I believe they have two pool tables and four or so dart boards. The pool is always popular, but the darts are almost always available the few times I've visited. The food and drink prices were pretty reasonable. Food quality is pretty average for bar food. You know how it is. Nothing of the extreme spectrum of gross or amazing, just right in the middle. I have a receipt from three years ago because I wanted to remember certain drinks that was ordered. Well... The Irish car bombs for instance has not increased in price: $7.50. I can't believe some of their prices haven't changed in years. But their drink selection has all sort of types and prices. I used to frequent the Peachtree Corners location, but that location has since closed down. This newer location is pretty spacious inside.

The parking was ample and the overall ease of getting to the restaurant was simple. Upon walking in, the ambiance is very inviting and the space is hugeeeeee. Though it's a sports tavern, it's not super crowded and the tables are perfectly placed to allow you to enjoy those who are with. Our waitress was super nice and was able to keep her cool as well as our orders straight as there were 6 tables worth of us. Yeah, we kind of took over the whole middle section. LoL!! As the menu is very straight forward, it has something for everyone. As I didn't want to eat too heavy, I decided to get the Grilled Cheese (add bacon) with fries along with a Sweet Tea. After placing my order, the waitress said it would be a few minutes and promptly delivered my sweet tea. Babeeeeeeeee. The sweet tea at Mazzy's is the bombbbbbbbbb. Next time I'm asking for a pitcher. Ha! When my food arrived, it was hot, smelled amazing, and was visually pleasing. The bacon was crispy and sat well in the gooey cheese. The bread was perfectly toasted to golden perfection and the cheese was not skimp. Whoever made this grilled cheese understood the cheese to bread to bacon ratio requirements. The fries were perfectly fried as well and flavorful. They paired well with the sandwich as the salt levels weren't too high. Sis enjoyed her birthday. I enjoyed the food, sweet tea, and service, and best of all. I will be returning. Thank you Mazzy's staff!!!

The service was already terrible when we were told to sit down wherever and then this guy comes out of nowhere and sits us down at a terrible spot, and keeps coming back to asks questions even when we ordered steak he came back to ask what temperature which is very odd because it's normally asked when you order THE steak. We started with cocktails. I had the Lychee Martini and my partner had the Mexican Standoff. Both were okay but seemed a little light on the liquor. For appetizers, we got the duck spring rolls and shrimp crab nachos. The duck tasted a little off, though the sauce was delicious. The nachos were just okay and could have used more crab flavor. We also ordered the buffalo wings and Parmesan truffle fries. The wings were basic, and while the fries were good, the flavor seemed slightly off. Not sure if I'd come back if I was in the area. Nothing really wowed me, but the service was great. The burgers coming out to other tables looked amazing, and maybe that is what would bring me back if I was craving one.

They had some specials posted, which I appreciate since it shows they like to try new things. Sadly, we were disappointed with the special. The food took about 20 minutes to come out, which is a little long for fast-casual when they aren't busy. We ordered the Connecticut lobster roll, the special salmon BLT, a side of lobster bisque, and fries. The salmon grilled cheese was completely inedible. Neither of us could eat it; we took one bite each and threw it away. It had way too much special sauce, making it unbearable. The fries were okay, and it was nice that they have a house dipping sauce. The lobster roll was decent and had a good amount of meat. I wish it had been a bit more buttery, but it was still okay. The lobster bisque was really good and easily my favorite item. My only minor complaint is that it lacked a splash of sherry on top, but it was still delicious overall. As someone who has spent many years on the New England coast, I know a good lobster roll. This is an okay spot to get your fix, but it ultimately gets 3 stars because that salmon grilled cheese was just that bad.
