We stopped for lunch on our way back to KC. First thing, this location is actually within a mall food court. We didn't know this from the signs on the highway and probably would have opted to go elsewhere to take up less time. But we embraced the obstacle and turned it into an opportunity to take a few laps around the mall and stretch our legs. They are pretty busy but you can order online or via app if you have a time crunch. The staff were friendly. We didn't have any issues with our food. We've eaten at more Chick-Fil-A's than I can count. To me, the food being good really depends on the breading on the chicken. That's where all the flavor is. The person doing the breading on the Tuesday lunch that we visited, was really on their game. Lots of crunch to both the original sandwich snd to the nuggets. Among the best meals I've had at a CFA. The portion sizes are dramatically decreasing. I complained about a nugget I received that barely covered the tines of the fork My daughter got a three-piece chicken tender and the tenders were tiny. I complained on the app but did not get a reply. it's seeming is lacking. The hashbrowns they're serving at breakfast are constantly greasy and limp. I complained about them and corporate asked for the picture and I sent it to him and the hashbrowns were really good for a couple months but they've gone back to greasy crappy old grease taste limp hashbrowns. read more

I fear I'm going to end my life. Normally I love this restaurant, I come here on my breaks after a long shift at work to a nice comforting meal. Sometimes I even doordash to my home, chick fa la I let you into my home. We had a built a trust, so when I was faced with choice between Auntie Ann's and your establishment I chose you. Big mistake. One of my friends was bantering with an employee, and in turn I was hopeful for this experience. Oh boy, was I wrong. First mistake, they forgot my coke, but that was ok. We sit down, and I gleefully open my 12 piece chicken nuggets. Then, to my horror I am faced with shredded and putrid looking nuggets. However, I was hoping the taste would be different, which it was. Until, my interior started to rumble. At first, I think it's just a simple stomach ache. Wrong. Your establishment gave me food poisoning. Your "nuggets" had me fighting for my life on the toilet, from both ends. I am not even the one writing this review, I am having someone transcribe it for me as I lay on my deathbed. Do better. read more

Love this Atlanta based franchise, excellent customer service all the time..best chicken around (also healthiest fast food you consume). The spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite item w/ some fresh lemonade and you can top it off w/ a limited time banana pudding milkshake is worth every $. Good place for families & clean place for kids to play...they even give out placemats & hand sanitizers for the kids. For a place that's closed on Sundays,they rake in a lot more every week than any other fast food joint + they do a lot of good community service & even contribute to local charities/soup kitchens. Worst CFA experience EVER!!! We pull up to the drive thru and start to order breakfast because it was prior to 10:30am and the woman told us they were also offering lunch. My son loves the grilled chicken so we ordered that. 30 min later after EVERYONE behind us was gone and asking what was taking so long we got our food. Then realize after pulling away that the condiment that I ordered was not in the bag, neither were straws or napkins or a fork to eat the grilled chicken with. We were traveling from out of state and don't have those handy. Worse part is the employees could have cared less. Will not be back. read more

This place is amazing. It is super busy on Saturday evenings, but the staff handles it so well. There are two great employees I will mention: Nicole and Miah. These two handle the crowds like nobody's business. I've seen how rude customers have treated these employees and they handle it so well. There are these kids that go in there on Saturday nights and don't pay for all of their food, and they always harass the employees. But the employees act like responsible people of God and help them anyway. Bless them. Without them chick-fil-a would be chick-fil-ain't. read more

I'm not sure if it's the southern hospitality or if this is just the way this business is run but this is hands-down the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to! It's extremely clean on the inside, looks newly renovated, and the staff are just as incredibly friendly as staff could possibly be. This is the best Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. The staff was helpful and even though the line was outside the door as well as a drive thru line that wrapped around the building the staff made me feel as though I was the only customer in the building. This chain sets the standard for consistency in both product and service. I don't think I've ever been to a'bad' chick fil e. I love the original chicken sandwich. I love the chicken strips. Sometimes when you are STARVING, you will eat anywhere. The restaurant itself look clean and the folks working there were nice. At least that what I saw from the car. My food was super greasy, even for fast food. Like way greasier than McDonald's. First bite squirted grease on my shirt. Maybe the bite was too big? The waffles fries tasted good but eventually added extra grease to the pit of my stomach that was starting to revolt. It was hours before my tummy felt better. I should have known better than to eat all that junk food. Next time I would go to Subway or even Taco Bell before going back to Chick-Fil-A. If you look at the nutritional value of their food, you might not come back either. read more

We stopped at this Chick-fil-A location on our road trip towards Nashville from up north. This is without a doubt, one of the best Chick-fil-A locations we've ever experienced!
