My husband and I did a takeout order with Carrabbas this evening. We were very disappointed in the portions of the food. We love Italian food and always have enough left over for a meal the next day with the other Italian Restaurants. Not with this meal! My husband ordered their ten ounce steak. I looked at the steak knowing it was not a 10 oz steak. I put it on my food scale. It weighed in at a whopping 6.7oz. No way this steak shrunk down this much. Asparagus was limp and stringy. Stuffed mushrooms were pathetic and were the size of a quarter in circumference. Carrabbas food is expensive. Too expensive to treat their customers this way. My order was Chicken Ryan. The chicken was small and dry. Asparagus stringy and limp. If you're hungry don't order at Carrabbas. They are stingy with their portions. Something is wrong with this picture. They are watching the amount of food they are serving to cut costs. It leaves one to wonder, are they going out of business? This was their takeout service. Maybe they do better inside with their portions. I figure they do better inside because the server has to see the customers face when they put the food in front of them. We will not be using Carrabbas again. read more

Ordered chicken piccata gluten free with rice and chicken Parmesan meals. And was very disappointed! Chicken piccata was a tiny serving and is NOT worth the $28. More like $10 or less with the portions they gave. Had way more rice than main meal. Awful ! Chicken Parmesan was a better serving. Taste was good but shame on this place Paid $60 and still was hungry Should have better control will NOT go back. read more

I treated my sister to a birthday lunch and we had a lovely time. Our server was absolutely fantastic! We started with the calamari appetizer which was light and crispy. which was perfect because the bread and olive oil herb dipping sauce was addictive. Both the caesar and Italian salads were very fresh. Surprisingly the Sicilian chicken soup hit all the notes, light but flavorful. The shrimp scampi and meatball with ricotta were both well prepared, more yumminess! We finished with the New York cheesecake which was everything you would expect, creamy, rich and delicious!! read more

We do recommend! This one is right off I85 next to Chick-fi. So pretty inside with the tables pre-set. Cute waiting area & hosts were friendly. We were seated right away by the bar. Some folks already there at 11:30 am on Saturday morning. Place filled nicely from there. Olive oil & spices available with their bread is amazing. Available at all tables, complimentary. I was sad the $9.99 salad/soup is not available on weekends. I opted for the appetizer meatballs & side of Alfredo. Both were OK. I don't love provolone or ramano cheese & it tasted like they had either or. But I'm sure for folks who like those cheeses these options would be fantastic! Stopped by for a pleasantly quick meal before Disney on ice at the arena down the street. Ambiance is nice we were greeted and sat quickly! Our Service was awesome as well our server was cool and even when I didn't like my soup he replaced it with a salad with no problems. The environment was lovely for the most part, our server was amazing (thanks Jamie!!) and food was delicious . Only issue was a few girls at the front desk were very rude and gave attitude , and one girl rolled her eyes at me and I was very offended. I brought my little girl here to eat and for her to see that behavior was disheartening. Front desk ladies Leah and Kaleese were very sweet, the young lady named Tay however was rude and the one who rolled her eyes. Sorry if I misspelled any of the names! The food was not good at all! Carrabbas used to be a place that didn't miss but they have definitely fallen. It took my waitress 15 minutes to even acknowledge us, all of the food was bland and watered down. The chicken on the chicken piccata was 2 tiny pale pieces of mystery meat. We came here for our 19th wedding anniversary. The ambiance is very nice with wine glasses clean booths and open kitchen. Music was eclectic above our dinner.Our waiter was great answered all our questions and made suggestions to try.I got the steak with penne and zucchini and my better half got the pasta with shrimp.The steak was juicy and cooked right. The Italian salad was very good. My wife said her shrimp was wonderful as well her fettuccine. I got a 30 dollar specialty plate of Alfredo pasta with steak and shrimp. The steak was so salty it ruined the entire dish. Our server took my plate back along with my grandmas because both of our dishes with too salty. After getting new steak with light seasoning and a new lasagna dish it was still too salty. The management is completely out of control in this building. I only saw one worker actually trying to work (a server who has been working there for 20 years), the manager did not even try to talk to us about our food, and while we were leaving the cooks gave was mocking waves out the door. Which is completely unprofessional!!! Clearly everyone in this building doesn't care about this job besides our diligent server we had. Seriously if this place wants to charge 30 dollars for some pasta they need to step their game up!! ridiculous!! read more

I wanna let you know what Carrabba's did to us we called in the reservation. They took it last week then we get to the restaurant today Valentine's Day and they tell us they don't take reservation yet. They accepted our reservation a week ago. Why did they do this? It's very inconvenient and people need to know what they do. We have to sit in by 45 minutes. Tell my wife they don't take resignation when they took it and that you could do call ahead seating thanks a lot read more

NEVER AGAIN! Our catering order was a DISASTER! We ordered the Chicken Parmesan Perfect Bundle, which included sauteed broccoli, Caesar salad and cannelloni. We also ordered two chafing dishes to keep the food warm, but they were out of them. Without the chafing dishes, our food became cold quickly. The chicken was also burned. We couldn't cut it with a sharp knife because it was so dried out. We threw out half of it. The broccoli was cold, and we did not receive our bread with the meal. The Caesar salad was fine, but the cannelloni was broken in pieces. The restaurant gave us a gift card for our inconvenience, but we really needed the food for our holiday party. They were so disorganized! Such a shame! read more

Carrrabba's has always been preferred, in my opinion, over OG, for average italian fare. Of course, if I wanted a fine dining experience, I would head towards Buckhead. I hadn't been to a location in well over 10 years, but the flavor flavor profiles remained the same, which is great to satiate the taste buds are looking for. There were no pictures this time, but we definitely enjoyed our dishes. Accompanied by the standard of warm bread with olive oil and spices. I will wait her and the service was on par for what one would expect. The standard dining arrangements include booths, tables, and a large bar as well. Went in for an early dinner around 3:30 and had a great experience. Restaurant wasn't too busy at that time which was nice and the service was excellent. Our waiter was very kind and professional. Our appetizer came out very quickly and our salads as well. The main course was very good. Only downside was the portion size of the chicken we had but, I guess that's what you get these days with the current inflation issues. This is located in Duluth, near the arena. I have been to this location no less than 6-7 times. It's usually pretty busy during peak times and the parking lot does get full, but the wait isn't usually very long. My favorite on their menu is the chicken parm. It's my favorite meal in general so I've had it many places and Carrabba's does a decent job. Good breading and perfectly cooked. Service has always been spot on. When in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again! read more

We came in for our daughter's birthday with a party of 6. We forgot to call ahead so the wait was quoted for 50 minutes but we only ended up taking 37. Our server greeted us promptly and got our drink orders. She did a great job taking care of us. Their Caesar salads are amazing. One of the best I've ever had and one I always look forward to having here. The warm bread with the olive oil and seasonings is also amazing. Our entrees were delicious. I had the spiedino with shrimp only. So good. And their garlic mashed potatoes were also really good. Everyone said their meal was really tasty. For a chain selling Italian.. it's not bad.. some of the chicken was kinda salty but the other dishes were pretty good We especially liked the pink sauce and the marinara sauce for the appetizer as well as the free bread and the oil were good too I would come back The server was nice too and the other servers that helped with water and bread service were all attentive and nice We went during lunch and wasn't that busy The parking was not bad They currently do have construction near by but the roads not bad and not to hard to get in and out of My ratings explained 1 - more like 0...Do not go 2 - below average 3 - Average and would prob go again 4 - Really good but can use a few tweaks 5 - GREAT!
