Steve is a great manager and he knows how to run a business. He is very professional and makes sure you have the information needed to make a good decision. I have had 2 different size units at this location and both have been great. In fact, I had to get a larger unit and he walked me around to the different units, because I am more of a visual person. I had locked my unit, but I did not do the extra step and Steve called me to let me know that it was not correctly locked. If you need a storage unit, this is the place to store your possessions.

Giving a customer a unit with compromised safety features is a massive liability and a severe safety violation. The staff on duty looked and acted like they absolutely hated their jobs.
