Easy to reach location. I am an avid Chick-Fil-A supporter. First stop at this location. I bought lunch for my daughter and son-n-law that never buy Chick-fil-a. There was a long wait. The girl that was taking our order didn't acknowledge us and sat there talking to the lady she relieved for a good 5 min about her break and how long her break is being over 18. I ordered 4 large drinks, she put down medium for each drink. We get 20 minutes up the road and realize they didn't include one of the sandwiches either. Way too far to go back plus the wait we already had to endure. So my husband and I shared 3 chickens strips so my son-n-law had something to eat even if it was the wrong food. The entire experience was unlike Chick-fil-a and very disappointing. I would have reported to corporate but we weren't give a receipt either. read more

As always, chic-fil-a knocks it out of the freaking park. I stopped at this location For a quick bite on my drive to london from Oklahoma. I ran in because the drive thru wrapped around the building. The line was long but due to their efficiency, I was placing my order in no time! I simply got a chicken club and a chocolate shake to go. This is my second time ever going to a Chic Fil A. I am NOT disappointed. A combo kids meal with drink & a combo adults meal with a drink for less than $15! Their Diet Lemonade is SOOOO good! Literally everything I got from there (nuggets & fries) were some of the best I've had! But what I rate the highest, is the customer service! I've NEVER had better customer service at any fast food restaurant in my life! Every employee I interacted with was so kind! I will definitely be eating more chic fil a from now on! 10/10! Don't order a salad if you like dressing! The last 4-5 times we have gotten a salad, it's been missing something. If we do get the dressing, then we don't get the toppings. I'm disappointed in this location, as I've been coming here often for years now, and things went from great to terrible quickly. The last few times my husband and I have been here, our food has either been wrong, stone cold or they have forgotten to give us items. This last visit, though, was the last straw. I should also mention that we have visited several Chick-fil-a locations all over the country (20+ states) and have only had terrible service like this at one other location. We arrived to a busy lunchtime rush and decided to do a curbside pickup through the app, which is our usual way of ordering. 10 minutes after placing the order through the app, I received a notification that someone was on the way with our food. 30 minutes after that, we still hadn't gotten our food, and at this point, my app had refreshed and was back on the home screen. I called the location in hopes of locating our order, only to get no answer because there isn't really a way to call directly into the store, unless you're ordering catering. I called again and chose the catering option this time and then explained to the worker why I was calling. They informed me that my order had accidentally gotten placed in the carry out section and that they'd get it out to me shortly. I confirmed that they were making us new food since ours had been sitting out, to which she replied they would. I expected she would offer up fresh food without me having to ask, and now I'm worried we would have been given the cold food had I not asked her. After getting our food (which was still slightly cold), to no surprise, they had forgotten some condiments. Along with us having a bad curbside experience this day, it would seem one or two other cars had the same issue. One lady actually got out of her car and walked up to the drive they window after waiting so long. I'm not sure what has happened here over the last few months, but our last few experiences have been bad enough that we are unlikely to return. read more

This is a good restaurant to stop by. It's easy to get in and out of. There's a lot of people coming in a lot of the time, but I think that's kind of to be expected for a Chick-fil-A. I went by last night and one of the drive thru ordering things wasn't working, so one of the workers came over and took my order on one of their tablets. I do catering orders often for work. Today I came in to get a large to go order placed at last minute and the marketing director was on top of things and super nice! I can't recommend CFA enough for large groups. The app racks up a lot of points quickly and I almost always have rewards from the catering orders. read more

I got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was so good! Very flavorful and it had lots of spice. I only have one problem. It's that sometimes they will forget something off of your order. Obviously, this is common among fast food but Chickfila does it rarely and when they do, you can usually ask for a refund or ask if you can get the item that you didn't receive which is nice. read more

I ordered three lunch filets via mobile app. When I arrived I was served three breakfast fillets that I did not order. So I had to stand there for 15 minutes while they redid my order. They wanted to make it up with me by giving me gift cards for item that I cannot eat due to dietary Restrictions that come with cancer treatment. They handed me the gift cards and I gave them back and said I would rather have a cup of coffee, do you think they offered me a cup of coffee to make up for getting my order wrong and making me stand there for 15 minutes after I went to the trouble to use their mobile app because I needed to be somewhere? Nope. TWICE when they were apologizing for screwing up my order I asked for a cup of coffee instead of the free food cards they kept pushing at me. Not only does the kitchen not read their orders, but apparently their management and counter is totally deaf because they appeared to not hear a word I said. They could've gotten out of this nasty review with a cup of black coffee I have been driving all night long and was exhausted and need a coffee)as I eat nowhere but Chick-fil-A while I'm traveling. This Chick-fil-A store has very low ratings and I'm sure it's because they do not listen. So here's a clue: read your orders and listen to your customers or they'll be somebody else's customers and soon. Update these are the puniest chicken pieces I've ever seen, of these or lunch fillets then they need to stop getting them from Cornish game hands and get them from chickens. I didn't think it was possible but I finally found it. The only Chick-fil-A in America with bad service. I placed an online order it took them 22 minutes. Normally it comes in about 10 or less. They were not busy at all. I went to the door to see if there was a problem with the app or if something had happened. She just put the food on the tray and was walking out. I knocked and waved she walked over to me with a little bit of an attitude. When I ask if that was my order she said nothing. She just went back in and grabbed it walked back out handed it to me. I said yeah it took 20 minutes I thought something might've happened. She disagreed with the timeframe and I told her the app showed the time. She just rolled her eyes and walk back in. Not the type of service I expect from Chick-fil-A. Sign outside says they're hiring for $13 an hour. I would think for $13 an hour you could get someone a little more friendly. read more

This is the standard in fast food. The food quality is always outstanding, the service is always excellent, the price is fair! Being from Paducah, I drive past this Chik-Fil-A a dozen times each week. I can tell you that it is nearly always packed. During the peak meal times, expect to wait 10 minutes to place your order whether you are in the dining room or in the drive through. Not sure if it's that way at other locations, but it certainly is here. Another perk to this one is the play ground, kids love it, and they're easily supervised from your table. Win. I'm a fan of the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Waffle Fries...and I dip them in Mayo. Please don't judge, I'm not proud of it. It just started happening one day, then I couldn't stop. read more

This is literally my favorite place to eat- and that's saying A LOT because I love to eat. It's wait lines are proof that I'm not the only one who craves their delicious chicken! From the owner's friendliness to the staff being well mannered, to the delicious great quality of their meals, they have it all. I stop here almost every time I have practice because soccer makes me SO hungry, and they always put a smile on my face whenever I get the classic red and white bag with "Eat Mor Chicken" written on it!
