Like any other Red Lobster locations, I would say the overall experience is uniform. This location was spacious with plenty of staff walking around. The only new thing I didn't notice was the 4 course menu choice for $15.99: salad, soup, entrée, dessert. The food selection from this 4 course were limited (typical) and not very tasty. See the breakdown below: Wood-grilled fresh tilapia: My friend's tilapia was small and flavorless. His rice was flavorless as well. Shrimp and scallops linguini: The pasta was undercooked and flavorless. Spicy habanero coconut shrimp bites and sweet citrus-grilled shrimp: The two shrimp choices my other friend had tasted strange. One set of shrimp was supposed to be spicy; however, it came out semi sweet. The other shrimp item had a funny glaze that made it strangely sweet. Overall, this location is similar to other locations I've visited. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and helpful. In the past, I used to wonder if Red Lobster was all hyped up or was it really good? It wasn't until I gave it a try that I became hooked. It's good foods for decent price. So far, I've enjoyed everything that we have ordered. The servers here are always so wonderful and goes out of their way for you. I'm also surprised and amazed at how big this location is. Our waiter was adequate at best. Rude, cranky and not a great waiter. Evidently he had an issue with the tip I gave him, which was 50%. He then made an indirect comment about my tip. Not cool. Yesterday I ordered dinner to go from this location. Initially the experience started out ify. They could not find my order (my fault ‍ different name on yelp) yet they fixed it soon enough to where my food was not even cold. (Mouth scalding ) as I pull into the parking lot to eat I realize that it is missing that fabulous tarter sauce I had been craving. I called back explained the problem which to me was small and was connected with the general manager?!?! He informed me profusely how sorry he was and hand delivered the sauce to my car along with a twenty dollar gift card for the inconvenience?!?? Sometimes I think red lobster gets a bad rap. I absolutely love this place, it's one of the few places you can get fried clams, because growing up on Howard Johnson's version, they remind me of my childhood. Dalaine our waitress, was one of the best service we've ever had anywhere. She was all smiles and went that extra mile. We had their pick four combo platter, and between that and my fried clams it was enough for two people. We've been here many times and the food is always consistent. Their specialty drinks are really good to. I don't know of any place that has so many great food options that I like. Not sure why I'm so ecstatic about a restaurant being able to cook broccoli, but yes, I'm happy. After a streak of bad luck with getting decent broccoli from chain restaurants, that streak is finally over! That broccoli was cooked perfectly! We also got the Lobster Lover's Dream and the Lobster, Shrimp & Salmon. Everything was cooked perfectly, and delicious. The icing on the cake was our server, who was very polite. As for the not-as-great, it could be that my tastebuds changed, or they changed the recipe, but the biscuits weren't the same. I came here today (Monday 4/19) at around 430pm. The hostess was very beautiful and seated me. I waited 15 min..... no one came to take my order. I watched all of the servers walk by, glance at me, and kept serving other tables. I was angry. So, I got up, flicked out my beautiful black dress and went up front to look for a manager. The hostess was startled, maybe she thought I was angry at her but I ensured her I wasn't. She directed me over to the manager. I forgot his name but he was very nice to me. I was honestly on my way outta the door but he guided me back to my table and told me how there were only 3 servers today and 3 others called out. I get it, but the guy who was running my section, a tall thin black guy btw, kept looking at me and said nothing. I'm angry about that. This is the 2nd place I been to where the black servers avoid the black patrons because "black people don't tip." well, even after me waiting an extra long time to be served, I got all of my food in a timely manner and the manager made sure to give me a hefty discount (even though I told him he didn't have to do that). My server got a 3 top of older white patrons and guess what? He was right over there, introducing himself n shit. see that shit? Stop stereotyping YOUR own people. The food was delicious. My server was pretty good. My Salmon had so much flavor. My broccoli was a little overcooked, but that is my only complaint. I enjoyed the 4 course meal, and was happy to take a little of the chocolate off of my desert. Because the triple chocolate brownie sundae was a lot, I substituted for caramel. We had to remind our waitress to keep the biscuits coming, but they were warm and delicious as usual, so we will be back. Overall a good experience. The lady that took care of us was nice and checks up on us once in a while. The food though was another story. We got the crab linguine and a lobster linguine. The Lobster linguine was pretty average but the crab one we just couldn't eat. It tasted like they used old crab and the taste was just not right. We have always had good service at other Red Lobster restaurants but this will be our last visit to this restaurant. The menu did not have any salads listed. Salad could be ordered with a meal. We decided to get Red Lobster because they're having a special right now. Four course meals for $15. When I called in to place my order, they told me that it would take 20-30 minutes. I'm always pleased with my visits to this Red Lobster. The best time of day to go is during lunch, they are almost never too busy. I love being able to walk right in and be seated right away. Every time I walk up to check in I'm always greeted with a smile and because I'm a regular, they are familiar with me. It's quite during lunch hours and just a little after. I usually sit alone and get some reading or work done, or I'm with company enjoying a mid-afternoon drink. The service is almost always on point as far as getting my order correct, being helpful and friendly. There was one occasion when my service was not up to par and that was because the waitress was new and still learning her way around. She was willing to learn and apologized for her mistakes. It's a Red Lobster, so if you're pretty familiar with this restaurant you're pretty familiar with their menus and what they have to offer. It was seasoned with a ginger soy & topped with jalapeños. So I decided to order the blackened salmon. Now this is red lobster not long horn. They should hook up salmon! Not the case here! I'm being generous with 1 star. Nothing like a used bar towel next to your plate. Yuck. Food was delivered - without one of my sides. Had to ask... and wait. Ordered loaded baked potato no cheese. Got cheese but no bacon. When I mentioned this, I was incorrectly and publicly "corrected" by the bartender. Had to wait until my potato was cold to receive my bacon - after a long wait, bacon was greasy af. On top of that, they actually SALTED the outside of my potato. "How does everything taste?". I love seafood and any chance I can go to Red Lobster I am taking it. We came here for our 7 anniversary and was seated immediately because it was a weekday. Don't expect to be that lucky on weekends or the all you can eat shrimp promotion. I always enjoy good food and awesome service at this location especially from the server. I order the create your ultimate feast and it was ULTIMATE. I had so much food left over I brought it for my lunch for work and also dinner that night. My server was super nice and refill my cheddar biscuit twice without asking. She also gave me a bag of biscuit for my to go. I ate so much biscuit that I was almost full before the entree came out. It was around $50 for 2 entree which is a lot cheaper than some high end restaurant which have small portion and don't taste that good. On a recent visit we were seated quickly and Felicia was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu selections. Total failure when it comes to contactless pick up. Only giving two stars because the food was edible. Ordered online for curbside pick up. When I pulled up to the location, the signs wrongly gave directions to pull up to a nonexistent tent. Then, when I found the parking spaces designated for to go orders, I called the phone number (as instructed in the email confirmation and posted on the parking space marker) to let them know which space I was parked in. The service was quite slow for a pretty empty restaurant on a Monday night, but perhaps they were understaffed. I'd still highly recommend choosing another restaurant with higher quality seafood//similar price levels, but the overall experience was more satisfying this time around! I hadn't stepped foot inside a Red Lobster since I quit working at one in college. My husband and I regretfully dined here on Sunday, 3/19/17 at 4pm. We were sat immediately as there was no wait. I got the pick 3 combo with shrimp Alfredo, walt shrimp and fried flounder. I also got a baked potato and salad. First of all the portions are ridiculously small for the amount paid. I could have done a way better job preparing my own meal at home. There weren't many people there that day due to the storm. We were greeted and immediately seated. I order the lunch pick two (clay strips and shrimp scampi) with side order of grilled Scallops while my sister ordered the Harbor Baked. All entrees came with complimentary cheese biscuits (soft and salty cheese biscuits) and choice of House or Cesar Salad. I love their biscuits, they are so soft and tasty. My plate was a bit small portioned but after all the biscuits and the salad, it was enough. Shrimp scampi was delicious, 4 or 5 shrimps in buttery garlic oil. Clam strips as I mentioned before were delicious as well. Red Lobster has great Tartar sauce. It's almost like a Cole Slaw with less veggies and more sauce. Grilled Scallops were bit over grilled but still tasty. I tried my sister's Harbor Baked and it tasted like the same sauce as the scampi sauce. However, Scallops were huge and nicely Baked. We ordered online for curb-side pick up and first my bake potato was not in foil it was pushed down in a small cup. Then my Caesar salad was a side salad however the amount that was given was smaller than a Caesar side salad at local fast food restaurants. They were out of Caesar dressing and balsamic vinaigrette there was hardly any parmesan cheese on it. The shrimp alfredo was cold and we had to go in and ask that we be given a new one. The ice cream we ordered was melted and had to get a new one and they forgot the biscuits.
