It's been a while since I've been to an Outback Steakhouse since the one back home closed, so I was happy to find this Anaheim location open late after we arrived in town. Our server was super friendly, the service was top notch, and the food quality was excellent. I ordered the filet mignon and honestly can't believe I ate the whole thing... it was that good. Great experience all around!

Great experience. Fast service. Hot and fresh food. Had the 3 course. Salad 9 oz steak and thunder from down under. All was excellent. No complaints. I will go back

Sometimes you don't want trendy. You want reliable, comforting, and satisfying -- and this Outback delivers exactly that. From the moment you walk in, it's the familiar steakhouse energy: dim lighting, cozy booths, and a menu that knows its lane. No over-promising, no culinary theater -- just hearty food meant to actually fill you up. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable for a sit-down steakhouse, and the menu offers enough variety that everyone at the table finds something they're happy with -- steaks, chicken, seafood, and crowd-pleasing sides.

Let me start off by saying I had one of the best experiences here. Our server Shawn was amazing so fun, down to earth, and genuinely kind. Thank you for just being you! The food was a 10/10, prices were reasonable, and the restaurant was clean. Parking was easy, the food came out fast, and being close to Disneyland is a huge plus. I can't wait to come back especially to see Shawn again!

I was so excited to go for lunch with my office..but ended up being disappointed. We came in around 11:15 and there was only one other party(4 people) in the restaurant. My group was a table of 9 so I knew we would be waiting a while so I tried to be understanding to the wait times and staff. Our server was never around and we were constantly looking for her. Whenever we would ask for a drink refill it would take 20 minutes. I understand about our appetizer and main course taking long, about 35 minute wait after we ordered since we were a big party..I just wished that our server was around more and it really impacted my experience for lunch. Besides that the food was ok

My sister and I decided to have Outback Steakhouse on a Tuesday evening. It was the best decision ever! I had not been to an Outback for years and forgot how many amazing options they had. I started with a Strawberry lemonade and a cup of potato soup. The table came with this AMAZING bread and butter. That alone was a 10/10. Then I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich which came with fries. My sister got a wedge salad and the coconut shrimp appetizer. It was an incredible meal, everything was so great and to top it off, we had the most incredible service. I feel terrible for not getting her name, but she had cool pink hair and was so attentive to us and made us laugh and brought everything we needed. It was not full at all, but a few filled tables and i like that they don't have these huge bright lights on. We will 100% be going back.

Cindy our waitress brought bread and butter tool our order got her a drink and came back to take care of me the hostess was awesome... I am sorry dear I disntgwt your name.... I knew I liked something about her... believe me these employees worked with some crazy people But was so great.... I had to tip close to what my half Of the bill was.... This Outback was a 5 minute walk from our hotel. We came here after our flight into town and had good service and solid food. They started us with some bread and butter. We obviously got the Bloomin' Onion, because when in Rome! I haven't been in a while, so it was a little more peppery than I remembered, but still very tasty and a must. For my entrée I got the coconut shrimp and 5 oz sirloin. It also came with 2 sides. I got the loaded potato soup and a house salad with ranch. I was stuffed by the end of it! My husband got the grilled shrimp, and an 8 oz sirloin, with a baked sweet potato, which came with butter and cinnamon and a Caesar salad. I would get the coconut shrimp over the grilled and the Caesar over the house salad, but we were very happy with our choices.

Spontaneous date night! I had a gift card, so why not put it to use now? We decided to visit last min. Parking: There's a large parking lot. Depending on the night, finding a spot can be a hit or miss. Ambiance/Environment: We visited on a Thursday night, thinking it would be slower. Nope! We were absolutely wrong lol. There was a huge conference that week, so the place was packed. Wait time was approximately 20 min to be seated. Service: She didn't introduce herself, but our server was courteous and efficient. Since it was busy, throughput was not as quick. We waited about 10-15 min between each dish: bread, appetizers, and main dish. She did fill our waters and checked on us a few times. Food: I really wanted their prime rib, but our server mentioned that they ran out of rare, medium rare, and medium prime ribs. Not sure how a supply chain restaurant can "run out" of rare cooked steaks .. I guess they don't cook them fresh? 1) New York Steak, med rare - I ordered this with the steakhouse mac & cheese and baked potato soup. The steak was seasoned well and perfectly cooked medium rare. The Mac & cheese and soup were sooo delicious. 2) Bloomin' Chicken Sandwich - My bf ordered this with 4x patties total. As you can tell, this man eats too much lol. It took a while for his order bc our server mentioned the chefs were confused about the order and concerned he wouldn't be able to eat the burger. Best believe he ate majority of it lol. The chicken was lightly seasoned coated with breading and seasoned well. The fries tasted as expected. Pricing: It's what you'd expect from a supply chain restaurant $$. Just don't visit during a conference week.

The restaurant is clean and well decorated. The staff are very nice and fast with food and drinks. We love their bread and butter. The smoked old fashion and the steaks are also well made. The restaurant is opposite to Target and close to Disneyland. They are busy during weekends so make your plan accordingly. If you like the steak to be tender, order it one level down. Sometimes their rare comes out medium-rare so we always order rare and it came out perfect for us.

Placed order online for pickup. Drove up to the pickup area to run in and grab my order. The pickup was super quick. Service was good. Everything was packaged up well with napkins and silverware. 10/10 I ordered a Caesar salad with salmon for the protein. It was tasty. The salmon was good! 10/10 The cheesecake was a nice treat! The raspberry sauce on top was perfect. 10/10 My husband got the French onion soup, Mac and cheese bites, cheese fries, and the Alfredo (steak and shrimp). He loved the French onion soup- it was really cheesy. The fries had bacon on them and lots of cheese. And the Alfredo was creamy and came with the proteins. And the Mac n cheese bites were cheesy inside. His food was all 10/10 rating.

Food was very good but service was very vague Had a birthday lunch there and server was just like meh. Still tipped her well tho.

We had scallops and the ceviche trilogy to start, and by then we were already pretty full. His level of customer service is what I've always appreciated about The Ranch ever since Rito moved on. The service here has consistently been top notch and has never let us down. This visit, the food fell a little short of the usual standard. The fries weren't very crispy, although the sides were still delicious. My Delmonico, which is normally super juicy and tender, came out closer to medium instead of medium rare and was also a touch cold. That said, The Ranch is still one of my favorite spots in OC. If the kitchen can consistently match the high standards and execution that the servers provide, this place will easily stay at the top as one of the best steakhouse experiences in Orange County.

Their cuisine is a mix of Argentine and Italian. The restaurant is located at the end of a strip mall with plenty of parking available. Seating options include the patio in front which has heat lamps, a small bar area, and tables in the main dining room. You can make a reservation either on their website or by calling them on the phone. Our server greeted us promptly and brought out a generous serving of warm, fresh bread which was delicious. We ordered a few beef empanadas ($4 each) and a side of chimichurri ($2.50). They came out hot and were very flavorful. We also ordered the Scampi al Vino Bianco appetizer. The five jumbo shrimp were large, and the white wine garlic sauce was good. There was no question about what I was having for my entrée, the Medallon de Lomo, a grilled 10 ounce filet mignon (only $43!). It may not look like 10 ounces in the picture, but it is a thick cut, and was grilled to a perfect medium rare plus as requested. The steak was flavorful on its own, but it comes with its own side of chimichurri sauce which I love on steak. The vegetables were good and seemed fresh, not frozen. This was definitely the best deal I've come across for a 10 ounce filet mignon and a side. One of my friends had the Parrillada Mixta ($68) which is a large serving of various meats including skirt steak, flap meat, short rib, Argentine sausage, blood sausage, and sweetbread. It's served on a big cast iron platter with a flame underneath to keep it hot. It's an entrée for two, but he ate most of it on his own, although we did give him a little help. He said he would pass on the sweetbread next time, and substitute one of the sausages for more meat (extra charge). It also came with a large serving of roasted potatoes. Another friend had the Paella Mixta ($32). It was a good size with a mix of clams, mussels, calamari, shrimp, vegetables, and rice. Our server Fred was very friendly and took great care of us. Their menu is large, I would definitely return to try other items or have another filet mignon. The only negative is that they close somewhat early at 8pm on Sunday and Tuesday through Thursday, so plan accordingly.

We parked in the lot and came for an early dinner at 5PM on a Wednesday so did not have to wait. The restaurant got busier as the time got closer to 6PM. Service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal, truly stellar. Many servers were bilingual in English and Spanish. There were also a few foods and goods for sale. The interior of the restaurant is reminiscent of a wooden house/cabin. As for the food, the complimentary hot bread is very tasty, and we enjoyed the Ensalata Argentina also. We ordered the Parillada Mixta for two (comes with side choice of fries, roasted potatoes, salad, or sauteed vegetables and we chose vegetables), as well as the Risotto Don Juan de Marco. The parillada came with a substantial amount of meat kept warm on a grill, accompanied by a chimichurri. The short rib meat was a bit tough but still tasty. I felt like the risotto was good but not outstanding. We finished with a creme brulee for dessert and someone also ordered a coffee (cortadito). The meal was solid though came out to $150 after tax and tip.

All the tables were full and there was one party of 11 just ahead of us. Our wait for a table was like 30 minutes or so. Once we were up we were guided to a table towards the back for five. Our server asked if we been here before and if we wanted anything else besides water to drink. My brother and his fiance split a full order of the beef ribs and side order of sauteed garlic green beans. My mom and step dad split a full order of beef ribs while I ordered a full rack of baby back ribs which came with two side orders. I picked coleslaw and onion rings which I shared with the family. The food came out promptly. Everyone enjoyed their food. The baby back ribs were moist with flavor, smoked and went well with their bbq sauce. The rest of the family really like their beef ribs. And they even commented that it was better than the other bbq places we been to. Definitely will return and highly recommend.

*** SCAM ALERT *** I…read moredon't use the word "SCAM" lightly, but that's what this was. My adult son called in a $281.62 order off the menu for Mother's Day. They would not accept the order or payment over the phone because the order was "too big." They asked that someone go there and pay up front for the entire order. Since it was the evening before Mother's Day, I drove to them and paid for the order. Yes, I was also presented with a minumum 20% TIP screen, which I declined. When I got there at pickup time (4:00pm) on Mother's Day, the price changed to $325.51. I was told that, for some reason, they had cut about 50% larger portions than the menu specified (see the line items, which should have been 1 lb. each), so they charged me for the difference ($325.51 - $281.62) which was $43.89 (about 50% more for the 2 items they cut heavier). No, there was no mention when I placed the order that the total cost might change due to extra meat. Neither is it shown on their web site or printed menus. When I protested, there was no option. If I don't pay the $43.89 difference, I don't get the Mother's Day food. After about 20 minutes of bickering at the counter with two different clerks (note the time stamp differences on the credit card slips), I was given my original order, with a net price reduction of ($281.62 - $254.93) $26.69. My persistence had paid off. On a positive note, the cook did, twice, walk up to me and quietly apologize for what was going on. I know many folks would have folded in this situation, but that's not my nature. I don't stand for dishonesty. Yes, it was embarrassing, other clients in line were not happy (I let them skip ahead of me so as not to inconvenience them). None of them had price increases. I don't know if the clerks wanted a tip because the management doesn't pay them much, or it this goes deeper and is standard operating procedure that assumes most clients will simply approve of the overage and pay up. In any case, from this client's point of view, this is a SCAM! When it was all over, I took my 11 and 12 year old grandsons (who had been sitting patiently waiting for grandpa to pay) and my food package to the car, drove home and proudly presented the meat to my family. After all, I am a hunter-gatherer; and the food was great!

I later found out it was a special Sunday brunch created just for Mother's Day. Thanks to my daughter's reservation, we were seated right away. The menu selection was smaller than usual, probably because of the special brunch menu, but every tapas dish sounded delicious. We ordered the Castelvetrano olives, Galician smoked paprika octopus, French steak tartare, and Basque cheesecake, paired with a Fiero Spritz and Red Sangria.
