Another trip to Paducah and another trip to Fazoli's. Linda Sue was there and was as delightful as I remember. Her husband Bill works there as well, and he was super nice. This couple really knows how to make people feel welcome. I had the exact same entree as I had a year ago when I last visited, except with a side salad and not the pizza (I had a slice of pizza at the Mount Vernon, IL location, and it was lackluster). The only issue with the food might be that it was very salty--especially the Fried Mozzarella Bites. I appreciate how pleasant Linda Sue and Bill are because working in fast food places is difficult, and they seem happy to help and make sure we liked everything (between them, they came to our table at least five times to check on us). TERRIBLE FOOD TERRIBLE SERVICE Had an issue at Paducah Fazoli's. When I brought the issue to the "managers" attention (she refused to give me her name or the name of her supervisor) she threatened to call the police if I didn't leave and as I left, she gave me the finger!!! I stopped by Fazoli's while in Paducah, Kentucky. It's suppose to be Italian fresh fast food. The menu is descent sized, I ordered my meal to go. Making an order was fast, I got the oven baked sampler. The sampler had 3 food items, baked spaghetti, baked Alfredo and lasagna. The sampler comes with 2 garlic bread sticks. The menu and pictures makes this look better than it actually tastes. The spaghetti was stuck together and didn't have enough sauce, the Alfredo was the same. The lasagna had sauce, but no meat sauce. What sauce the lasagna had was not enough either. It was decent, but not enough for me to try again. The service was A+ and for that I'll give them 3 stars. read more

I was SOO disappointed. I used to live here & haven't been back in almost 20 years. This was one of my favorite places to eat. I got excited because I saw that they have gluten free/friendly pasta. The menu says that you can sub any pasta dish with their gf rotini. However the chef says that I should trust any of the sauces... wtf That is like false advertising. What's the point?? We were with a big group & everyone came here for me & already ordered. I asked if they had Parmesan & she says yes. So I got that, thought the noodles would be buttered. They were busy & it was lunch time, not complaining about that. Plates started arriving and mine came with save on it. Sent it back. Another came out a few minutes later. It was hot but no parm & no butter. It was so dry, looked the rubbery plastic. I ate a few bites but it was just so blah... The others in the group had already asked 3 times for the free breadsticks, so I wasn't gonna waste my time or breath... They have great deals here & everyone else enjoyed their meals. This is a national chain restaurant so don't expect gourmet food but for a quick meal of pasta and sauce you can't beat this place! Hungry after church on Father's day ordered a family meal deal on GrubHub on the way to Fazoli's. Pulled up to drive thru window and the friendly worker determined who I was and the details of my order. She politely asked me to drive over to the entrance door around the building and they would bring my food. Placed the online order at 1256pm and arrived at 1305pm. My piping hot food was brought to my vehicle window at 1315pm! Great service with a smile and a thank you. The pasta was packaged well and the three different sauces were separately packed securely. The 18 garlic bread sticks were wrapped warm and moist in foil lined bags. The noodles were cooked Al Dente and each piece was separate and not clumped together. The food was tasty and fresh. Alfredo sauce tasted "fishy". I had commented to my family that it wasn't right and my daughter followed up the comment I wasn't saying - it tastes "fishy". Why would heavy cream, butter and salt ever have a fishy taste? The spaghetti and meatballs were fine. read more

I'm giving this place 5 stars because the people working there were so nice. The food was good for fast food Italian. And twice while I was eating someone walked by and offered me fresh hot bread. Nice touch. And the unsweetened ice tea was really good. Not watered down, bold flavor. I will definitely eat here again. read more

On Friday June at approximately 7 PM, we entered the Paducah Fazoli's on New Holt Road. The manager Amethyst, said to a coworker "he's an asshole, he only gives a shit about himself." That was rude and made the customers uncomfortable. She said this at the counter. The whole place seemed out of sorts, The men's restroom looked atrocious. This was odd for the Paducah location. First I want to say that my Lasagna was awesome! But the ziti not so much. We went later after a movie and the place was destroyed. Only found one clean table and its seating was dirty. Love love the breadsticks! They should offer plastic forks, using the silverware kinda grossed me out but I used my hand sanitizer to clean it. Possibly the worst food I've purchased from a restaurant. The cheese pizza for the children was burnt to Christmas coal. Couldn't believe they put it in the box. The pasta dishes were like eating salt tablets. The breadsticks were also too salty to eat. Usually we try to give places at least two tries as every place can have an off night but this was a total waste of money and we won't risk it again. read more

Fazoli's has always been by far one of my favorite "quick eat" restaurants. I always enjoy trying the new menu items. My last visit I decided to try the chicken parm fries that were advertised by the register. When I received them, they were still cold and clearly microwaved. All of the meat we received in our pasta was also clearly microwaved. I returned the fries and I was told they would get a new fresh batch. When they returned the fries, they did fry them this time, but they fryed the ones they already microwaved and gave us. I could tell because the one I took a bite out of was still on the plate. read more

The staff was friendly and funny the person who took our order was patient, and when I asked for a to go box she made it funny I asked for a to go box and she said "yes I do I have manny, would you like one" and that quote made my day. Then I realized I needed 2 so a man that walked out or the kitchen asked me if i needed anything (because the person was busy) and I asked for another to go box but what was so funny about this guy is he always (twice) did like the thing that a Hawaiian person would do and shake his pinkie and thumb I refer to that as what the saa dude person would do (look it up) but it was hilarious that could not have been a better experience. read more
