We popped in for a last-minute birthday celebration. This location was able to accommodate our large group quickly. We received the best Customer Service from Karl. He was so attentive to the table and did not have to be reminded about refills. This made for a great start to our experience. We then started into our dinner order, and as our entrées arrived, everything was great and quality, presentation and it was piping hot. No complaints here. Actually better than our Mesa visit. I had a lunch on the boss & he said don't go cheap or fast food. So I ordered my Friday lunch for pick up. No one was upfront to greet me, so I just waited. It was ready about 5 minutes late, but not too bad. I ordered the popcorn shrimp with a baked potato. I also ordered a side of hush puppies with tarter sauce. It came with 2 biscuits. Everything was good, but the only thing that was hot was the potato. That was a little disappointing. There's way too much food for me to eat, so I took it home. My son ate the 1 1/2 biscuits left, as well as the hush puppies that were left, & he tried the shrimp.My daughter finished the rest of the shrimp & potato. Had dinner with family here last night and we had a good time. The hostess saw us walking up to the door and she quickly ran over to open it. She greeted us right away and was very friendly. We ordered: One bowl of clam chowder One 7oz steak with loaded baked potato and asparagus One New Orleans Cajun salmon with a Caesar salad and mashed potatoes One Surf & Turf Maine Lobster Tail & 7 oz. Sirloin with mashed potatoes and broccoli The soup came out right away and then came the salad. The soup was really good. It was hot and flavorful. The salad was the bombbbb as it was cold and crisp. The food arrived right after and everything looked delicious. Our steaks were cooked well and they were thick and juicy. All the sides were also cooked well and flavorful. Portions were good as I could've shared my entrée. The Cajun salmon was also tasty and a good size. Service was great. My wife and I came for a late dinner. We were seated quickly and ordered a 20oz Modelo Especial and a Riondo Prosecco split of white wine with some waters. I ordered the Fish and Chips with Coleslaw, and my wife ordered add one of a Maine Lobster Tail, Bacon Wrapped Scallops and some Hush Puppies. The table top was sticky, and our waiter Carlos said it was probably because the varnish on the 20 year old table tops were softened by 20 years of Arizona heat. We asked for some napkins to put down on tabletop, which Carlos forgot to bring until we reminded him as the food arrived. It took 10 minutes to get our waters, but Carlos did bring the great Red Lobster biscuits. It took almost 30 minutes to get our wine and beer, which actually came after our food arrived. My wife asked for a glass for her wine split so she wouldn't have to drink it from the bottle like a wino. The Fish and Chips were good, and my wife loved the Lobster Tails, Scallops and Hush Puppies. Although the food was good, the service was slow even though the place was not busy. The interior is dated, and perhaps the tabletops can be replaced. We shall see. read more

Red Lobster is Back! I haven't set foot in a Red Lobster in almost 10 years -- mostly because the quality had taken a serious dip. But wow... whatever they're doing at corporate now, it's working! The new seafood boils are incredible -- packed with bold flavors and just the right amount of spice. The Steak Oscar? Cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. Service was top notch -- huge shoutout to our server, Cajly, who was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. It truly feels like Red Lobster has made a serious comeback. The food was seasoned with hopes and dreams. Just glad they gave salt and pepper at the table to save it so it could be consumed. The shrimp in the Alfredo I had was very definitely frozen and just reheated shrimp from a bag (others at the table got cooked shrimp with their dishes). With Arizona having so many shrimp farms it's actually kind of shocking. For $25+ for the plate, I expected cooked seafood, not pre-cooked, rubbery and reheated shrimp from a bag. It was still edible, but I've made better at home. On a good note, the staff was so amazingly nice and above par with hospitality, attentiveness and making sure our experience was the best it could be. The Service was right on perfect, Peter made sure we were satisfied with our choices and he even recommended "if you like this, then this goes well with it" and again he hit it right on the head. The menu changed after ownership changed. I was here to get the shrimp choose 2 or 3 was no longer an option. Say what....i had to settle for the seaside shrimp trio. They have some new menu items which maybe worth trying out they have a new lobster flatbread and they have a shrimp and grits. I tried to shrimp and grits, it was OK but it was very oily. Food - Overall the food was great. However, my side of ranch took 20 extra minutes to receive and by time I got it my steamed broccoli was cold (which I don't particularly like). My boyfriend's crab legs came with no utensils or napkins which came with his frustration of both messy hands and having a hard time cleanly removing crab meat from shells. Our waiter never came to check on us or we would have been able to request the utensils. Service - Overall the service was not bad. That being said... as soon as I (a woman) paid for the $150 bill, my waiter made my boyfriend feel belittled and uncomfortable for not covering the bill which I don't feel was professional. I understand it probably LOOKS better for him to have paid, but it was arranged in advance that I would cover the bill. When my waiter, (after 3 attempts to ask for it) brought the check and very directly made eye contact with my boyfriend while saying, "oh thank you Ms XXX... here is YOUR card back, can I get YOU some warm rolls to go" the demeanor of which this was stated seemed very ignorant and impolite and this was also VERY loudly stated directly to myself which drew attention from surrounding tables. This is what ultimately warranted a 2 star rating. I do not feel that my boyfriend should have been made uncomfortable for not paying... I don't appreciate this at all. They came out and said they didn't have the ingredients for our order, after waiting 20 minutes, than 10 minutes later they did, then 15 minutes later the excuse was, some other waiter took our order, than the Waiter comes out and says, you never ordered even though I reminded him of the conversation. I ordered rapid curbside pickup for cheesecake like I always do and waited 30 minutes with no notification of delays etc.. even after waiting 22 minutes and calling the store again to bring my order out. The order was brought to me by Ashley and I immediately say how long I've waited then looked in my bag to find the whipped cream melted spread in the box with both slices of cheesecakes instead of it being on top of like normal. The lady didn't respond to my statement but did tell me they are short staffed today. Kool, no problem. I bring both of my cheesecake orders inside saying I need it to be remade since it's not presentable and the whipped cream is melted CLEARLY! Ashley the same person then says "well we didn't tilt it over" and also said it's been in the frig. I wasn't implying that anyone tilted or anyone did anything, I simply asked my order to be remade properly. I am not in the food industry but I'm also no dummy to see the cream melted. People need to learn how to work the jobs THEY CHOSE and create that good customer service! The way I was treated was totally ridiculous and her problem resolution skills suck and unprofessional. All she had to do was acknowledge that she understood my request and have it remade especially after waiting 30 MINUTES at curbside after the time my order should have been ready. This was my very first time @ Red Lobster and it was a very good experience. Our server Faith was so patient with my party and was just over all the sweetest. The food was pretty good, I got the Wednesday Steak and lobster tail special and they were both perfect. I was told the margaritas were very good as well. We ordered some To-Go food items closer to when we finished our meal and unfortunately forgot one on our items when we left, we called back and unfortunately the busser had thrown it away, they immediately asked if we wanted to remake it so we can pick it up. Walked into this location on a Tuesday afternoon. To our luck, there were hardly any people at the restaurant, so we walked right in. Good to see that they had a special menu for the catch of the day and some holiday cocktails. Even though they sounded great, I opted for a different choice. I asked for the coconut shrimp with a side salad and some mashed potatoes with some lobster. They come with the most amazing coconut sauce that just makes those wonderful pieces of shrimp melt in your mouth. This is by far one of my favorites at this location. Went to Red Lobster to order takeout. While waiting I went to the restroom. On the way there was vomit on the floor leading to the restroom DISGUSTING!!!! I returned to my seat and saw several employees just standing around. I informed one young man and he informed someone else and she informed someone who appeared to be the manager who kept walking the other way. In the meantime, our food was ready. We left. The food was literally cold and they forgot the coleslaw. The potato was rotten. I called back and talked to the manager who offered to refund me.
