We haven't been here in a while and came in for dinner tonight. We were surprised to see menu prices have gone up tremendously. Also, Red Lobster no longer has a list of variety of fish to choose from like before, just the basic salmon and flounder, and all sorts of lobster, crab, and shrimp selections. Food was good, however. I had the salmon bowl with brussel sprouts and orzo rice and a small salad. Everything was good. The brussel sprouts were done perfectly. It had nice crisp and light golden brown on the outside without being burnt like most places. And the inside was nice and firm. Salmon was also done right and not too salty. My husband also had the grilled salmon but he got the mashed potatoes and a baked potato as sides. He said his salmon was also very good. We had Jose as our server and he was fantastic. He had a lot of patience with us as we were indecisive with their large menu selection, and also constantly checked on us to quickly bring us what we needed. read more

Ok, before you pass over this Red Lobster, think again. the service was REALLY good! There wasn't really a hostess but all good. Our server, Pops was a guy that belongs in your neighborhood, every day eatery. He was really friendly, welcoming, personable, and even invited us back for special nights with special pricing. I was not expecting this and it was a pleasant surprise. You cannot find service like Pops anymore...he is a gem! Like he made this meal. We kind of went bigger than we expected. We started with the lobster dip, I wasn't expecting much but there was a good amount of lobster. I can't tell you about the taste because my kids devoured it. Like I didn't get one bite! Crab legs...the last time I was at a Red Lobster I wasn't impressed with the food. It was just drenched in butter, so much that you couldn't taste anything. The trick is order steamed crab legs so you can control the butter or flavoring! The snow crab legs were pretty good and we had a fun cracking party as a family. The steamed broccoli wasn't great but who comes for the broccoli. My son said the mashed potatoes were ok but the star was the crispy potatoes under my crab legs! Since I didn't have butter or flavor all over, they were perfectly crispy. We ordered a few desserts, not pictured because we were a buttery mess & I didn't want to touch my phone. I was craving their biscuits because when I had it at a different location, it was so good! However the flavors here fell flat... I got the Spendless Shrimp for $16.99 and it wasn't the greatest in my opinion. The Alfredo pasta lacked a lot of sauce, even though I mixed it up, I was still eating bland pasta. The fries were the star of this plate in my opinion. The steak itself was pretty tough and a little dry. The lobster was alright as well. I did come in here knowing what kind of food i would be receiving since it is an American chain restaurant haha! It did take roughly 30 minutes for us to receive our food though. By the end of our meal, we couldn't get ahold of any staff members to pay. It was a Wednesday afternoon and wasn't crowded at all... we went up to the front and paid. Then you choose your heat level of Original vs Spicy vs Extra Spicy. The Spicy was definitely not spicy. What I didn't care for was a certain fake citrus flavor in there. The equipment provided for the seafood boil had good quality gloves and bib. Nevertheless, next time I'll stick with the Ultimate Feast. New Crab Stuffed Mushrooms were great, rather than the usual Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms. My wife got the Crab Your Way as part of Crab Fest. It came with what they call fried potatoes. I loved those. They were basically smashed golden potatoes that were then thrown into the deep fryer. That dish comes with a side as well. She likes to get the corn on the cob. read more

Just got done eating here. Absolutely love our server named Elizabeth! Shes from Virginia. She has amazing customer service skills. Very welcoming. When we were walking towards our table, she made eye contact with us and gave us a big smile and waved and said welcome!!! Already knew she was going to be our server with that amazing attitude. She is very upbeat, brilliant, smart, and attentive. Her customer service skills and attention to detail is outstanding. She got us everything we needed. She was quick and very helpful. She definitely is bright. And shouldn't be a server. She should be promoted to a manager position. If not, assistant manager. But even then I can see her moving up along the ladders of becoming a manager or regional manager. She's definitely great at multi-tasking with all the tables she currently has. The service is consistently decent, the staff are kind and accommodating, and the food has been great -- especially considering my dietary restrictions. I really appreciate that they've been flexible when possible (like offering items that aren't pre-seasoned). I love the new lobster seafood boil -- it's a great option for anyone managing gastritis, GERD, or acid reflux. You can ask for it without seasonings and enjoy the seafood plain (they have salt on the table if you need it). Just a heads up: I've noticed the lobster boil portion is a bit smaller compared to the Ultimate Feast, which I also really enjoy. So we made a reservation at 7:30pm valentines day and I'm assuming with the crowd of 50+ people outside they did too. They were so behind in the kitchen the estimated time to be seated with a reservation was +2 hours from your reservation time... which makes me wonder what the point of a reservation was. The person at the door stated that it wasnt a seating issue. There were seats but the kitchen was backed up. We definitely left and didn't wait the 2 hours. But we did return a few days after just to give it another shot. They didn't have one of the dishes and forgot to remove it when it was time to pay. But I guess everyone makes mistakes. The server was nice and prompt with the ordering and food. I had red lobster before and I think the quality kind of went downhill. The Mac n cheese used to come in a skillet and now it just comes out on a plate with less. Overall I don't think the food taste that far off from like olive garden if you wanted pasta. Food took little over 40mins and my daughters Shrimp Linguini took 10 mins longer and would have took longer if my wife didn't say anything. Server was not great, guys from Kitchen brought out our food and had to ask the manager for A1 and refills on our drinks. As a die-hard Boiling Crab and Kickin' Crab fan, I didn't think Red Lobster would ever make it onto my seafood boil radar... but here we are. We started with the mozzarella sticks, no complaints. Our table started with a medley of starters including: -popcorn shrimp ($9.99) -crispy bay scallops ($11.49) -crab queso ($16.49): cheesy crab dip with fresh pico de gallo served with tortilla chips The crab queso was absolute fire. It was giving all the crab + queso. The popcorn shrimp and crispy bay scallops, on the other hand, were just as good as any deep fried anything. Apparently, appetizer selection can vary by location so not all Red Lobsters are created equal. For my entree, I chose the Shrimp Your Way - Choose 2 ($18.00). It's wild that for $18, I got garlic shrimp scampi with a side of rice pilaf AND a small portion of the shrimp linguini alfredo. Are you joking me? I got a good amount of shrimp and food considering my meal was under $20. Taste wise - it was exactly as expected. It was buttery and garlicky which is the most tried and true flavor profile when it comes to American seafood. Red Lobster is really not a bad option if you're looking for an affordable seafood meal. Is it exciting or innovative? No, but it's a good value for what you're getting. This location in particular felt a little run down, but otherwise, I left pleasantly surprised. read more

I've never been to this place all my life but I've always been curious about it. I don't regret going but I didn't have a good time either lol Endless Shrimp: Maybe get? I would imagine this is the only good thing to get on their entire menu that's not ridiculously overpriced but you're going to have to eat a lot. We sampled a lot of them and we came hungry but most likely didn't even break even.
