This place was busy, we arrived around 6:15, with lots a large parties ahead of us. Everyone including my part of six were seated promptly. Our waiter was so attentive. He kept bringing out the garlic rolls and salads. We could have made a meal with that. I ordered the veal Diana. Everyone loved their entrees. It was a nice family vibe. Lots of big groups, but the place ran smoothly. Good food, great service equals a return visit in the near future.

This was good, but way too cheesy. The salad was only ok. I'd return and order something else. They do very good for your birthday!!! and

I apologize... I did not take any pictures of the food. In all honesty, there are already plenty of pictures on the current reviews. My pictures wouldn't have added anything special. I'm going to talk about three things: the salad, the bread, and the zita al mondo. First: Zita al Mondo. I had this dish and it was delicious. I wish it had a bit more meat- that's my personal preference, but the dish was great as it was. I ordered an extra meatball and they asked whether I wanted in within the dish or in the side. I told them as long as they brought me a meatball, we'd be good. I even said they could bring it on a stick. Honestly, i was expecting one of those really large, fist-sized meatballs, but it was normal. The meatball itself wasn't particularly special either. The dish was filled with tube pasta, drowned in sauce, and I found some sausage here and there, but if you want some meat in your food- this isn't the dish for you. The best part was the mozzarella topping that was just perfectly caramelized on top and it covered everything. Next: salad. The salad was pretty good- iceberg lettuce, onions, pickled beets (most of us avoided those), garbanzo beans, red lettuce, sliced cucumbers, wedges of tomato, some shredded mozzarella, and a simple olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing with lemon juice and some Italian seasoning. The lettuce looked limp, but retained its crunchiness. Everything tasted fresh and they all complimented each other. Last: bread. The garlic rolls were very interesting! They came in bowls with clarified butter poured over top and pooled beneath, and with smears of grated green (Yea, I said GREEN) garlic on each roll. Personally, I added a touch of salt to them, because I like a saltier butter, but the grated garlic was really good despite being fresh! It wasn't too spicy or overwhelming. It was milder and just had the bite of garlic at the end. The roll, itself, oh my! The roll was CRISPY on the exterior and fluffy and steamy inside. These little yeast rolls were everything! I ate at least 12 of them on my own! SO GOOD! The restaurant was beginning to get packed by the time we were leaving at 6:00 PM, but even then the noise level was very low. They had music playing, but at a nice low volume that didn't make it so anyone needed to speak up. The waitresses and such did a great job of checking in with us and bringing more rolls and salad and refilling our drinks. They were also friendly and patient. Would Income back? Yes! Great restaurant! Classy without being snobbish, inviting, relaxing, tasty dishes, and the bread- oh the bread! Give Provino's a shot if you haven't been. They're great!

We came by for dinner on a Monday night so it was pretty empty and we got seated immediately. My son was given crayons and a coloring sheet to distract himself. Once we ordered our food, garlic rolls and salad was immediately brought out and replenished as we finished them. Our entrees came not too long after. They also give you the option to order just marinara sauce or meat sauce with your pasta. I ordered the eggplant parmigiana with meat sauce. I can't remember what my husband ordered, but it was a meaty pasta dish. Both came out steaming hot, very cheesy, and with plenty of sauce. It took a little bit for it to cool down enough that I could eat it, but I enjoyed eating the garlic rolls and dipping it in my pasta sauce while I waited for it to cool down since there was enough sauce in my dish. It was delicious. My dish had multiple layers of eggplant, and my husband's dish had plenty of meat in it. Both were really good. I also liked that our server checked on us regularly and offered more rolls throughout our meal as well. I think she could tell that I was really enjoying eating the rolls. It was a great, quiet meal that we got to enjoy on a random night out with our son. I'd definitely encourage coming to Provino's for a good Italian dinner on weekday if youre looking for a peaceful and good meal!

This is my go to Italian restaurant in Snellville. This place is located in the corner of Hwy 78 & Hwy 124-Scenic Hwy. This place has been around for ages. The atmosphere is very pieceful like being in small cafe in Italy. There are small rooms separating the customers. Our wonderful server, Emma goes above in beyond. She is very patient and attentive to all our customers. The Salad and Garlic are always brought right away. The Garlic is awesome. My wife had the Shrimp and Scallop pasta. Superb! I always order my lovers Pasta which comes with Sausage, Meatball and Mushrooms. Can't go wrong with this order! If you're on your way to UGA, and going by Hwy 78, stop by since this on your way. You too would love this place.

After hearing many good reviews, I've decided to come here for dinner. I went on a Friday night, and was surprisingly not busy. So once immediately sat, I got my drinks shortly. I ordered the angel hair dalvina which is angel hair pasta with spinach, artichokes, and tomatoes. I was given salad and some garlic rolls which were pretty good and fresh. The pasta was also flavorful and really good. I've never had artichoke like that before either and was a great experience to try it. I would highly recommend this place for the great food and service they provide!

The service and staff here are awesome! Coming here on a Friday night with no reservation, me and my kids were seated in 10 mins tops. The garlic bread and the salad was sooooooooo delicious omg omg I will never eat basic garlic bread ever again!! The pasta was fresh and delicious! My kids enjoyed their dishes and we will be coming back to visit more often! Ambiance is intimate but not too quiet!

Now I understand why their dessert selections were mini indulgences instead of a full dessert entree. For this visit the table ordered crab and shrimp, stuffed mushrooms as well as their avocado toast for appetizers. Each appetizer was so very tasty but I was very impressed by the stuffed mushrooms. They were delicious. The other people in my party, ordered fish dishes, and I ordered the steak and lobster. We all throughly enjoyed our entrees. Everyone ordered one mini indulgence: oatmeal cookie cream, turtle cheesecake and the key lime pie. Those mini indulgences are so good I wish it was a full entree dessert. We will definitely put this restaurant on our date night rotation.

The night before our trip, I made the mistake of reading reviews and started to feel a little skeptical, but by then, it was too late to cancel. I'm actually glad it was, because our experience turned out to be a great one. When we arrived, the grounds were absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. At check-in, we were told the last wine tour started at 5:00 p.m., and it was already 4:45. I asked if we could go the next day (Monday), and the front desk agent assured us we could, saying they were open daily from 12-6. After settling into our room, we headed to Louis' House of Bourbon. The food was decent, but the drinks were excellent. The atmosphere alone made it worth the visit. The next day, however, we found out that the wine tours and tastings were actually closed on Mondays, which was disappointing given the information we were told at check-in. Still, we didn't let that ruin our trip. We went out to a nearby steakhouse for dinner and returned to the resort for drinks at what had quickly become our favorite spot, Louis'. I have to give a special shoutout to the staff, Manny, Anya, and Cole were amazing. They were attentive, friendly, and really elevated our experience. Overall, we had a great stay and are already looking forward to coming back, especially in the summer to enjoy the pool and hot tub!

When I voiced my concerns to the front desk manager, he (Stacey Lawrence), he assured me my complaints would be taken care of. This "professional" ghosted me and lied to my credit card company that all issues were resolved. He asked me not to post reviews until the issues were handled. Im in the process of disputing the charge now. We booked a 3 bedroom villa, that, as I was told, had been recently renovated (NOT). My villa issues were: 1. They did not tell us the villa was offsite and there was never any parking when we needed to go onsite. There was 1 shuttle available to service everyone. We were always late for events. 2. The villa was not clean. We found multiple earring backs and glitter was all over the place. 3. The microwave over the range was broken so they placed tape on it and had another microwave sitting on a counter. 2. There was a very old air conditioning unit inside one of the rooms. It was to help cool the entire villa. The knobs on it were broken so it was either on (meat looker) or off (sauna). 4. I moved a trash can in a bathroom. There were cobwebs attached and spiders made a mad dash (I guess no one cleans the bathroom). 5. There were NO robes in the villa. Advertising says 2 robes per room. 6. One remote control worked all tv and the one remote had tape holding the batteries in, you could see the dirt on the tape. 7. No price list for snacks in the mini bar. I asked housekeeping for it and was told I'd have to get it from the front desk. 7. We had to make a grocery store run for paper towels and toilet tissue and water (1/2 roll was available and tissue was actual hard paper, water was Kirkland brand purified water). 8. No comp wine from the winery with no wine fridge (in a winery villa). Other area issues: 1..The website does not let you book anything for more than 2 people. I was told this by a staff member after calling and being on hold for 32 minutes. 2. I booked a spa day for 5 over the phone, when we got to the spa, I was told I was quoted the wrong pricing (I SAW pricing online AND called to book what I saw, with no issues). 3. The waiter at the Marc didn't ask us about food allergies. When we asked if there were nuts in the bread, he stated he would have to ask the chef. He came back and said the chef didn't know what was in the bread because they did not bake it onsite. 4. THERE WERE ROACHES AT THE MARC RESTAURANT (other guests took pictures of them). 5.Someone charged their breakfasts to my villa. I had to prove it was not correct by showing I had receipts for breakfasts for 5, offsite. After going over all of this (and more), no one at Chateau Elan would return my calls. I saw a LinkedIn post on Chateau's page from someone asking for a call back. I see this is the way they do business. So, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Chateau Elan DID respond to them an told them all of my issues were resolved by the time I left, which was not true. I had girlfriends that needed to get to the airport and was told I would be able to resolve my issue later. All that to say, Chateau Elan is not what they advertise to be. The food is mediocre and overpriced, the customer service is horrendous and the overall experience was definitely a thumbs down. I DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone that has really experienced luxury. They are only "luxury" in price. This is a scam. Oh, and they only grow muscadines, thats how they are able to use the word "winery". THIS IS AN OVERPRICED, OVERHYPED, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, event hall.
