I pulled in today for a Rootbeer freeze treat and a quick lunch. I pulled up at 12:40 and when I finally got to place my order at the drive thru kiosk I was told they were out of ROOT BEER AND OUT OF ALL ICE CREAM. A&W out of ice cream and Root Beer! Let that sink in. Then when I asked a few questions I was told they were too busy to change out the root beer in the machine, they weren't out completely...they just "didn't have time to switch the tank over". Hmmmmm - can we all say BAD MANAGEMENT? During lunch, you run out of your namesake? I finally got to the drive thru window it was 12:59 (nineteen minutes have elapsed now) and I was told they also did not have my alternate Dr. Pepper. I waited 19 minutes in line for an order of onion rings. And when I finally got to taste them, yes they were hot...but not a lick of salt on them. Not one. I felt really bad for the girl working the takeout window. Apparently no one behind her was working. Again, bad management. They should have a manager that is ensuring everyone has a good lunch. How does A&W Root beer run out of root beer? Shouldn't that be avoidable? Shouldn't they be prepared to serve that? At all cost? Apparently not. read more

We spent 60 dollare on a family meal. Everything was cold except the green beans. I asked for hot waffle fries the guy grumbled and served up another box from same batch. One of the managers said they would drop more in 10 minutes. There was 3 managers on duty. Courtney, Keely, and Kaylee Most was inedible we left it on the table. read more

I was in a hurry to get to an appointment and made the unwise decision to go through their drive thru. Not only did it take almost 20 minutes (with only one car in front of me), I ordered a chili dog. What was I thinking? I can't believe that passed as food. I will go back and try the LJS side of their bad marriage to see if it's any better. read more

Waited for right at 30 minutes for food. They were short staffed. Also, they were out of co2 for the drinks. On top of that the onion rings were way over done, Mac and cheese wasn't done. A complete sh*t show! read more

Don't know how Long John Silvers are still operating. Hadn't been in awhile stopped and got my wife and kids family meal deal. Thought id give them a try again. Not again. Drive thru, can you pull around to the front door, had to back up and squeeze around a car in front of me, waited 10 minutes in parking lot, finally had to go inside they wete just bringing it out, hey is there any tarter sauce in the bag, no sir he replied. Then he had to and get some. For the price of the damn meal tartar sauce should automatically been placed in bag. They must be struggling if they got to skimp out on the condiments. So with my wait time, inadequate service and inconvenience. I will never eat at a Long John Silvers again...Lone Oak road, PaducahKY. read more

I always get carry out. I'm not sure why I kept going there as long as I did. The wait at the drive thru window usually seems like an eternity. The last time I was there, which will probably be the LAST time ever, I noticed that the prices weren't the same, for the same item, on both of the drive thru signs. My whole order had an odd smell that filled my car; it smelled like the oil they fried it in was old or dirty. On the plus side, they always got my order correct. read more

Why oh why would LHS mess with "chips"? I understand thin waffle cut fries at chick fla but not thicker cut waffle fries with my fish. To say they were horrible is an understatement. Chips with fish should be chips( thin cut white potatoes cooked to a crisp out side fluffy inside) I still loved my fish but was very disappointed by the new fries. read more

3 stars is pretty much my top for a fast food chain and this place gets all 3! Compared to other LJSs, this one is clean and fast. Prices for all Long Johns are a bit higher than typical fast food, but it is better than burgers, right? For me, any place that has a pump of tartar sauce is pretty cool. This location is also an A&W, so they have hot dogs, burgers, and floats. A&W burgers are nothing special, so it's basically just an option for the picky children in your family that won't eat fish. The fish & chicken here is greasy, that's just part of the deal. If you're looking for healthy, look somewhere else! A good selection of sides, but our green beans were a little funky: stick with the fries, corn, or slaw. read more

Ordered a platter that had 2 fish 2 chicken and To shrimp rice and coleslaw root beer to drink as this particular restaurant was in a and W and a long John silver's all together Sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes while in employee and a customer chatted back-and-forth about I don't know what then when I finally got my food I was shorted a piece of chicken and I did not get any napkins or utensils to eat my rice or my coleslaw with it's just like every other fast food place in Paducah crappy help Equals crappy service with the exception of Chick-fil-A I really haven't found a place in Paducah that has any consistent good service and gives you what you pay for read more

I give one star because you have to. Don't waste your time or money at this place. I'll go to a gas station before I spend money here anymore. EVERYTHING was cold and greasy. I am sorry one reviewer had a bad experience at this LJS Restaurant. I had the best, crispy fish plate, crispy slaw and sparkling soda when I was there. Clean and well kept up with orderly cooks and customers. I went at midday and was delighted. This ljs was great, I make sure I go on Sunday since they brought back their AUCE fish or chicken and on Tuesday you can get a fish or chicken taco for only $1. I love the tacos, much better then the sandwich. read more

This is the worst ljs anywhere. The service is horrendous and the staff is rude. I ordered fish, imagine that, at 1:00 on a Wednesday and waited for 15 min to get it. Never did so I left. One of the workers made fun of me to another employee thinking I didnt hear her but I did. I asked for my money back and left. This place is BAD. I will NEVER go back there. read more
