The decorated shortbread cookies are favorites for Christmas and Valentine's Day. The little rainbow cake slices are perfect for birthdays. I've yet to taste it, but got Nutella hand pies for valentines treats! The cinnamon rolls are heavenly, the cream cheese frosting is lovely. They had a pistachio roll that looked amazing today, so I'll have to come back to try that. This location gets a little difficult with parking, so you may have to park a block or so away if it's a busy time (mornings and weekends). There's always many different treats available but the earlier you get there, the more there are. There's usually a line of a few people but it goes quickly. For pastries, the strawberry and cream croissant was light, flaky, and fresh, with just the right amount of sweetness. The egg and bacon croissant was savory, satisfying, and baked beautifully, and the double egg bake was hearty and flavorful, ideal if you're looking for something more filling. Service was friendly and efficient. The staff were welcoming, patient, and happy to answer questions, which made the experience feel easy and inviting, even during a busy time. Knowing it's near Brother Sebastian's helps. There was a table set up right by the door that reminded me of a kid's book called America's White Table by Raven. It's a symbol for and remembrance to service members fallen, missing, or held captive in the line of duty. It made me stop and think for a minute. The server behind the counter was very helpful, describing the various goodies. It was hard to choose. I ended up with a chocolate chip cookie, a cappuccino chocolate candy cup, a loaf of whole wheat sourdough bread and one of their specialty items which I can't name. Spectacular give me 14 of em right now. I looove that they're open until 8pm so much. I'll often be driving home around 7 so it's the perfect spot for a sweet evening treat. I think I'm coming close to regular status at this point. When I want to impress or bring something for an occasion - this is where to stop! All that AND I haven't even mentioned how absolutely adorable it is inside! Instagrammable from every angle, even adding "sprinkles" to the wall outside of the bathroom. Literally brightens my day when I visit here, and first timers are always blown away upon entering. I truly admire and adore this place. The owner and her employees are passionate, detail oriented and genuinely take pride in what they do. I really can't say enough good things about this place.
