Steve is a great manager and he knows how to run a business. He is very professional and makes sure you have the information needed to make a good decision. I have had 2 different size units at this location and both have been great. In fact, I had to get a larger unit and he walked me around to the different units, because I am more of a visual person. I had locked my unit, but I did not do the extra step and Steve called me to let me know that it was not correctly locked. If you need a storage unit, this is the place to store your possessions.

The tire straps were entirely shredded/snapped, and the trailer light cables were severed . Giving a customer a unit with compromised safety features is a massive liability and a severe safety violation. The staff on duty looked and acted like they absolutely hated their jobs. They were rude, unhelpful, and lacked any basic sense of customer service.

I was called and told my lock was missing and when I got there I found that my lock had been obviously cut off, pieces laying all over the ground. Luckily nothing was taken that I ever noticed. But I called and they acted like they had no responsibility for what happened and informed me if I didn't replace the lock I would be charged for them to put one on it. I had already brought a new one with but they still came off like jerks the way they told me about it. They only have cameras that look at their dumpster, which is always locked even though we are told we can use it. I wanted to get rid of the unit and was told to empty it and then call which I did. Took them a week and a half to call me back after checking the unit and I was informed that I left a small box in the unit and if I didn't remove it I would be charged another month rent. The box was literally 2x3 inch and I missed it when I emptied the unit. I drove all the way there and picked it up and called to tell them it was done and I was told they would call back and it took them another week to call me back. I would never recommend this facility or company for storage units!
