what they didn't give me with my order like they have done in the past. read more

It's Culver's, so you know what to expect. The food was tasty, the prices were reasonable, and the flavor of the day was Blackberry Cobbler - yum! I'm writing a review of this location specifically to highlight a lovely lady there named Robin. She provided exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude and a great sense of humor. My brother and I were in the midst of a full day of driving, and Robin made our lunch break a wonderful respite. If you visit this Culver's, be sure to look for her. Road trip and decided for lunch we would go through the drive up for a strawberry shake and fries. Quick, efficient and friendly service! Large strawberries! Yum! And the fries were delish! I discovered the Culver's chain on my most recent trip through the Midwest and specifically planned my lunch stop on the return drive to Tennessee to visit this location. I was not disappointed. Culver's is true Midwest style fast food done well and served in plenty. This location is no exception. From the creamy Culver's brand root beer to the hot and tasty ButterBurger and perfectly cooked crinkle fries it was delicious. The staff was friendly, diligent and helpful. Go. It's amazing. Meet Nancy and have the best night. That's my advice. It's about a mile off the highway and totally worth it. An oasis on a road trip full of bad options. I had the fish and crinkle fries. Both were delicious. My husband had a burger that he seemed to love. My sons ate their chicken fingers, fries and cheese curds. Also: their root beer is delicious and caffeine free! And they had diet! Can you tell that I loved this place!? The kids meal comes with a scoop of ice cream. He got chocolate with blue and white sprinkles. What's not to love about that? Super clean location. Everything about it felt clean. I wasn't terrified of the high chairs. I left this place so happy. Two stars are generous to say the least. Every single time we go to this location, they get our order wrong. I usually get a mint chocolate chip concrete mixer, the kids working there never mix them, so all of the green mint flavor is on top. The cup is always so messy, the lid covered in ice cream and they hand it to you with their hands all over the top of the cup. Today topped it all though, I was given a number and they shut the window in my face. I sat there until they opened the window, I asked where they wanted me to go so he directed me to the spot they wanted me in very rudely then shut the window. After waiting 8 minutes when they were not busy at all, a girl brings our food out, I was in the process of rolling my car window down (it's cold outside) and she turned the bag sideways, literally shoved it through the window and walked away. Never do you hear "how are you today?" Or "have a nice day" Nothing! These are all kids working there so we try to give them the benefit of the doubt but they truly need some adult supervision in this store! Today was the final straw for me, I can't willingly spend my money at this location anymore until they turn things around. read more

We eat here often but today i was disappointed with the carelessness of the employees and lack of friendliness. Did not take the time to mix up the concrete mixer ( see photo) . Put bare hands on our waffle cone on the part NOT covered with paper. I dont want your bare hands on my waffle cone im going to eat ! Use a napkin!! Lastly dont put your fingers on the INSiDE of the lid that goes on my ice cream cup. I dont want your fingers in my mouth ! ........... After all of that not a thank you or come back to see us , just shoved our ice cream out the window and went back to leaning on the counter . Since my original review we have been to culvers at least 8 times ( my kids love it ) but we are fed up with the bad service , at least 3 times they have gotten our order wrong or have not given us all our food at least twice they have handed me a concrete mixer or sundae with icecream or melted icecream all over the outside ........ employees are playing on their phones or horseplaying with each other its like the inmates are running the Prison. The last time my kids requested culvers i just flat said NO until they improve im not giving them any more of our dollars.......... Again i say .... look to Chick Fil e ... they seem to have THE Best employees and training........oh and stop frying fish and chicken together in same cooker , chicken strips smell like fish and its not appealing. :( read more
