I had a great dinner here celebrating my birthday. From the food and service, everything was outstanding. My family and I ordered the au gratin potatoes, broccolini, lobster mac and cheese, filet mignon, and seared scallops. The sides (lobster mac and cheese, and potatoes au gratin) were large and could be an entree of their own. There was a great amount of lobster meat in the mac and cheese while being creamy. The au gratin potatoes had a cheesy top while the filling was full of creamy potatoes. The filet mignon was medium rare - the way I like it - and tender. My daughter loved eating the broccolini heads and dipping in the accompanying cream sauce. There was complimentary onion bread and butter which my daughter loved. Throughout the night, our server checked on us many times and the manager stopped by to check on how we're doing. They even surprised me with a complimentary apple pie w/ vanilla ice cream dessert. Having never been to any of their locations I had no expectations. Even had I had very high expectations, our experience would have exceeded them. Stellar dinner, outstanding service, incomparable time with good friends. We had the wagyu dumplings- they were so tender, juicy, and satisfying to bite into. Savory umami explosion of decadence with every chew. I had the shrimp cocktail - and even shared as the prawn tails were far larger than I could have imagined. Perfectly cooked and chilled accompanied by a tangy cocktail sauce with a dollop of horseradish in the center. I had the salmon with a lobster tail. Yes, fish at a steak house....was better than any fish I've had at a fish restaurant. The salmon was so incredibly well done. Silky texture, sauce to dream about, a dish to return for. Lobster tail was delightful in every way, perfectly lying atop its shell. Scalloped potatoes were a huge hit at the table, two servings for the 4 men was excessive, but one wasn't nearly enough. All of the steaks were percent cooked to each order. The garlic butter was a favorite add on, and added a lovely hint of garlic to each of the plates. First time experience at Morton's Steak House. Went for our wedding anniversary, and they did not disappoint! I had the salmon, glazed with whisper-pig maple, served with sweet potato and roasted cauliflower. Omgoodness!! Amazing! Their chopped house salad could be a meal in itself, much like a Cobb salad. I had two different dinners at Mortons though I think I just uploaded the photos from the first dinner. I ordered the 8 oz filet mignon with the au poivre sauce, and it was really good. My dining companion and I ordered the gruyere au gratin potatoes and the ahi appetizer to share. The potatoes were really good but I felt like it was more cheese than potato. The steak was cooked perfectly and really good. The second night, I got the chopped salad and the french onion soup. They were both really good. French onion soup was especially rich and cheesy. Service was great both nights. This is a very nice location and I felt like all the staff and servers were great. It's a bit dark and maybe a little romantic in ambiance. There were a few snafus, like my friend's soup being served room temperature, but overall a very nice experience. I think this is a good spot to have a fancier dinner in the area. read more

Came here for a group dinner. The staff was fantastic from the valet, hostess and servers. The valet shared with me that it was complimentary since I have a handicapped placard, which was fantastic. Summer House Cocktail: 9/10 Strong in hennessy, which I liked. Very refreshing drink. Cajun Ribeye with shrimp: 7/10 I ordered my steak medium rare, but it was pretty well done. Still good.. shrimp was better than the steak. Very well seasoned, and well cooked. King Crab Whipped Potatoes: 5/10 Texture of the potatoes a little weird to me. Disappointing Experience - Discriminatory Treatment and Inconsistent Charges at Morton's Anaheim On October 22, 2026, I visited Morton's The Steakhouse in Anaheim for a dinner event hosted by a pharmaceutical representative. The event was scheduled to begin at 6:45 PM, and I arrived approximately 10 minutes early. A staff member told me to wait, so I did. However, another attendee arrived after me for the exact same event, and the staff immediately escorted that person inside while I was still waiting. When I questioned why I was told to wait while someone who arrived later was allowed in, the staff simply responded, "The manager told us to." When I finally entered, I saw that many attendees were already inside. This felt like discrimination. Why was I singled out and treated differently from other guests attending the same event? The experience became even more frustrating when it came to wine charges and gratuity. My bill showed $19 for wine, additional fees and taxes, and a suggested 17% gratuity, bringing the total to $25.34. However, the person sitting next to me told me they had not been charged gratuity. I was also told that wine was charged in the private dining room but was complimentary at the bar. Same restaurant. Same event. Different treatment. Different charges. I cannot say why I was treated differently, but the experience left me feeling singled out and discriminated against. This is not about a few dollars. It is about fairness, respect, transparency, and equal treatment of customers. I expected much better from a restaurant with Morton's reputation. Discrimination, or even the appearance of discriminatory treatment, should never be acceptable in hospitality. Extremely disappointing. Management needs to address these inconsistent practices and ensure that every guest is treated fairly and respectfully. read more

We got a seated at a cutely decorated table and were serviced by Winter For dinner we ordered bone in and center cut ribeyes with truffled creamed corn, smoked gouda and bacon au gratin potatoes, and charred broccolini. Went to Morton's with my girlfriend and her meetup group, total of 9 of us. It was an early Valentines day dinner with 5PM reservations. Probably not the best choice of days. Morton's was packed, every table full and people in the lobby and front waiting for their chance to sit down. I suspect that lead to the slow service from the kitchen. We ordered drinks, enjoyed the bread, and our server took our dinner orders. Once we ordered dinner our appetizers and salads came out fairly soon. But the main courses were very slow. The food tasted good and the steaks were prepared to order. The portions were generous, especially the baked potato that my girlfriend and I shared, it was huge, seriously the biggest potato I have ever seen. Most of us finished with desserts. The creme brulee was fantastic. Unfortunately the 3 hours validation for our self parking was going to time out so I had to get the car before the server had picked up our check. BTW, pro tip, get gift cards from Sam's club or Costco before you visit, $100 value gift cards are usually $80, save yourself 20% by planning ahead. Morton's can be pricey, my girlfriend and I had dinner, starters, 2 sodas, and split the baked potato. Our total came to $270 before tip. So gift cards saved us $40 which is almost like getting dinner on sale imo. We will return, but probably not on a holiday. Amazing .... I choose this restaurant after viewing their menu and they supported breast cancer. So I went in and there was one seat at the bar! I set next to a lady and she was a breast survivor. 1 Star This was one of the strangest restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. I'm staying at the Hilton nearby on vacation and walked over to Morton's to order a burger to go. I was dressed casually in shorts, a T-shirt, and Crocs because, well, I'm on vacation near Disneyland. When I arrived, I told the hostess I'd like to order a burger to go. She directed me to an empty bar, where I waited about 7-8 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When someone finally came over, I asked to order the burger to go. The burger is listed online and can be ordered through their online ordering system, so I didn't think it would be an issue. Instead, I was told I couldn't order it to go because it was a bar item. I said that was fine and I'd happily sit at the bar and eat it there if necessary. Then it turned into a discussion about getting manager approval and became this awkward, uncomfortable ordeal over a simple burger order. As a chef who has worked in hospitality for years, including at high-end restaurants like Merriman's and Keoki's Paradise in Kauai, I've never experienced anything quite like this. I wasn't asking for special treatment, a discount, or anything complicated. I just wanted to order a burger. What makes it even stranger is that I later pulled up the online ordering system and could have ordered the exact same burger for pickup without speaking to anyone. The online price was actually lower than what I ultimately paid in person. Despite being frustrated, I still left a tip. The burger itself was decent, but that's not really the point. The entire interaction made me feel unwelcome, judged, and like I was somehow inconveniencing the staff simply by trying to place an order. From the moment you walk in, the darker ambience creates a cozy, intimate vibe--definitely the kind of place that feels right for a date night, a special celebration, or even a treat-yourself evening. It's elegant without being stuffy, and the service was attentive and kind throughout our visit. Valet parking is $10, which you can add to your bill or pay in cash at the end. I chose to put it on my card, which worked fine, but it did mean I missed out on tipping the valet directly something to keep in mind. Normally, I'm a two-cocktail person, but this time I tried just one: the Lavender Cosmo. It was smooth, balanced, and visually pretty, but nothing that really wowed me. If I go back, I'll stick with my tried-and-true choice, the Lemon Drop. That said, the cocktail menu is well thought out, and I appreciated the variety. Any restaurant that starts you off with complimentary bread gets instant points from me. Morton's serves an Egg & Onion Loaf, and it was warm, soft, and baked perfectly with just the right amount of onion flavor. My only wish? That they pre-cut it in the back, because cutting bread with a steak knife at the table isn't the smoothest experience. If you try one starter here, make it the Jumbo Crab Cake. The crab cake itself was tender and flavorful, but the sauce stole the show--it was tangy, buttery, and tied the whole dish together beautifully. Even the little side salad complemented it perfectly. I went with the 14 oz. Dry-Aged Ribeye. The steak was cooked just right juicy and tender, but I found the flavor a little flat. It had that pure "cooked meat" taste, which isn't bad at all, just not as bold or seasoned as I expected from Morton's. Sautéed Brussels Sprouts with Bacon & Shallots: These weren't for me. The texture reminded me of boiled cabbage, with a few tough bits that weren't enjoyable. I've realized I'm firmly a "crispy Brussels sprouts" fan. Smoked Gouda & Bacon Au Gratin Potatoes now these were the opposite--rich, decadent, and absolutely delicious. The portion was huge (easily feeds four), and the creamy Gouda and smoky bacon made it hard to stop eating. We ended with the Morton's Hot Chocolate Cake. It's very rich, almost overwhelming if you're not a big chocolate lover. My friend adored it and said it satisfied her sweet tooth instantly. For me, it was a bit much, but I did enjoy the vanilla ice cream paired with the warm cake. Service was gracious, the atmosphere was romantic, and the food had its highs and lows. We were able to try their holiday special Japanese A5 Wagyu, and it was absolutely phenomenal and lived up to every bit of the hype. My review is based on this experience, how the restaurant handled the aftermath and a second experience later on. There is self parking nearby but for the price you might as well do their valet and it's more convenient. They do have about 2 handicap spots on the front. We usually have reservations when we visit. The are always very friendly at check in and it takes only a few mins max 10 to get seated after checking in. They have an upscale ambiance that is family friendly, but they have very little noise. If your kids cannot stay still, please refrain to bring them. Given the proximity to Disney this location is more relaxed with their dress code and rules than other Morton's locations. The food is always delicious here! The wedge salad at this location has hard boiled eggs which other locations may not. We like to share a salad and they will split it for you with no extra charge which is great!I personally really enjoyed the Cajun style steak it was delicious! It is not too spicy but it has more flavour to it than the traditional steaks. I love their special chocolate cake but it is a big shareable portion! For the sides, I feel like the loaded baked potato is underrated. It is a huge portion that idk where they find these giant potatoes and it is delicious. Their drinks are good, they are a good size for the price and they for sure don't skimp on the alcohol. They have a large wine menu but also offer $35 corkage fee if you BYO. On Christmas Day we decided to come here with my parents visiting from abroad and my bfs mom. There was a table that was completely out of control and disrupting all the guests around them. I think the restaurant could've handled it better by asking them all to leave, but that wasn't the case and I'm sure it's hard to train for such a situation. The restaurant did reach out later and apologized for the experience. Because of this event, I had to sed back a steak that was well done vs the medium rare I requested and the left overs of my bfs mom were lost in the moment. The second tomahawk they brought was perfectly cooked and I really enjoyed it. The second time we visited, it was a completely different experience with outstanding service and perfectly cooked meat. Came here for a birthday dinner. Since we made reservations, there was virtually no wait and we were seated and ordered our food within 20 minutes. Our food arrived around 40 minutes later. The onion bread for the table was very good as well as our other appetizers, very tasty and filling so we tried to make sure we saved some of our appetite for what we ordered for dinner. My main course was the steak and it came out a little pinker that I would have liked (I had ordered medium well) but all the sides that we got made up for the slight error. I can't say enough great things about this restaurant. Service and food are spot on consistently, which is very difficult to achieve without exceptional leadership. When at our table our food server was very helpful. We order the tomhawk steak medium rare and it was amazing, way too much food. We started off with the wedge salad and lobster bisque soup. First thing. The waiter. He was not the friendliest person. I asked him if the wedge salad would feed 2 as an opener. He straight up said no. It is only enough for one person. We ordered 2, I got the 2 wedge salads and it was enough for 4 people. Second I ordered an adult beverage and an iced tea. Then we ordered our main dish. I ordered off the menu a porterhouse steak. Medium rare. Came out medium well and it was like a Safeway steak mediocre and completely overpriced for $139.00 Wife got the NY medium and that came out rare. Completely red. I go to a steakhouse every Friday night an expect a decent steak. I had a better steak at sizzlers. I will never eat at this place again. Completely ruined my night. Was in Anaheim over the weekend for graduation festivities . We had some personal time on Sunday and decided to have dinner here. This was also our first time dinning at a Morton's ... been to Peter Lugers , HY's ( Ohau ) . I ordered the Tomahawk ribeye and some sides. I was in disbelief when they brought out our meat, which looked more like a beef rib and rather than a ribeye Tomahawk . After tasting its mouth feel was that of a plain beef rib to me. We visited this steakhouse yesterday, excited to enjoy a meal with our family. When we arrived, we asked for a table and were told for how many people we said 2 along with the toddler then we were told only available seating was in the bar area. However, the restaurant was not very busy, and we could clearly see several other tables open throughout the dining room we told them we could wait or that what about the open tables outside or inside the booths. Since we had our toddler with us, seating in the bar area was not an appropriate option. While we were waiting, the host called over the manager. When he arrived, he looked us up and down several times and seemed to be judging us before even speaking to us take in mind my family only speaks spanish. He then repeated that the only available tables were high-top tables in the bar area, despite the fact that there were multiple open tables elsewhere in the restaurant. What made the experience especially uncomfortable was the way the manager kept staring at both us and our toddler. His attitude came across as rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. Rather than trying to accommodate our family, we felt like we were being treated as though we didn't belong there. The entire interaction left us feeling judged and disrespected. We left very disappointed. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of how they look or who they come in with. read more

I have dined here in several locations, in multiple states, including the original in downtown Chicago and Morton never disappoints. This one in Anaheim is all around excellent. Seated with a large party of 15. We started with a tray of mini crab cakes, mozzarella tomatoes and creamed spinach appetizers. So good. I ordered the 8oz filet mignon with grilled shrimp. Cooked to perfection. There were shared sides of mashed potatoes, asparagus and sautéed mushrooms. Very tasty, everything. We closed out with a ridiculously delicious dessert platter with crème brûlée, espresso mouse, key lime pie and berry parfait. WOW. I sampled them all, really good.
