This place has quickly become my favorite Mexican restaurant in Paducah. I normally go in around lunch and have the carne asada but today we tried their new breakfast menu. When I tell you I will never eat breakfast anywhere else- I mean it!! The El Valiente skillet was amazing and so were the waffles. DO NOT SKIP THE MEXICAN COFFEE. It's incredible. It's perfectly seasoned so you don't need cream or sugar. I def recommend this place. The food, staff, and atmosphere are equally wonderful. Two thumbs all the way. read more

Food was good - most standards are available including good street tacos. Fresh salsa was very good. Service was outstanding. We never waited for refills of chips, salsa or drinks. Atmosphere was good and it was great to see how much the staff appreciated their customers. Clean and neat - no dirty tables when we arrived. Even though it was New Years Eve, they were not cleaning up and trying to close up making customers feel uncomfortable. Good place we will be back read more

Good food & service! My only complaints are the Taco Salad comes in a bowl in addition to the shell. Grease from the hamburger(?) drains into the bowl & is visually unappealing. I wish they would drain the hamburger more throughly b/c I LOVE a taco salad but seldom eat theirs. I also wish they had a milder taco sauce. One other issue that bothered us was a broken tortella shell layed in an aisle on floor for 20 mins b4 swept up, numerous employees walked past it, doing nothing. Well, where do I begin. We were out shopping and I was looking forward to a margarita, so what better place than a Mexican restaurant with 4 + Star reviews. We Enter.... To receive No hello??? We greet them.., after being seated, we waited, finally got chips and salsa... but No Water... then Finally a server asking for drink order. Saying I wanted a margarita, I was asked, what size, and after asking how big they were, I was brought 3 "BEER MUGS"! Really??? ‍ No margarita glasses for a margarita in A Mexican restaurant? Hmmm??? I Almost changed my mind! Well, I should have!!! However, unfortunately, I took a chance. Bad idea.... After getting my margarita that I was sooo looking forward to, i was more than disappointed. Awful sour mix, poorly made, if even mixed by a bartender. Possibly premade and poured from a bottle. The food was ok. But, honestly who can screw up fajitas, Lol, that's why we ordered them,not knowing what to expect. Our Server was never around. HELLO!!! Where are you???? And then, to top it off, after he showed up and I did ask for ice water, I finally get water in a plastic glass that was cracked in so many places that it almost appeared to be a frosted glass. Definitely NOT the case! Maybe would looked like it if you were foolish enough to have 3 or 4 of their awful margaritas. Pictures attached of both. ‍ Seriously, even with the price of glassware, a restaurant can afford proper margarita glasses and especially new plastic ware. Hell, you can get 4 margarita glasses at dollar tree and 4 nice tall plastic tumblers for $1.25. Why would you serve your patrons drinks in these? We won't be back. Good luck. read more

We are not from this town. So we were wanting to get something light to eat so we didn't have leftovers. So we came here, the kids got two different meals. The one K got a shrimp cocktail Andre but really didn't like it. The other two that we got was OK as well. It was a lot of food. The drinks were really good as well it tasted more like choose than alcohol so I would definitely suggest to get a single drink that way you're not spending more money than what you need to.. read more

Best Mexican food in Paducah bar none!

I think we've found our new favorite Mexican spot. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive and the restaurant (and bathroom, per a picky 8 yr. old) was brightly decorated and clean. Chips: light, fresh and warm Salsa: good Cheese Dip: well, cheese Margaritas: on point I had the street tacos combo with corn tortillas (chicken, carnitas, pork). Delicious and flavorful - chicken was my least favorite of the trio (beef also available). Everyone at the table was pleased with their meals...a difficult task when the 8 and 4 year old are in tow. So, I'm in town for AQS Quilt week and dining alone for the evening. I'm glad to see a Mexican restaurant near my lodging. The food was hot. It was an average experience. I wouldn't say it was amazing and I can't wait until my next Paducah visit so I can try something new because that isn't true. The truth is, it's clean and the service is fantastic. The food? Average. They can accommodate larger groups and no one gave me the stink eye that I was dining alone. Overall, it was fair to good. I will tell you, though, I'm not a fan of the smell of fabreeze. I don't know if it was the smell of bathroom soap or table cleaner but the "clean" smell in the air bothered me slightly. Ohhh. They have margaritas. Bonus. read more

This is your standard American/Mexican fare, but it was beautifully cooked and absolutely delicious. Dining area and bathrooms were very clean and our server was very friendly. I highly recommend having a meal here. read more

I have NEVER had a bad experience here. I've eaten at several Mexican places but this is hands down the best. It's an extremely clean restaurant, with warm and fresh chips and yummy salsa. The staff is so friendly and they never leave your drink empty and they check in the right amount. The menu has tons of choices for every person and it's fresh and made to order. Don't waste your time going anywhere else. Cancun will not disappoint and if it does the manager will totally make it right!! We love Cancun!! If you want a yummy dish that will never fail get the fiesta bowl. SO GOOD. read more
