Our large friend group tried the endless shrimp and it was an okay experience. Our favorites were the shrimp scampi and Walt's famous shrimp. The biscuits were amazing as always. Halfway through the server informed us that they were sold out of almost all of the shrimp items (except for the marry me shrimp and alfredo), broccoli, and all silverware (for some reason?) Thank goodness the entree (shrimp and lobster linguini) was absolutely amazing! Cooked perfectly! After watching the manager sit at the booth next to me shouting into the kitchen to another employee that she "... would close the restaurant and..." it was very inappropriate. She spoke as though she wanted to prove her power. Very disappointing. Jose, on the other hand, was very professional, stopped by table to check on me the whole night and held the door for me when I left. His positivity and professionalism allowed me to only share a glimpse of negative behavior witnessed that night. Not sure I will revisit that location. read more

We haven't been here in a while and came in for dinner tonight. We were surprised to see menu prices have gone up tremendously. Also, Red Lobster no longer has a list of variety of fish to choose from like before, just the basic salmon and flounder, and all sorts of lobster, crab, and shrimp selections. Food was good, however. I had the salmon bowl with brussel sprouts and orzo rice and a small salad. Everything was good. The brussel sprouts were done perfectly. It had nice crisp and light golden brown on the outside without being burnt like most places. And the inside was nice and firm. Salmon was also done right and not too salty. My husband also had the grilled salmon but he got the mashed potatoes and a baked potato as sides. He said his salmon was also very good. We had Jose as our server and he was fantastic. He had a lot of patience with us as we were indecisive with their large menu selection, and also constantly checked on us to quickly bring us what we needed. read more

Ok, before you pass over this Red Lobster, think again. the service was REALLY good! There wasn't really a hostess but all good. Our server, Pops was a guy that belongs in your neighborhood, every day eatery. He was really friendly, welcoming, personable, and even invited us back for special nights with special pricing. I was not expecting this and it was a pleasant surprise. You cannot find service like Pops anymore...he is a gem! Like he made this meal. We kind of went bigger than we expected. We started with the lobster dip, I wasn't expecting much but there was a good amount of lobster. I can't tell you about the taste because my kids devoured it. Like I didn't get one bite! Crab legs...the last time I was at a Red Lobster I wasn't impressed with the food. It was just drenched in butter, so much that you couldn't taste anything. The trick is order steamed crab legs so you can control the butter or flavoring! The snow crab legs were pretty good and we had a fun cracking party as a family. The steamed broccoli wasn't great but who comes for the broccoli. My son said the mashed potatoes were ok but the star was the crispy potatoes under my crab legs! Since I didn't have butter or flavor all over, they were perfectly crispy. We ordered a few desserts, not pictured because we were a buttery mess & I didn't want to touch my phone. Very disappointing service here on Sunday afternoon. We walked in to an almost completely empty restaurant, yet waited by the host stand for nearly 10 minutes without anyone coming over to seat us. A manager, female، was visible over at the bar counting money the entire time, saw us waiting, and only gave a casual "we'll be there" after several minutes while continuing what she was doing. If the place had been packed, a wait would make sense--but ignoring guests in an empty restaurant is just unacceptable customer service. read more

I was craving their biscuits because when I had it at a different location, it was so good! However the flavors here fell flat... I got the Spendless Shrimp for $16.99 and it wasn't the greatest in my opinion. The Alfredo pasta lacked a lot of sauce, even though I mixed it up, I was still eating bland pasta. The fries were the star of this plate in my opinion. The steak itself was pretty tough and a little dry. The lobster was alright as well. I did come in here knowing what kind of food i would be receiving since it is an American chain restaurant haha! It did take roughly 30 minutes for us to receive our food though. By the end of our meal, we couldn't get ahold of any staff members to pay. It was a Wednesday afternoon and wasn't crowded at all... we went up to the front and paid. I tried the new Seafood Boil. It was good but not as good as other places around here that offer a similar thing. I got the Mariners combo add sausage. I choose Cajun Butter. Then you choose your heat level of Original vs Spicy vs Extra Spicy. The Spicy was definitely not spicy. What I didn't care for was a certain fake citrus flavor in there. The equipment provided for the seafood boil had good quality gloves and bib. Nevertheless, next time I'll stick with the Ultimate Feast. New Crab Stuffed Mushrooms were great, rather than the usual Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms. My wife got the Crab Your Way as part of Crab Fest. It came with what they call fried potatoes. I loved those. They were basically smashed golden potatoes that were then thrown into the deep fryer. That dish comes with a side as well. She likes to get the corn on the cob. read more

Just got done eating here. Absolutely love our server named Elizabeth! Shes from Virginia. She has amazing customer service skills. Very welcoming. When we were walking towards our table, she made eye contact with us and gave us a big smile and waved and said welcome!!! Already knew she was going to be our server with that amazing attitude. She is very upbeat, brilliant, smart, and attentive. Her customer service skills and attention to detail is outstanding. She got us everything we needed. She was quick and very helpful. She definitely is bright. And shouldn't be a server. She should be promoted to a manager position. If not, assistant manager. But even then I can see her moving up along the ladders of becoming a manager or regional manager. She's definitely great at multi-tasking with all the tables she currently has. I've come to this location four times over the past few months, and every visit has been a good one. The service is consistently decent, the staff are kind and accommodating, and the food has been great -- especially considering my dietary restrictions. I really appreciate that they've been flexible when possible (like offering items that aren't pre-seasoned). I love the new lobster seafood boil -- it's a great option for anyone managing gastritis, GERD, or acid reflux. You can ask for it without seasonings and enjoy the seafood plain (they have salt on the table if you need it). Just a heads up: I've noticed the lobster boil portion is a bit smaller compared to the Ultimate Feast, which I also really enjoy. So we made a reservation at 7:30pm valentines day and I'm assuming with the crowd of 50+ people outside they did too. They were so behind in the kitchen the estimated time to be seated with a reservation was +2 hours from your reservation time... which makes me wonder what the point of a reservation was. First time at Red Lobster and I'm shocked I'm even writing this. As a die-hard Boiling Crab and Kickin' Crab fan, I didn't think Red Lobster would ever make it onto my seafood boil radar... but here we are. We started with the mozzarella sticks, no complaints. Then came the star of the show: the seafood boil. We got a mix of garlic and Cajun butter and ordered it spicy. Honestly, the heat level was very mild, so next time I'll definitely go extra spicy. I ordered the bacon wrapped scallops only for hen waiter to come back and tell me they are completely out of them. The crispy dragon shrimp were brought out cold as if they were sitting out for quite some time. They were also super sweet which I didn't like.
