The noodles are well prepared and the texture is perfect, but they were served luke warm and with only Tabasco sauce on the table. Also, my friended order the shrimp boil over rice and found the potatoes undercooked. This place is worth the money and with a few adjustments on seasoning, remembering that blackened shrimp or any food has a chard appearance to it and does not come to the table as fried food. The dish came out in about 15 to 20 minutes - plenty of time to chat with my colleagues. The fish came out sizzling - perfect scoop of fluffy, moist, cilantro jasmine rice, and several sticks of broccolini. The fish was fresh, good size portion for lunch - might be a bit light for dinner. Everyone else on my side of the table (and as far down as I could see the rest of my table) also enjoyed their entrees. Service was attentive - drinks were promptly refilled - plates were cleared.
