I stumbled upon this gem after googling "vinyl records near me" while in the Duluth area. The service was fair, but what really impressed me was the extensive collection of up-to-date vinyl records. Unlike other stores that primarily stock older records, CD Warehouse has a great selection of contemporary vinyl. It's the best store I've visited so far for vinyl shopping. I managed to rack up on many new records here. The best part was the value. The prices were not bad at all to say many of these were newer. I'll definitely be back! There were many vinyls that I did see that I put bad.

They have a ton of Rock vinyls, but not much of what I was looking for. Definitely stop in though, you don't know what you'll find. The guys upfront seemed pretty cool and interacted with people when they were checking out.

This place is an absolute gem in Metro Atlanta. If you are looking to resale books, CDs, DVDs, or…read moreany other type of media, I highly recommend them as an option. I took two boxes of CDs and movies in. The staff brought them in the building for me and the process of examining them took about an hour. They want you to stay in store while they go through what you brought which really is known struggles since they're used books and media options are extensive. I found four great novels for about six dollars apiece while I was waiting for them to go through what I brought in. After they finish their examination, their offer was extremely fair and I walked out with a couple hundred dollars in my pocket and four new books. This is a place that is not to be missed if you're looking to kill a few hours in Metro Atlanta.

If you're looking for something niche like a 2019 TWICE album, chances are you'll actually find it here when other stores are sold out. That said, the pricing here is honestly hard to justify. There are at least two other K-pop stores nearby, and this one is by far the most expensive. It feels like they're charging Los Angeles prices while operating in Georgia, where minimum wage is still $7.25. Photocards in particular are priced ridiculously high -- easily 3 to 4 times more than what other local stores charge for similar items. This store has multiple location on the west coast. Service isn't as personable no reason for u to come back. What makes it worse is that the other shop owners in the area are clearly aware of these prices, yet this store still continues with the same markup strategy. The atmosphere also feels less personal compared to the smaller stores nearby. The other shops feel more community-oriented and welcoming, while this one feels more transactional. If you absolutely need a hard-to-find album or older release, this is probably the place to check. But for casual shopping, photocards, or just overall value, there are definitely better options in the area.

Every record I picked up had surface scratches or something crazy wrong with it. I picked up a cover to a record that had math all over it from a game of spades. Why the hell would something like that be on the shelf? Nothing is priced. You have to build a stack, take it to the counter, and let the owner price it then. He looks up each individual record on Discogs then charges double or triple the value of the record. Also if you have an issue with a record, there are NO REFUNDS / EXCHANGES. Positives are that it's ducked off in a private location, and it's mildly organized. Prices are not outrageously expensive like FantasyLand or Criminal. They do offer a free $10 record if you spend $200..

I went in looking for an old-school R&B record that I had been wanting for a while and, sure enough, they had it. There's something much more satisfying about flipping through records and unexpectedly finding the one you've been looking for than just ordering it online. The selection is really good, especially if you like digging through both new and used vinyl. Everything is organized well enough that you can actually find what you're looking for, but there's still enough tucked away that it feels like a treasure hunt. They also carry CDs, posters, comics, and other music and pop-culture finds, so I usually end up looking around much longer than I planned. The staff knows music, which I appreciate. They're friendly and helpful if you need them, but you can also just take your time and browse without feeling like someone is hovering over you. Prices are also pretty reasonable, particularly for used vinyl. For me, finding that old-school R&B record sealed the deal. Great selection, good people, and the kind of record store where I can easily lose track of time. If I'm in the area it's somewhere I'd go back to when I'm hunting for another record.
