Umm yeah mediocre. I can't say anything bad or good, except don't ever order a Bloody Mary, shits weak.... hella watered down. 2 1/2 stars would suffice for the joint. read more

Lunch was good. I guess it depends on the location it can be hit or miss. Not my first choice but it was close by and quick.

We had a coupon and a gift card to use for Red Lobster so we decided to go on a date. We don't go to Red Lobster that often, but that will change based on the service we received today. The meal was pretty good, I had steak and lobster with a side of clam chowder and my wife had lobster tacos. However, the service was incredible. If you get the opportunity, ask for Marcel. He treated us as if we were royalty and he made sure our meal was delivered as expected. He was also very attentive to our needs. Great experience that will make us come back. read more

Its not all that...The lobster tail they served me was so small I thought it was a craw-fish tail... I like biscuits and the lobster pizza is ok but that's about it... My husband food is a thousand times better. Just don't expect to wowed about the food..... nothing special read more

Food was good. Service was not that great. Will be doing take outs from here from now on.

The service was quick and the food was delicious. I ordered my steak medium and it came out perfectly.

Felicia was a great waitress! Very attentive & friendly! Our food (as always) was delicious! (Even though we took half of it home ) Even got a free glass & free dessert with Felicia's help! Check it out for yourself-you won't be disappointed! read more

Salad was drenched in dressing. Lobster and pasta were tasteless. Very disappointed in this red lobster location.

During my experience I noticed that my family members mango smoothie was super sweet and it was not fresh. It was made of mango syrup. Also his bread on his burger had a lot of oil on it. But besides that when I ordered the new Orlans dish the salmon, shrimp, broccoli, and French fries were all good. read more

Our server Felicia was amazing. I love her service, I'm definitely coming back!! She is an amazing server and she's super nice too.

Came here for lunch with a friend. It wasn't crowded and I could see plenty of waiters standing around but for some reason the service from our waitress was super slow. It's pretty well known that everyone comes to Red Lobster for the cheddar biscuits and I'm used to waiters bringing that out immediately but we had to ask. I was watching the other waiters work quickly and bring things out to other customers in a timely manner. There was a "celebrity" sitting behind us so that may have played a part in our service. ((I use the term celebrity loosely)) I ordered 3 blackened fish tacos with a side salad for $9. The menu says it comes with rice but my waitress asked what side I wanted and said I could choose a side salad. My tacos didn't come with rice. Oh well. No big deal. The fish tacos came with jalapeno ranch/avocado slaw. The slaw was horrible. I ate one taco and decided I couldn't force myself to eat another. If I ever tell you I threw away something because I couldn't eat it- I lied. I always finish my food even if it isn't that good. But in this case I really didn't eat it. I love jalapenos, ranch, and avocados but I don't know what went wrong here. It left a horrible taste in my mouth- I just couldn't do it. My side salad was great though!! My friend ordered crab legs, scallops, lobster mashed potatoes and a side salad. She seemed to enjoy her food. But those tacos? Don't do it to yourself. Despite the service being slow- the waitress was still friendly. read more

I give it one star just for service and the crab legs...the rest forget it !!! Red lobster just like the other big companies, is a fast food joint dressed up as a restaurant. Almost everything back there is frozen precooked, and all they do is reheat it in the microwaves. Even the linguine pasta or the sauce are heated in microwaves and general population thinks that they are eating healthy . General population is like cattle though...they are ignorants ! As long as it fills up their huge stomachs they don't care that they are getting a good amount of carcinogen PRESERVATIVES . Just read at the comment of that Hott-T...hilarious. She seems like a very hungry person that found heaven by eating ...GROSS !!!! read more

It's just like every other red lobster.... Nothing overly wonderful about it. But not bad either. Our server Tarrell (I hope I spelled it right!) was wonderful! read more

Felicia was very friendly, attentive and helpful. She gave excellent service! The food was fresh and hot! Great experience

Great time and great food at this Red Lobster. Our waitress Felicia was so upbeat and friendly. Good service makes you want to come back good food makes you want more. I came in today for the endless shrimp promotion. Our server was Felicia and she did a wonderful job taking care of us. She was attentive to when we need needed a refill on drinks and made sure we were getting our refills of shrimp. Not such a great experience. Went there for a quick dinner and were there for roughly 2 hrs meanwhile the restaurant was relatively empty. Ordered a beer and wine upon being seated which took forever to arrive. Waiter was really nice but completely unfamiliar with the menu. Never got salads that were supposed to come with the meal. Steamed snow crab legs entrees took forever to arrive and one of the legs had the gills attached. There was bacon on my baked potato, asked for no bacon. Also, got broccoli as a side, didn't order broccoli ordered the caprese salad. Asked for a refill of our beer and wine, you can imagine how that went. We finished our entire meal before our daughter's boxed mac and cheese came out. Her side was a plain baked potato, we never got an option for a side. Oh and the add on lobster in butter sauce for my entree came out with our daughter's food. 2 hrs and $100 for an underwhelming dining experience is a hefty price to pay. read more

My experience was HORRIBLE!! We started out with drinks and they came out on time thanks to the lovely Miss, soon to be MRS Ana.. Then the problems began, the lady bringing our food out (not ANA) had her wig that comes down to her tail bone, sitting in my food on her way out to us.. no type of regulations for employees pertaining to their hair, to help minimize these types of situations. And then at about the time everyone has filled up, the Manager realizes that one of my family members has yet to get his food.. At the end Neither my cousin or myself got a chance to eat. I refused to eat and his food became a TOGO order.. Don't go to this PLACE! read more

If anyone thinks Red Lobster is GOOD food must have some dead taste buds. The only thing that is good here are their cheddar biscuits. Went here with co-workers for lunch and the food doesn't even look appetizing. The salads look horrible, I am glad I didn't order one. I honestly cant believe this place is still in business. We left close to 1pm and there was a WAIT. Are you kidding me?? People, there are much better places to get seafood than this place. ickkkkk read more

Went to RL on Xmas eve for their crab alfredo linguine due to my taste buds had been asking for it, and as usual the crab alfredo was delicious. Each and everytime I visit RL the crab alfredo is the ONLY item I ever order and as always it always tasty along with the biscuits. KUDOS! read more

It's a good place to meet with family and eat also great service but the host Chloe she was have a bad attitude just because she didn't understand me when I told her we have 8 and 2 kids so total it's 10 but when family show up I ask the service we are 8 and kids so she come starting throwing chairs around the section and she said something about Spanish people can't speak English and I'm not even Spanish it's was just to much from her to move 3 chairs and add them to the section so everyone can enjoy the food! read more

Worst Red Lobster ever!!!!!! My parents and I stopped here for lunch and I wish we would have kept going. It was slow..like maybe 4 other parties in there (with no more than 4 people). Usually when you go to Red Lobster you meet your waiter quickly, it took a good 5 minutes until he came around the corner. Then, he didn't bring us biscuits until 15 minutes after we met him. (And that was because my mother asked him where they were) Then, when we got our food it took him FOREVER to bring us our condiments, it was just tarter sauce and butter. Two other families got their food fast and they came after us. My dad is such a good person because he left a tip for our waiter, though he deserved absolutely nothing. This place is horrible! I wish we would have read the reviews before we stopped. read more

Only giving one star bc our waiter was awesome but the food here has went down in flavor and quality. I ordered the seafood feast half snow crab half shrimp linguine alfredo. My snow crab was missing a leg (if u see this why are you serving it. We are paying good money for the meal) and the back of the cluster was so green and mushy. Mind you i Eat crab legs VERY often from juicy crab/krab hut/Spondivits And when I told my waiter to bring me a fresh one he says u just gotta wipe it off to the side yourself since they are snow crabs (wtf) .. but he did exchange it for me... lol okay I guess this is the quality at red lobster it's been awhile eating here so I guess you are supposed to expect this bc every crab place I've been to mentioned hasn't had this problem. They tasted like they were sitting in water for a long time.. barely no meat in it. the clam chowder soup here used to be amazing but tasted so bland I guess they don't put salt in anything anymore . Broccoli had no seasoning at all and had black spots all at the bottom of the stems.. my shrimp Alfredo had no flavor at all and barely had any sauce on it so I paid almost $3 for some extra sauce lol. Sticking to my regular places next time. read more

You can't ever go wrong with Red Lobster. They had a lunch special of four course meal for $15! Are you kidding me, that was awesome! I had the potatoe soup which was amazing, nicely warmed up and it had tiny bits of bacon. Followed by a ceaser salad which as usual was a delish!! And for my entree I had the shrimp and scallops linguini, by this point you would think I'm already full but no, I had space for more greatness! I couldn't have been happier in that moment of exquisiteness!! I didn't finish my pasta on purpose because I wanted to leave space for dessert, yeah I know you must be thinking what a a PIG! no but seriously I had to try it! I had the chocolate brownie with ice-cream, no complains there although I must admit I've had better times where the brownie is fresh out the oven. Overall my experience was great, definitely will come back and also let me not forget to mention the warm buttery biscuits! Wow like reaching heaven and back! Service was so so, everything came out on time but towards the half end of the meal I felt ignored. I never got any refill on my water and I waited several minutes for the waitress to come by so I could take care of my tab, but I still left a decent tip just because my tummy was happy. read more

I just happened to be in that area of town when I stopped at this place. Since its part of a franchise everything tastes the same and I had pretty good service here. The snow crab legs were bigger than I normally get going to the other one that I normally frequent. As far as my lobster tail went, it was slightly overdone but it was still tasty. For the most part I have no complaints. read more

My wife and I recently went there at Gwinnett Place for a late lunch and we were shocked how bad their food was and service also was so unpleasant! We ordered a lobster pizza but when served, the pizza was not fresh at all and lobster meat was a bit stunk with bad smell therefrom! We don't think we'd not go back for long time if not for good.. read more

The service here is amazing! If you order the the 4 course meal you definitely get your money worth.

Visited here with my family a couple of weeks ago. Service was slow. Tried to complain to the management, but she did not help nor seem concerned. My drink order from the bar took forever. The sides for our orders were wrong, but we decided not to complain and tipped poorly. The food was good, though. read more

The wait was 40 mins on a tuesday. Not there fault. But they ran out of trout and came 2the tbl and the 2 people that b ordered trout had 2decide who was gonna order somethin else. I hadn't been to Red Lobster this year (until today). My husband says I killed it on our Friday lunch outings, so we took a break from it. He had enough LOL Today, I decided to do an online To Go order. I'm always reluctant to do take out with sit down type restaurants but it did not disappoint. I even had to make a stop on my way home after picking up my order. I was thinking man, it is gonna be cold and not as good (which would have been due to the stop I had to make)... But when I tell you it was still SO GOOD (although not as hot as I prefer due in part to my stop), it was delicious!!! I was so impressed. And it reminded me why I would want to go to Red Lobster so much for Friday lunch. I'm not sure about the other locations, but this location, I can say: I have never recalled having a bad meal. Today, after this To Go order I felt compelled to give props. They had all the condiments needed and the plastic ware in the bag. The lady (receipt says Jana) at the front who greeted me and took my order was very friendly. Keep up the great work, Red Lobster of Pleasant Hill team! Now I've given my seal of approval, don't let me down :) read more

To our waiter Juan, what CAN'T he do?! you were more enjoyable tonight than our food (WHICH WAS AMAZING). You took the best care of us and are by far the BEST waiter Red Lobster could ever be graced with having. Red lobster if you are reading this GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. We loved him. He took care of us. He was the reason we were laughing all night long. He is the JUAN and only waiter. He is number JUAN. He made our overall experience 10 out of 5 stars. You will JUAN't to come back again and again.
