Haven't had Red Lobster in years but was happy to see they made a comeback recently. First time recently trying this location, I ordered delivery. I got a small portion of snow crab legs - comes with butter, a side of lobster mashed potatoes, and a side of garlic pasta. Two cheddar bay biscuits came with the order. I used to love eating in for Red Lobster just for the Cheddar Bay biscuits, but we've been making them for years at home now. They are definitely better fresh either way, whether at home or right to the table at the restaurant. The two that came with the order were not as buttery as I'm used to but decent. That will probably be the first and last time I order crab legs for takeout that are not part of a seafood boil. They were not bad but I feel they would've been more seasoned and tender in a boil. This was the first time I ever ordered crab legs for takeout so lesson learned. The garlic pasta was definitely underwhelming. It was giving jarred sauce, even though I'm sure it probably was not. I still use jar sauce at home, on occasion, so I'm not knocking it, but I was expecting a little more flavor than I got. I wouldn't get it as a side again - just a little bland for my taste. The lobster mash was good for a side, seasoned just right and with a decent amount of lobster meat. I would get that as a side again. Overall, it wasn't a bad meal. I had so much fun here on my lunch break. They offer daily deals. Wednesday is Surf and Turf with one side. Granted I hadn't came in years! I started with a quick margarita which was on point. My bartender was so sweet. And the biscuits were still on point. I ordered the steak medium and that LOBSTER TAIL with drawn butter and garlic shrimp on the side. So . With Broccoli on the side. Great Comeback from Red Lobster!!!! We visited a 2nd time and Ordered (3) Grilled Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon Dinners and were thoroughly pleased! That's where the quality shines! I think I'll order from them again but probably on Uber Eats. I can see Red Lobster as being my fix for affordable seafood that's convenient and super easy to order! When I first came to the U.S., Red Lobster felt like a fairly upscale chain restaurant, well known for its premium seafood dishes. I still clearly remember my parents taking me there years ago to try their lobster combo--it left a lasting impression on me. In recent years, especially after the pandemic, I've heard from friends that many Red Lobster locations have closed. This time, thanks to an NBA50 delivery coupon, I finally had the chance to revisit Red Lobster through takeout and tried their Ultimate Tri Shrimp combo, which lets you choose three different shrimp preparations. I personally really enjoyed the shrimp pasta--the rich, creamy white sauce paired perfectly with the pasta and was very satisfying. The Garlic Shrimp Scampi was full of garlicky flavor and tasted great as well. The Walt's Favorite Shrimp, served as crispy fried shrimp with cocktail sauce, was refreshing and delicious. It's a Sunday late afternoon and there's hardly anyone here.... 3ppl at the hostess stand one acknowledges us, one gets menus and utensils and mumbles follow me, and the other ignores us. Once seated after about 10 minutes a young man after giving the only other table in this dining their food says he'll be right with us. 5 minutes later a different young guy appeared to be our server. He could've used more training but he was tolerable. The bartender did excellent on our drinks! Because the place was basically empty it was eerily quiet which gave off a weird vibe but it was super clean. My friend had the shrimp special for $15.99 (normally $23 on the menu) she cleaned her plate so I'm thinking she enjoyed it! I had the Admiral feast with house salad (addl 1.99 use to be a choice) and baked potato. Something about a Red Lobster baked potato bc they are consistently the smallest baked potatoes of any restaurant BUT they are flavorful because of the salt crust. My flounder and shrimp were perfect, the bay scallops slightly over cooked and chewy but the clams were decimated and not edible. Of course, the cheddar biscuits were hot fluffy and scrumptious. Our family came in for dinner on Saturday. It was not busy at all. The restaurant was at about 60% capacity around 6:30pm. As mentioned at other reviews, the service was not up to par at all. Food was actually not too bad. Seasoning was ok, except for the salad which was kinda stale. The server didn't bring us any utensils when appetizers came out. Our server simply disappeared. We had to wave down a random server walking by to get some utensils. Drink came in a broken glass, which was crazy. Since our server was missing in action, so we just sucked it up and drank through the straw. And apple juice with our kid menu never came. Again, our server just dropped off food and disappeared. We visited the Red Lobster Duluth location 12/21/25 around 11:30 for my son's birthday, we were the only customers there. When we arrived 2 employees were standing outside in front of the building on their phones. Upon entering we did get seated immediately. After about 5 minutes our server came to take our drink order. Food comes out about 15 minutes later... Scallops were dripping with grease and very rubbery as well as the clam strips. They were both inedible. We sat with empty cups for almost the entirety of our meals. The server never came to check on us until my husband asked for a refill. She brings the refill for 2 of us and the other 2 never got a refill on their drink nor did she remove the empty glasses. After that we never saw her again and had to ask a random server to find our waitress to get our check. We still waited about 5 minutes for her to come... very, very disappointed in the customer service and food. Probably was our last time eating at Red Lobster and we'll take our $150 somewhere else. Be prepared also if you want a salad as a side (which used to be a side option), it's now $1.99 extra which I think is ridiculous. Maybe you shouldn't have 4-5 employees standing at the hostess booth laughing and having long conversations when you have customers that you should be attending to. Also, where was the manager? Had a great experience dining here with my mom and sister. The service was fantastic - from the time we walked in, the host was extremely welcoming and our table waitress was very friendly and accommodating. The food came out fairly quickly after ordering and everything was hot and fresh! The cheddar bay biscuits (not pictured) were on point and I had to force myself not to over indulge! I ordered the lobster pizza as my meal and I found it to be slightly over done, just an inch away from being too over done to enjoy. Social distancing and face masks are required. I dined in with my husband today, since he went and got his Covid-19 shot down the street at Gwinnett Mall. I can't remember our waiter's name, and I looked on the receipt and it's not on there. But anyway we had lobster artichoke dip for our appetizer, Caesar salad and I had a virgin Pina colada and my Husband had a draft beet. Once the waiter brought the appetizer, drinks, and cheese biscuits, we ordered our entree. I ordered the create your own. I had waltz shrimp, fish, and broccoli. My husband ordered the seafood trio. After a couple of biscuits, I wasn't that hungry and neither was my husband. The waiter brought us our food and we packed it up for home. We have 2 full entrees that wasn't touched to go. :-) I had a really nice time here, since I haven't dined at Red Lobster in a long time. I came to this location on 11/14/25 btwn 11:45-12:45 for lunch and I order the lunch special of shrimp linguine. They were out of dressing and only had ranch Cesar and citrus lime. I didn't want that on my house salad but said I'll try the lime then I asked for extra Alfredo sauce bcuz the last 2 times I ordered my pasta was dry. The bartender server said they have to charge me $3 for the Alfredo sauce and that has never been the case so I'm assuming the black guy in the red shirt was the manager he turned around and said $3 with an attitude so I told them to cancel my order and he repeated she said cancel it and I left. The server was explaining the process and I get it but the customer displayed was very unprofessional. Since you guys didn't have the mango dressing or out of the other dressings some accommodations could have been made or asked how you can make the pasta with enough sauce. You could have had a returning customer but the way that black man responded I will never return to any red lobsters. This review is purely for the Endless Shrimp experience that they've brought back. It's $22 and you can order as many of the 5 entrees as you like. The waiter was really nice and food came out in reasonable time during dinner. Purely food based review: Walt's favorite shrimp - Not a whole lot but I'd personally get a couple portions of this. Nice, fried shrimp served with cocktail sauce. Shrimp scampi - no noodles, just shrimp dunked in garlic butter. A bit too oily. Shrimp bacon scampi - Same concept except with bacon bits Shrimp pasta - Good portion of noodles, not a lot of shrimp, good to only get one order of. Argentina Red Shrimp - Took long to arrive but pretty tasty grilled shrimp over a bed of rice. Chocolate Wave - Not part of the deal but we got a dessert and it was so good with the vanilla ice cream. Overall if you're a shrimp lover go for it but don't expect consistent quality. read more

Me and a group of friends (about 16-18 of us) decided to come here for a friend's birthday celebration. One of us made a reservation so it was all settled by the time we got there. My drink was super sweet while my bf's extremely citrus. I think I liked mine better. I ordered the RL Signature Creamy Lobster Alfredo ($24.99) it was extremely creamy and the lobster was super tender. It also had chopped cherry tomatoes which gave it a touch, but it just wasn't impressive. The sauce wasn't that tasty at all. It also came with a Caesar Salad which was pretty fresh. The service... I think she was struggling. Yes, I know we were a big group but most of the times we all try not to be a pain. Even on a slow night we had to keep calling her for drinks and biscuits refills. Service was absolutely amazing the best service we have had in a very long time. The food was terrible my husband's ultimate feast lobster was so rubbery he couldn't even take a bite. My surf and turf Maine Lobster and 8 oz sirloin was not the best. Went to the Duluth restaurant last night with my children and had a really odd experience with our server. When I ordered a fish dinner off the menu she delivered a sandwich. When I explained that I ordered the dinner she returned with a menu to get me to prove to her that is was an actual dinner menu item. After she realized it was her error she went to her manager instead of getting me what I ordered. She came back and said the manager said it is the same fish on the sandwich so i could just take it off the bun and eat it like a dinner. Totally flabbergasted I had no reply. Since it had taken about 30 minutes for her to decide I would eat what she gave me rather than what I ordered, I just ate it so we could just leave. What ever happened to actually being kind to your customers? No wonder this restaurant chain is not doing well if they treat people like this regularly. So sad, I will have to go elsewhere with my kids from now on I guess. read more

No desire to ever go back. I spent the weekend in NY celebrating my nephews 30th birthday and when we got back in town he wanted Red Lobster. We ordered three of the lobster feast specials that were $36 each. The food was less than appetizing. First of all, they ran out of Dungeness crabs and didn't tell me until I asked why I had snow crabs. Then the snow crabs they gave me for a replacement were two legs with a dirty body. Look at the picture. This is exactly what they gave me. I voiced my concern with the manager and all had said he could do is take $2 off. What an insult. We had read some bad reviews about this restaurant, but decided to take a chance as it's my husband's favorite restaurant and it was his birthday. We had an excellent experience. My boyfriend and I came here for dinner because we wants some seafood. It was a Wednesday night, and it wasn't busy. We started off with the complementary bread that is so amazing! And the dip. It didn't disappoint and was really good. I ordered the power bowl with the salmon and oh boy I'm coming back for another! Super delicious and healthy and full of flavors! My boyfriend ordered the ultimate feast and he enjoyed every bit of it! One thing he didn't like was the Mac and cheese. It was very bland. But we had a good time and a good dinner. When I arrived there were about 6 employees just standing around doing nothing, one was on her phone. When I inquired about my to go order , she said that someone will be with you after "this guy". There was a guy sitting on the bench , and based off of his face he had been sitting there forever waiting on his food. The whole purpose of a to go order is so you don't have to wait , which is why you do it in advance. I even came 15 minutes AFTER my scheduled pick up time and my food STILL was not ready. The restaurant also closes at 11 so I would assume they would have a little more sense of urgency so that they can get all the guests out. About 15 minutes later, I was helped. I paid for my food and left and of course when I got home , I was even more disappointed. I should have checked my food there based off the attitude I was given but I was more than ready to go once I did get my food My order was incorrect. I ordered the endless shrimp which came with your choice of 4 different shrimp options. I ordered the honey shrimp, the hot shrimp, shrimp scampi and the teriyaki shrimp. Instead, I got two orders of honey shrimp, no hot shrimp , no teriyaki shrimp, shrimp scampi and 4 orders of shrimp skewers. I also ordered 2 sides of broccoli but got broccoli and rice instead . It seems to me that they just threw together whatever they had left at the end of the night and then gave me extra food thinking that would make up for the fact that I was missing stuff. The food was good but the server we got had an attitude. My mom doesn't speak English so when we were getting ready to leave she didn't know about leaving tip on card and she didn't carry cash. I was going to go to my car to get the cash to tip her. My mom stayed inside to pay while I went to my car to get cash first her tip. The server kept telling my mom to leave tip but my mom only speaks Spanish so she didn't understand her. The server then came out to OUR car to demand a tip. I only gave her $5 cause her service was trash. Through this whole time I had my 10 month old with me so I was all over the place. I would highly recommend that you do not order from this place via Uber eats or any other food delivery service. The presentation I received was horrible. I got a side salad and a half order of cheddar Bay biscuits. The salad itself looked like it was just a small handful of salad from a grocery store salad kit that was about to expire. It did not look fresh. They threw it in a small container and put the additions, such as the cheese, croutons and sauce on top of the salad to try and hide the fact that it was not full. When I got my cheddar Bay biscuits, they had been sitting for a while-the bag was soggy. The biscuits were not hot- didn't even feel like they had been warmed for hours, and one biscuit was missing as if someone ate it, or just did not include it in my order. There were no utensils provided in the bag which was a grocery bag tied up and twisted. Ghetto! I have only visited this place a couple times in the past and I wasn't impressed when I went inside the restaurant. I wanted to try the Uber delivery service as an option because it has been sometime and I thought my selection would be pretty simple to execute. This was not the case. This is not a restaurant you should spend money at. Presentation is sloppy and they are more concerned with getting a payment from you, than they are with providing quality service. My first and second visit here was "meh" but I came here with my family and treated them out to dinner. They were having their bottomless shrimp for $15.99 per person. We decided to try it, so we went yesterday (11/02/18, Thursday). The bottomless shrimps on Monday are priced at $15 per person. If one person in your table gets the bottomless shrimp deal, then just know that everyone in your table must get the same deal. That's just their rule. Sharing is not allowed unless you and your party members get the same deal. Just makes sense. Our server, Joshua D. was a awesome server! He came and took our orders. He was friendly and attentive as well! Every server there should be like him! For my first round, I got the new! sesame-ginger grilled shrimp (came out with wild herb rice) and garlic shrimp scampi. For my side salad I got a house salad with no dressing and French fries on the side. (Josh served us our cheese bread, then began to take our drink orders. He came back a moment later and took our food orders.) The garlic shrimp scampi was worth getting! I didn't like the new! ginger-sesame grilled shrimp, because it was served cold! It was also too sweet! My second round of shrimp, I got the garlic shrimp scampi, again. I noticed that the cooks in the kitchen had made the shrimp really salty! It was as if they wanted me to get full faster! I tried really hard not to drink any water.. but that was impossible! I had to drink my water, because of the sodium in-take.
