I have a storage unit in Secure Storage in Waukegan, Fountain Square. I initially had issues with…read moreprior owner due to neglect on considering my concerns of the condition of my unit. The roof was caving in and particles kept falling on my items, mold was atrocious. Obviously, if I store it, it is important to me. However, not to them. The mice were also entering and eating any bags or boxes. It was very upsetting. Thank goodness for new owners. I was going to move the next hike in price when I decided to voice my concerns with new owner. Right away, Pricilla, property manager reached out and immediately moved me to a better, clean and close by unit. As difficult as it is to move, I immediately started to move before my belongings completely got destroyed. This new owner is awesome. Really know what customer service is. Comforting because customer service has long been gone and non-existent. Thank you, Priscilla. I was definitely on my way out to a new storage facility, however, having heard my concerns definitely made me stay here. Would definitely recommend, now.
