I was told they would put it on a blanket on the truck floor. When we were ready to go the driver said he needed to make a few stops. I agreed the delivery could be a hour or two later. An hour and half later I get a text due to the mattress and extra items the price would be an extra 100.00. There was a mattress no other items. If I was told at the pickup location the mattress would be 100.00 extra I would have left it. Be up front in pricing. You scammed me for extra 100.00 but you lost my move with a bigger price tag.
