They also have a gate that is open hours of operation and then locked when they are closed. I arrived at my reservation time and no one was in the office. No sign indicating if anyone was "on…read moreduty", when they'd be back, etc. I saw someone and asked if they worked here, he pointed to what he was doing and said, "I'm the only one here." and back to what he was doing. That's it. Regardless if my rez time, I had to wait for him to finish. He came inside, I told him about my reservation, he gave me the key. I asked if the back of the pick up had any snow, and he pointed to the side door and said there were things out there to take care of that. There were several inches of ice and snow packed in the truck bed that was impossible to clear. I was expected to clear it during my reservation time. I cancelled my reservation needless to say.

Young black guy behind counter tried his best to get the credit card machine to work. He seemed new so I waited patiently. After 8-10 minutes he also was frustrated. There was a b- - - - sitting there talking to a friend of hers who stopped by. She looked over a couple of times and snikkered to her friend and she also started giggling. I'd like to talk to the owner about her.
