"Dr. Classic" (my name for the owner) has a private lounge for customers, complete with large screen TV, comfortable seating - to watch the "big game" or just meet with friends. The storage areas are decorated with posters and emblems from classic cars and events. Very attractive. A GREAT place to show off your 2 or 4 wheel treasure. They are so unorganized, the employee took 20 mins to enter my info and then had to call his manager 6 times to ask how to do things on the computer. It is very dingy and everything is made of wood. Also the lift for the uper units was broken when I arrived with no estimated repair time. They told me I could use it indefinitely on the phone. Great prices but you get what you pay for.

Brittany is an amazing representative from reliable storage. I had made a reservation online a week…read morebefore my move and she called to confirm it. The day before my move, she called to say that the uhaul I was going to rent had been in an accident. She looked within 50 miles of the surrounding area and couldn't find a big enough trailer that I needed. She tried to remedy the situation as best she could and we ended up canceling my reservation. An hour later she called saying that she was able to get the uhaul serviced and it would be ready at 9:30 am the next day, in time for my reservation. Even though I was able to secure a trailer from a friend and didn't use reliable storage this time, I will definitely use reliable storage for my next move. They have wonderful customer service that went beyond the call and it is very much appreciated.
